We had the best experience hiring Mack Electric. We contacted Mo about an additional floor box we needed installed and he came out within the week to check it out, and was able to do the work shortly after.He was quick and efficient, his pricing was fair, and he gave us the best customer service.We’ve used other large companies before (like Roby) and were left disappointed by the overall experience from start to finish.Mack Electric will be the only electrician we call from now on. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Support small business!

When I called Mack Electric, they immediately responded with a confirmed appointment. The technician Mo showed up right on time to do a free estimate after looking at the items that needed replacing or correcting, there are no trip fees. His estimates were very reasonable and is per job NOT by per hour. I have used other electricians before and either they charged per hour for many hours or $1000 min per job, or they purposefully emailed an estimate for your review, but when you clicked the button to review, it confirms hiring them even though you had not decided to hire them. Mo is certainly a keeper. He will be my go to electrician. Thank you, Mo.

Wow! Mack Electric is the one and only call for your electrical needs! The owner is very professional, responds quickly, and does everything he can to leave your house in pristine condition after the job is done. I had him install 8 LED recessed lights and he helped me map out the location of each light to maximize the coverage in my kitchen/dining room. I will be calling him back for all my electrical needs!

Mack made time to come out and diagnose and repair the issue within 12 hours of contacting him; he used time between jobs to drive 40 minutes to help us. The first way to describe him is knowledgeable - this was vital to our issue because what we thought was a simple breaker replacement turned out to be more. He found the problem through an experienced process of diagnostic elimination. Voila. . .theres the source of the problem and it wasnt the breaker and we would never have found it.We are more than grateful for his expertise and his ability to help us so quickly - the lights are back on! He will be coming back to do more projects for us because he is now our go-to electrician.

Mack Electric is AWESOME!!! We wanted to have a level II charger installed in our garage and we called Mack Electric. Mo is extremely professional and very personable. He arrived exactly as scheduled. I showed him the location that I had in mind for the charger. Mo told me that he would install it there but also suggested an alternate location that would better protect the integrity of the charger, which of course made much more sense. He completed the installation, took care of the permitting process and scheduling of the inspector. By the way, the inspector said that this was one of the best installs that he has seen in a while. Call Mack Electric if you want things done correctly. Thanks Mo! I will definitely be reaching out for future projects.
