Air Carolinas LLC, did an amazing job!!! They were highly recommended by my handyman. The owner, Israel, came to my house the very next day to test the unit, and was honest about his findings. He provided multiple options but never pressured me to make a decision.With Labor Day approaching, he offered us portable loaner air conditioners for the long holiday weekend. They not only installed and relocated my new hvac system to the opposite side of my house on an incline, but they installed a drop-down aluminum ladder as well. A few days later, they delivered a years supply of air filters.I was truly blessed by their professionalism, precision, customer service, and quality. Who knew you could fall in love with your Nest app for your hvac!! I would definitely recommend Air Carolinas LLC for your hvac needs!!!!

I actually started using Air Carolinas when I purchased a Groupon to have my duct work and dryer vents cleaned. Israel was very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to speak with. He actually told me my ducts and dryer vents were not that bad and showed me pictures to prove it! Not only that, but he installed guards around my vents on the side of the house to keep the birds from nesting in there. That was 5+ years ago and I have never thought of using anyone else. Israel is true to his word in regards to 24 hour emergency service. He has come to my house while I was at work, on a holiday weekend, and even when my family was gone on vacation. Israel is all about educating his customers about their HVAC systems. He always answers every question I have and I never feel like he is in a rush to get to his next appointment. Israel Worek and Air Carolinas has been our go to professional for HVAC service for a decade now. Weve been delighted by his service and reputation the entire time. I have used his company to replace 1.5 HVAC units at my former residence, 1 unit at our rental property and 3 (out of 4) units at our new residence. Their prices are always fair and have been 1/3 the cost of Morris Jenkins. We also have both our residence and rental property on service contract with Air Carolinas which includes filters, for less than MJ or other large firms.Hes checked on our equipment without a service charge if I wait for when hes in the area. Hes worked with me over the phone to address issues that were simple. Hes never tried to sell me expensive components I didnt need during a bi-annual service inspection and for every installation hes counseled me against much more expensive upgrades in equipment options which he felt I wouldnt get what I expected from them (I once opted for a 16 seer, multi stage system which had a fair amount of extra efficiency features. Our relationship was new and I insisted despite his advice to keep it simple. He was right, the finicky nature of the system required more service calls, despite being new, than a more basic system. I no longer argue with his advice!)I wish they sold cars, repaired cars, household appliances and other household services which thrive on integrity and good customer service; if they did, Id switch to them too!Jason and Monica, happy customers since 2007.

Manuel came to do the repairs and he was polite, efficient, and left everything clean. Israel followed up by explaining everything that was completed along with options for future upgrades. Just recently, I was installing a new thermostat at our new home. It was working and I called him. Within two hours, he was at our house on a Friday night, fixing my mistake and didnt charge a thing.
