This review is for Melissa the Receptionist who “who makes it happen “ and Randy the guy with 20+ yrs of knowledge and experience and determination. My bathroom sewage overflow was beyond anything I’d ever seen, , 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi tub, stand alone shower floor completely covered in sewage. My bedroom carpet was saturated, hallway and living room floor in large spaces, baseboards, lower walls soaked,, AWFUL ‼️ Randy observed trap in front yard was dry ,blockage was stopped by tree in yard before drainage bulk material could flow to street. Randy refused to give up, his persistence was everything; he continued until he forced thru the branch materials. Huge noisy fans were left for 2 days to dry floors and walls by a Restoration company.

This place is wonderful. I contacted them for a sudden leak on my second floor that spread to my first floor ceiling.The first person I interacted with on the phone was Nadera. She was very knowledgeable about the team and their schedules. I felt like she heard me and understood the urgency of my situation. Even with a follow-up call a few days later she seemed genuinely interested in helping me resolve my problem.Next I worked with Leon at my home. He was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I felt safe with him in my home. He knew what he was doing. He got straight to the point of origin and advised me of my next steps.The last person I worked with was Wil. He came out to assess a mystery leak that came up in my kitchen a few days later. (Good times). He did a great job. He was extremely thorough. He went up in the attic, into my crawl space and everywhere in between.Overall I had a great experience with this team and plan to make them my company of choice.

Okay. So I don’t want to rate this company yet because the work hasn’t been done yet due to the deductible that I have to pay and we all know, times are kind of hard right now and I am saving up as much as I can to meet my $650 deductible but that’s not your concern and I’ll handle it. The reason why I gave the company 5 stars is because they did come out twice to look at the problem and did a strong evaluation the second time and then gave an estimate to HomeServe which they cover the majority of the cost except for $650. (which is great). IRV Plumbing also tried to reach out to me to schedule the repair which I like their promptness. So overall, it is a good company. Now I will be back for part 2 to let you all know the repair results and if everything has been fixed and completed. So stay tuned. Bye

I recently had the pleasure of working with IRV PLUMBING , ELECTRIC & HVAC and I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received. Malik, the technician who assisted me, truly went above and beyond in every aspect of his work. As a night shift nurse, I had just finished work, so I was super exhausted. Malik was not only incredibly kind and thoughtful, but also encouraged me that I can throw my feet up and relax- while he took care of everything.From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain every step of the process. His calm demeanor really put me at ease, especially after we discovered the issue wasn’t actually from a pipe. Despite this, Malik patiently explained the precautions I should take moving forward.What really stood out was when Malik noticed that my front door wouldn’t stay shut. Without hesitation, he fixed it for me, saying it was the least he could do. He is also a fellow renter- so we had a mutual understanding of what renting from a property management company entails these days- & to say this was comforting is an understatement !*IRV PLUMBING , ELECTRIC & HVAC- you truly have something special with Malik! (Update) Anthony came back today because my dishwasher was wired in a way that it was exposed and was a great risk for fire. He completely rewired and covered the wiring with protective sheath to make it safer. He, like the original installers, could have done the least amount of work but he made sure that my appliance was safe to operate. That kind of care is rare and I am grateful that Anthony was assigned to my issue. Again, thank you Anthony.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I recently used IRV to install a tankless water heater at my house. I am pretty handy and typically do most work around my house, so when it comes to outsourcing work I am very skeptical. When I decided to remove our old water heater and install a tankless water heater outside; I started doing research on local companies that could help. I reached out to IRV to have them come out and give me a quote. Scheduling my appointment was easy and Leon showed up on time, was very professional, and listened to my questions and concerns and was NOT salesy at all. I decided to go with IRV after receiving multiple quotes. Scheduling my install was seamless and they offered a very quick turnaround. Leon & Malik showed up on time and were able to install the water heater in a couple of hours! They did a fantastic job and the water heater install turned out great. They were very thorough, didnt cut corners, and removed our old water heater. I have used IRV plumbing in the past and they have always been professional. I spoke to Melissa who has always been wonderful in providing excellent services since 2018 when i first started using IRV services and Cynthia was also good today. Joe was excellent and was sent to my home because this past weekend my air conditioner went out. It was HOT.....Joe was wonderful and he immediately found the problem and there was something wrong with my thermostat too. It did not give the correct temperature in my home but I did not pay the extra fees to replace it. It was too much plus labor cost for him to come back out again to replace it. I was still able to get air in my home despite the thermostat. My only issue is that I was told by Joe that I was going to get an email with my receipt on last Saturday. I paid by check. It is now Wednesday and i hadnt gotten it yet. I called and spoke to Cynthia and she stated that Melissa would reach out to me once they get a copy of the receipt to email me. I am so appreciative of the IRV Team and I always remember the good work of Leon and Kevin too back in 2018- I was told kevin had left. Thanks2024- New review They fixed my AC and it felt so good to have air in my home.

