Excellent experience with Rudd Plumbing. Thought I had a leaking pipe and dispatch was able to get someone to me same day. Tommy was my technician and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely call Rudd again with any plumbing issues

Rudd plumbing is better than five stars. If you need a plumber call these guys, you won’t be disappointed. I may suggest you ask for Danny Gregory as he’s outstanding but is fantastic, but I’m sure all their guys are good. I had them in today for a toilet leak, and within five minutes of being there it was fixed, at a price that was unbelievable. Value for the money!

Ola Tackett just completed our 6-month inspection on our Mitsubishi Mini-Split and did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to go over the features of our system and explained functions that I had forgotten. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as the inspection progressed. I will request Ola in the future to conduct my service inspections.

Had to call back when new water heater was still not working after tech came to fix it. Charged $420 for 20 minutes. Customer service rep from Moncks Corner was very reassuring. I was very disgruntled. She scheduled a tech rep to come back out immediately. Jayce Rutelonis & another Tech came & identified the problem, fixed it immediately & had it back on quickly. They did a wonderful job & were very professional. Was skeptical @ first with service after 1st visit but reassured after second. Would call again if needed. They did a great job installing a family members AC. Work is guaranteed. Outstanding customer service.

Yesterday was the second time I have used Rudd. The first time was to replace an old HVAC unit. Yesterday we had to have a long run of pipes snaked. Jayce and Danny were dispatched to our home downtown. We found them to be prompt, extremely professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We are happy with the whole experience and would recommend Rudd to anyone for HVAC or plumbing needs.

I called on a Thursday afternoon for a non-urgent issue and Jeremy was at my house the next morning. I had a ton of questions about everything he was doing, and I really appreciated that he took time to explain every step so I could repeat the process myself in the future. He also gave me lots of great advice about other random plumbing questions I had. Honest, up-front pricing. Will definitely use them again if I have any issues in the future!

Very pleased w/ the timeliness & efficiency of work done by Josh & Danny. They were here one day for an estimate & (thanks to a last minute reschedule) were able to come the next day to perform the recommended work. They arrived on time, were personable, & communicative about any issues they ran into. Hoping we dont need their services again soon, but wont hesitate to call if we do!

I am impressed with Rudd on several levels: The contact prior to service, advising me that the tech was on the way (and texting me his name and photo); arrival exactly when expected; Tina (office) and Jayce (plumber) were professional, efficient and courteous. Jayce explained to me the work that was needed (in terms I understood), and the price was reasonable. This was my first experience with Rudd, but I definitely consider them as my go-to company from now on.

3/19/2024: I had a leak behind the base of my powder room toilet that was ruining the floor under and behind the toilet. Jeremy, from Rudd plumbing was wonderful! He quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested the best toilet (Lowes Koehler Elliston) as a replacement. We purchased the new toilet, at Lowes, the same day; Jeremy returned the very next day to install the toilet … on Sunday! The footprint of the new unit covered almost all of the stain and it has a super efficient flushing system, is slightly taller, and is more comfortable. The whole diagnosis and install was done in 24 hours. I appreciated getting the office calls and texts as a reminder about when the appointment was scheduled. For example, I got a text and call when Jeremy was about to get to my house. When finished, Jeremy showed photos of the problem and why it was leaking. He thoroughly cleaned and bleached the floor and explained that we had to wait 24 hours for the silicone around the base had to cure.Jeremy was very professional and explained what he was doing and why.Thank you Rudd Plumbing!!!

I recently contacted Rudd plumbing concerning a leaking kitchen faucet. Travis came to my home to fix the problem. After looking at the faucet he suggested that I contact the manufacturer about a replacement. I contacted MOEN and they shipped me a new faucet at no cost except for express shipping. When the new faucet arrived Travis came back and installed it. How many other companies would suggest contacting the manufacturer for a replacement. Others would probably sell you a new faucet. RUDD will certainly get a call for any future plumbing problems I might have,

Technicien Jeremy Lindsey is amazing. Showed up and debunked a previous quote of $2900 for a total unit replacement. It was electrical and we got away with $47 worth of inspection fee. Honest, clear and takes the time to explain his work.

Within 48 hours, I met with both owners – Winston who does community outreach work (Carolina Youth Development Center, Special Olympics, etc.) and Robert (MBA from the Citadel); HVAC Service Tech & Educator – Michael who showed me the rusted hole in our heating exchange & risk of carbon monoxide poisoning; HVAC Team Installation Tech- Adrian other team members – all of whom treated me like family. Moreover, the friendly office staff sent pics of who was coming, arrival times, contract details, and answered any other questions I had. Their cost, financing, integrity, warranty, professionalism, and kindness set the bar too high for other companies to compete. Installation was next day – EXCELLENT SERVICE!! So blessed!!! I wish I could give this business more than 5 stars!!!! We were out of AC for almost 2 weeks. We had other businesses come out and look and said it would take 2 months for parts to come in. I called Rudd and Morgan answered the phone. I told her my story and she made me feel like family. She went above and beyond to help my family and got us scheduled for a technician to come out first thing the next morning. Brent was our technician and he was so understanding and very helpful. I will ALWAYS trust Rudd with any heating/AC issues from now on and will highly recommend them.

Helpful professionals willing to go above and beyond!Our A/C unit capacitor died this evening, the night before a record high temp day for May. Ola from Rudd came right over (at 9 PM) to take of us! He had the part needed on his truck and had us back to cooling in no time!He was the ultimate professional and got the part replaced and did the quick once over to make sure everything else on the unit was good to go!Dont bother looking any other company! Just go with Rudd from the start and you will not be let down in any way. From price to professionalism to prompt service to quality of work, they are unmatched and would give six stars if I could!
