Great company! I had their technician Daniel and he was the best. I needed two extra receptacles placed in my home and he did an outstanding job. There was great communication, cleaned up after himself and did a neat and professional job. I had one placed higher up for a tv in the game room and another in the loft area in the ceiling for a projector. I even got to meet the owner. Pretty cool and chill guy. It’s a ten out of ten and I definitely recommend.

Jesse and his colleague were great. Very professional, respectful and pleasant technicians to talk to…I really enjoyed discussing my project with them. Really took the time to listen to my project vision and concerns. Took my thoughts and did a good job of explaining the different possibilities and directions I could go with it and what he could do for me. Gave me several estimates for different scenarios I could choose from. When I decide to push forward with my project, I’ll be asking for Jesse by name to work it. Great experience…I would highly recommend.Continued…yesterday they came and did the work for me. Work hard all day on it and stayed until it’s ready for inspection. Daniel came out to fix an outlet for my stove. He found several issues with my breaker boxes and with wires as well. Daniel was honest, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything in language I could digest and it was obvious he loves his work and that he’s an upstanding individual. He did a fantastic job on my outlet and gave us a detailed estimate to fix the other issues. I will ONLY call Gianni for my electrical needs and will ALWAYS request Daniel come to my home. How often can you say it was a pleasure paying the bill? But you can say it when the job is done correctly and at a fair price!

Jessie was amazing! Absolutely one of the best electricians I’ve ever dealt with very clean and did a two person job by himself in a timely manner. I have 18 foot ceilings with a 6 foot chandelier. It came out amazing!

**UPDATE** Adding stars .. I received a call from the Service Manager and we discussed the circumstance and what hadnt sat well with me. He was very apologetic and took steps to make the situation right, which I appreciate immensely! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and it truly does count for a lot!Dealing with Gianni Electrical from start to finish was certainly pleasant. Their customer service and speed with which they solved my problem was great. Heres where the loss of stars comes in .. I had no power to the master bedroom (and some other areas on the same circuit) with the breaker continually tripping. Daniel spent some time investigating the wiring in the ceiling fan that had been worked on by another company a couple weeks prior, the wiring behind the switch plate on the wall, and the wiring and fuse in the breaker box. After a while he told me that it would require some more diagnostics and that there were different cost levels based upon how much time it would take, the lowest tier being one hour for $483 plus tax. He was confident he would be able to figure it out within that hour time frame and that any higher cost tiers would most likely not be necessary. I didnt see I had much choice since I needed to get it fixed and was concerned about a potential fire risk. Probably within ten minutes AFTER paying $500, the power to my room was restored and he said it was due to a couple wires touching behind the switch plate on the wall. He had already investigated those wires prior to my paying yet suddenly after paying, the issue was discovered. That hasnt sat well with me, which really is a shame because otherwise the experience was great.

Jesse at Gianni Electrical Service is by far the best electrician I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely class act. I recently moved into a new home and the canned lighting in the kitchen wasn’t working. I called a couple electricians to come out and take a look, one who wanted to charge me over $2k to just diagnose the issue and another who charged me $300 to look at it and then left after two house because they couldn’t figure it out (and still charged me full price for not fixing it).Gianni Electrical is who the previous home owners used for all of their work, so I decided to reach out to see if they could take a look at the issue since they were familiar with the house. Jesse came next day and spent 5 hours diagnosing the issue and fixing it. He even took the time to help me set up some new timer switches elsewhere in the house. I will be going nowhere else for any and all electrical work I may need done. Highly recommend use these guys, you will not be disappointed.

Very impressed with Daniel at Gianni Electrical Service. He texted in advance of coming, gave me a call as well, and upon arrival listened to my concern without rushing me to anything. I had a concern with overheating in my panel and he thoroughly checked every connection - every circuit breaker, every ground landing, every neutral landing, etc. Turns out I had one very loose hot and a few grounds/neutral to tighten. He had to replace the breaker as well.He wrote it all up, went over it with me, and gave me a specific quote before I gave him the ok to proceed. The pricing was very reasonable and he made quick work on the repair.I have a few smaller, non-emergency projects that I want to get done and I plan for Gianni Electrical to be my first call! I would not hesitate to recommend them or Daniel for any electrical project.

After the repair was made and a new wall outlet installed they did a great job cleaning up. The Techs called ahead of the scheduled time to endure it would not be an issue if they came a little early and deducted the service call fee from my bill. I would definitely call them back for any new issues in the future and have no reservations to recommend their services.

Eddie Arnold did our new 1200 square foot shop for us. He installed all overhead lights, garage lights, porch lights, all switches, air conditioner wiring and more to have a fully functioning shop.We had to fire a previous electrician for shoddy work and Eddie is a consummate professional who made sure everything was fixed and then got to work on the remaining 70 percent of the work to be completed. He always let us know what had been completed before leaving for the day. It’s hard to find people who care deeply about doing a quality job and Eddie is as good as it gets. I highly recommend him and Giannis for any need big or small.Excellent prompt and quality work technicians.very friendly and A+++ work

Previously used a “big” electrician who advertises heavily, but they’ve gotten too big. Trying to schedule a service appointment was an exhausting exercise of phone prompts, recordings, people in a call center working from a script… Then telling me it would be a day & a half before they could come out.So I went on Yelp and found Gianni based on the many 5-star reviews. Glad I did, because they were at my house within hours and charged a fair price for excellent work. I called Gianni Electrical Services to obtain a second opinion on a ceiling fan that was installed by another electrical company (Company A, I will call them). Company A told me that the brand new Hunter fan that I bought (direct from Hunter) was bad-they said something was wrong with the fan. While they were still at my house, I called Hunter fans and the techs still couldn’t figure out why the fan wasn’t working. After charging me by the hour, they handed me a bill for $385. Upon receiving the new fan from Hunter, I wanted a second opinion and I called Gianni Electrical. Understanding my dilemma and doubt I had of the other company’s services being completed accurately the first time, I explained everything to Gianni Electrical and they were quick to get me on their schedule-next day service-impressive!Eric, the technician, arrived on time! He was was very professional and thorough. He listened to my concerns and was very patient with me asking A LOT of questions. ☺️ Eric took his time in troubleshooting the issue and was quick to deliver me good news! Company A had wired everything wrong in the ceiling not to mention my light switches in my house that supply power to the fan. Eric saved the day and took a ton of worry off of me. Thank you so much, Eric!!Being a homeowner, it is hard to find a good trade to provide quality service these days. I am very blessed to have found Gianni Electrical Services! They are my go-to electricians from here on out!It’s impressive that it took one technician from Gianni Electrical to solve a problem that two previous technicians caused. The issue - appliance intermittently cutting off, appliance service repairman suggested before replacing an expensive part to have an electrician check the voltage to the appliance to rule that out as an issue. Checked yelp and contacted Gianni Electrical Service.The experience - making the appointment - easy; reminders of appointments - helpful; Technician (Tyquan) prompt, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He listened to the story and explained why it was very unlikely to be a voltage issue. He then checked the voltage ruling that out as the culprit of the appliances behavior as expected. Only charged the dispatch fee ($40) and wished us luck with the replacement part - totally recommend Tyquan and Gianni Electrical Service.

He installed a 70 lbs chandelier and made it very safe by re-enforcing it through my attic. He was my second quote and I saved $643 dollars. Pricing is more than fair and the work was flawless. After the job was done he vacuumed the workspace and advised me of the best lightbulbs to use on the chandelier. Ill be calling them again for my outdoor space project. #1.