We had a water supply line break in front yard and of course when I turned the main water shutoff I had no water.Old galvanized pipe had broken and will need to be replaced. From meter to house. Which meant NO water at all. Randy with IRV came out , early I might add , to look at it and said the whole pipe would probably need to be replaced. Knowing we had a senior citizen living there. No water even for a day would be a nightmare. But he was able to repair the line so we now have Water and is all good until we can have the permanent repairs made. Awesome guy Randy and awesome company IRV.Great to find people that care about the other guy and not just the money.

I had some serious plumbing issues!When Tony arrived, I had a huge spider on the side window by the front door and he was nice enough to warn me when I opened the door so it wouldn’t crawl inside and he got rid of the spider for me!I was so thankful because I do not like insects!!!Tony was on time, wore his mask the entire visit and was professional, personable and very knowledgeable about his job. He took his time to find out from exactly what was going on so he could professionally assess the situation and try to fix it. Tony kept me informed as to what he would be doing, the noise I could expect to hear and explained in detail what was going on with my plumbing issues.I would definitely recommend this company and especially Tony!Thanks again!!!

This was our first time using IRV Plumbing & Electric and they really impressed us! Denna recorded our information correctly and got us scheduled quickly. Nate came on time and made sure he understood exactly what we wanted; he performed expeditiously and conducted himself very professionally at all times. It was a reasonable price for the services performed. We will not hesitate to call again and highly recommend to others. Next time we may try their plumbing services!

Jeremiah was fantastic. He came to clean and tune up our gas fireplace. He was an enjoyable person to have in our home, which matters a lot to me as a customer. In addition, he was thorough, knowledgable and because of that I felt a lot of trust in the quality of work he provided us. I was a little less impressed in the office and believe they could have done a much better job of: conveying a sense of confidence that they really are experienced at this particular service; setting appropriate expectations regarding the cost. I spoke with two different people and still just barely kept the appointment. Had any other company been available, I would have cancelled and gone with another provider. It was, indeed, much more than Id expected based on the average market price for that service. However, again, I believe that I received better than average service from Jeremiah. This alone is enough to make me a repeat customer next year.

I had been shopping fireplace replacement for a while. A few competitors came to the house and took measurements but never followed up. I was referred to IRV and specifically Garry. Garry came to my home the following day. He was very personable and really cared about what we wanted. Garry gave me an estimate that day while still at my home. We agreed to do business and he said it would be about a week to get the parts and get on the schedule. To my surprise, I got a call a couple hours after Garry left to schedule my installation for the following day. The fireplace looks great and we got all the features we wanted for a very fair price. I highly recommend this company.UPDATE: I used IRV for a clogged pipe in my kitchen that another guy couldnt solve. Leon arrived early and solved the problem in about an hour. I am a customer for life. Good job IRV!

Excellent Service. Scheduled appointments for electrical and plumbing on the same day and they were very accommodating with scheduling the appointments together. Michael come out for electrical and Garry come for plumbing. Both were on time, did exceptional work and did the work for a very fair price. Would definitely use IRV again and especially Michael and Gerry. Thanks for the great service from beginning to end!

IRV completed work at our home (on our fireplace) back in November. We had some concerns with that work which needed to be addressed. A supervisor by the name of Leon came out to our home and performed some additional work to try to correct the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service!! Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking with the new Office Manager, Melissa, who was able to provide a final resolution to the situation today. Once Melissa was made aware of the outstanding issue from November she sprung into action and was able to quickly get it resolved - she had it taken care of in less than 24 hours! Because of the service we personally received from Leon and Melissa I would highly recommend IRV!!!

We recently found out we had several gas leaks at our home and we called IRV Plumbing to do the repairs because we had used them before for plumbing issues and they did an amazing job! Fixing the leaks and testing for any other leaks was a multi day process that involved long hours each day at our house and the technician they sent out, Tony Williams, made the entire ordeal pleasant and painless. He could not have been nicer but not only that, he is extremely knowledgeable and informs you every step of the way what he is doing and why. He was professional and courteous from start to finish, never once complaining or asking for anything. He worked 8+ hours at our house 3 days in a row without taking a break, was always on time and cleaned up every day any mess he had made. He was always smiling and pleasant even though he had to be exhausted and his work was impeccable! At the end we had heat and hot water and our gas appliances and fire logs worked with no problems. We now feel safe thanks to Tony and another kind and professional technician that came out to help one afternoon, Leon Carver. IRV should be so proud to have technicians like Tony and Leon who go above and beyond to do an excellent job because they care about their customers. We will only use IRV plumbing and will always request Tony Williams to do any work at our house! IRV Plumbing you have a gem in this young man ... hold onto him!!!
