Chris called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was very personable and I automatically liked him. He took a look at every thing I needed installed and gave me a price. We discussed the work and Chris and Mr Electric worked with me and we made the deal. Chris worked steady (no breaks) and completed all four installs in what seemed like no time. I was very happy with Chris’ work ethic and how he explained everything he was doing. Thanks Chris and thanks to Mr Electric for hiring him.

This experience has been great from beginning to end. I heard back within hours of submitting a service request, and the scheduler was very transparent about pricing and very thorough in gathering information about our issues. Kyle performed our service, and he was on time, extremely professional, explained everything thoroughly complete with pictures, and did a fantastic job completing the work. We have tried to get this work completed for several months, and we have encountered numerous electricians who never responded to requests or failed to show up when scheduled. This organization is such a welcome change, and we highly recommend them!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received! The electrician (Wesley) came out promptly and tackled the tricky job of changing the two story floodlights with ease. Not only did he handle the height and complexity of the task with professionalism, but he also went above and beyond by diagnosing and fixing the issue with our breaker that kept tripping.His expertise, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly impressive. He explained everything clearly and ensured everything was safe and working perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a skilled and reliable electrician!

Chris and Luna were professional, hardworking, and quick with what we needed done. We needed a new electrical box and their quote was cheaper than ones we got years prior. We also decided to have them install more kitchen lights, living room lights and a flood light outside. I felt more than comfortable having them in our house without us there, and they put in multiple 10 hour days until everything was complete. They also went above and beyond to make sure our power was back on each night during the repairs. I highly recommend Chris and Luna and would use them again. Our lighting looks beautiful and I can tell it’s legit work.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Wes and Clint who truly exemplified what it means to be helpful and polite. From the moment they arrived, their warm demeanor put my 95-year-old grandmother at ease.Not only were they informative about the services that was to be completed but they also took the time to assist my grandmother in and out of the house with great care and respect. Although this is outside of their scope of work, their attention to her needs was heartwarming.When my grandmother accidentally knocked over a small table, one of the young men quickly sprang into action. They not only helped her pick it up but also reassured her that accidents happen and there was no need to worry. Their ability to handle the situation with such grace made a world of difference.The electrical outlet was placed in an efficient and effective manner in which were updated regarding the process. My grandmother is very happy with the service and wishes to use Clint and Wes for any electrical issues she has. She even had me to staple their card on her wall.Overall, this experience left a lasting impression on both my grandmother and me. The level of customer service we received was exceptional, combining politeness, helpfulness, and genuine compassion. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of support regarding electricity, especially for elderly family members.

Technicians Wes and Luna arrived to perform an upgrade to a single circuit in my home. When they finished, I had 2 new desperately needed circuits added, a faulty outdoor outlet replaced, safety survey of the system, and the initially requested circuit upgrade. They also proposed a least disruptive wiring path for new circuits I plan to add at a later date. I was very impressed with their work and will definitely call back when I am ready for the next upgrade.

After our old EV charger burned out due to incorrect wiring and installation, Clint Lytle did an amazing job installing a new hardwired ChargePoint EV charger and bringing our fuse box up to code. Clint explained the work required beforehand and was extremely polite and professional. We are very impressed with the job he did and will keep his card for any electrical work needed in the future.
