You can NEVER go wrong with Eddies Place. I had the Founders Hash with shrimp, sausage and diced potatoes topped with an egg. Nicely seasoned Creole Sauce set it off. Couldnt eat the whole thing.

Had a sudden loss of AC after another contractor performed annual mtce. They (CinC) said was lack of adequate attic insulation & other misc. reasons. After 2 months of back & forth, we called Adams. Jim (Adams) determined our problem was not any that CinC stated. Eddie (Adams) came out & determined the cause immediately! Corrected & had AC in 10 minutes! Subsequently contracted Adams to do duct overhaul. Juan & team did the job in short order & fixed an upstairs cooling issue we had for years. From start to finish - Adams performed exceptionally! Highly recommend - great job folks!
