The crew who installed my new EV home “charger” did a great job. Very clean and competent installation in the garage. Very courteous and helpful to work with. My only nit is the lack of follow through with scheduling the inspector. I had to proactively check up on it. Not a huge deal, so not going to ding the rating for that. I’d 100% call them again if I needed electrical help and recommend you do, too.

We were very happy with the service we received from Carolina Electric Pros. They installed two ceiling fans, an outlet, two pendant lights above the kitchen island, and replaced a broken junction box above the kitchen table and then installed the light fixture to the ceiling. Ryan and Luigi were very professional. They understood exactly what they were supposed to do. Everything went well and I will certainly call them back if I need electrical work done in the future.

I just had some electrical work done by Carolina Electric Pro’s and Austin and Leo did a great job! They were super polite, knowledgeable and accommodating to my requests as the customer. Jared, who I spoke with for my consult “, scheduling and billing needs also was super nice and accommodating. The work was done professionally, timely and at a decent price, AND I didn’t have to go back and clean up after them! I got 3 outlets installed and power ran so that I can install an outdoor fan. I definitely would recommend them for your electrical needs!

Matt showed up on time, quickly assessed the issue with our tripped well pump breaker, determined it was bad, and replaced it with a new one. This was done safely within the hour allowed for the service call ($219), so the only additional cost was $55 for the new breaker, a total of $274. Matt was pleasant, informative, and professional in his approach to his craft. We paid with credit card to his phone, which made the transaction quick and easy.

Jared who initially made contact with me, was very professional and provided a quick quote. I was able to get on their schedule very quickly. Matt and Riley who did all of the installation and wiring work, did an excellent job, and they were both very nice and professional as well. I had several traditional light switches swapped out with smart dimmer switches. I also had three Restoration Hardware brass Gallery lights installed. I wanted the gallery lights in a particular position on the wall, in terms of the height from the ceiling, as well as the spacing between the lights and in within the space of the wall. Matt and Riley got the lights positioned exactly where I wanted them.

I spoke with Jared who was able to schedule Ryan, the electrician, within a few days of my call. Jared was courteous, professional, explained the process of my project and actually called back when he said he would! Imagine that! Ryan, the electrician, texted ahead of his arrival to let me know when he would be at my home. He was so nice and friendly. Ryan was a complete professional. He measured (perfectly) where to install my new pendant lighting and then worked extra hard to make sure that none of my sheetrock was disturbed/cut that would warrant a visit from a painter---which was amazing and deeply appreciated! Nov 16, 2023 - while changing a light switch, I accidentally touched a live spot and seemed to have blown out the fuse. The breaker did not look tripped. Called Carolina Electric and they said they could not visit me for at least a week. However, the Pro on the phone took the trouble to diagnose the problem and recommended I just try flipping the breaker and do a few other things to see if it worked. He was patient and very helpful and offered completely free advice. Well, he was right and all I had to do was to flip the breaker even though it did not look tripped. Lights came on as predicted and I was very impressed at their willingness to help me out for no charge ! A++++++
