Fantastic customer service and professionalism. We called because we had two outlets go out in our master bathroom. After messing around with the breakers and GFIs, we decided to call Mr Sparky. They came out the next day - Chris called ahead and immediately got to work. He found a major issue with the breaker panel that if left unchecked, would have caused a fire (I say would and not could as there was already evidence of burned areas around the wiring and surrounding frame). It was already afternoon, but Chris called two associates and got to work replacing our entire breaker panel. They worked until after midnight to get the job done, saying they were not leaving until we had safe power restored. The pricing was reasonable but the customer service was beyond expectations. Well worth the price.Can’t recommend Mr Sparky enough.

My breaker, which controls all the outlets and light switches in my owner suite tripped, at 7:10 PM. After a 9-hour drive and getting home to this, needless to say, it was frustrating. I called two competitive company, only to be told, we do not service your area. Then suddenly I remembered a commercial jingle, no larky, call Mister Sparky, are something like that. I called Mister Sparky, and they were at my home a few hours later (10:00 PM), Of course I had to pay a premium price for an emergency call. But any how, I could not have gotten a better electrician, Kevin James. Before Kevin entered my home, he made sure he wore shoe coverings (each and every time), without being asked. This young man knows his stuff. He found the problem almost immediately. One of my electrical outlets in the bedroom was preventing power to flow throughout the suite, which in turn tripped the breaker. Kevin did a complete electrical inspection, and I was given several options to repair my problem. I elected to repair the current problem, and Kevin made the repair and made sure his work area was left cleaner than what he found it. Kevin was a true professional, he answered all of my questions and was very trustworthy. I couldnt have asked for a better electrician. I would love to have him back if I ever proceed with any upgrades! Thank you, Kevin and Mister Sparky.

When we moved to the Charlotte area we looked to see if there happen to be one here to install a couple of outdoor electrical plugs. Mr. Sparky did in-fact have one! So we made an appointment and to our pleasure they are even better than the other one. Chris, our technician, was awesome! He was not only thorough in what he did, he was also very personable. I had issues with my outside sockets (tripped), fluorescent lights in the kitchen and then the garage. Francisco was awesome! He was very thorough and knowledgeable and super friendly. Mister Sparky (Christian) did an awesome job with my electrical panel home grounding and Grounding my pool.I was amazed at the quality of service, professionalism and pricing for all the work completed.I had another well known company come in before Mister Sparky to inspect my pool and electrical panel which included pricing for repairs. This other well known company could not find the issue with either and said everything looked great. Charged me a service fee and left. I had Mister Dparky come out for second opinion and I am sound happy I did. They found a lot of things needing updates along with a dead mouse in my electrical panel (Exploded) and we were feeling small amount of electricity in the pool when sitting on edge with feet in water yet per the other business, everything was okay.I am a Mister Sparky customer for life.

Hired to install a ceiling fan for me and used the prepay online option. When the technician Drew got here, it turned out that he needed to replace the mounting box for the fan which ended up costing an additional $285 on top of the $180 I had already paid for the installation. The extra cost for needing to replace the box was not included when I booked the installation, so was caught off guard and this is definitely a flaw that needs to be fixed. However, Drew did a great job and persevered through a task that he (and I) probably thought would take 1 hour at most and ended up taking more like 6 hours by the time it was all said and done. The ceiling fan looks great and Drew had a great attitude throughout the installation. Would use again, but would not go through the online prepay option.

I called with an issue with the power to our heat pump. I had an appointment right away. Christian arrived on time and spent a couple of hours conducting an inspection of our 85 year old house. There were a lot of issues, as one could imagine.I had them install a new circuit breaker and add 2 circuits plus a ground wire. The crew arrived 2 days later and worked very hard to install these items and they even fixed some of the issues from previous home repairs.The work was inspected by Brandon a few days after that. He found some minor issues to attend to and had them addressed.Now we have a safe, inspection ready circuit panel and additional circuits professionally installed and resolved within a week of my call. And, for a reasonable price.I would highly recommend Mister Sparky for any electrical needs.

Josh and Joe came over to fix an issue with a floor outlet. My wife and I loved these young men. They were so polite and professional.I felt bad for them because they had to work in our crawlspace. Needed 2 AC wires reconnected and battery needed to start the generator was leaking.Oil was also in need of attention - had to pay $450 for oil and filter change with no explanation since i had a maintenance contract.All taken care of!
