LD Plumbing/Heating/Air ..employee Avery. Avery came to my house for a free estimate. Then I was thinking making an appt. He said I can have your busted pipes fixed & rerouted & move cold water pipe as well, under 2 hours. I said really! He had my kitchen cold & hot water lines replaced & rerouted away from the uninsolated wall n hour n half. He did an awesome job. This was n middle May 2024. Cleaned up after himself. He was polite & nice to chat with. He told me an estimated price & said theyd mail me the bill. I was so worried bout it being n the thousands. But it wasnt as much as I thought after all. Plus Avery had to work n a very small tight area to get to my old house pipes. Im so thankful for his wonderful job! I have water for my house now! Thank you so much Avery! Youre a life saver! My worry is gone. Need more employees like him! Take care Avery!

I needed to have my toilet replaced from a short to a tall, ADA toilet. I also had a bidet accessory that was to be added to the new toilet. The plumber who came was very efficient —he removed the old toilet and installed the new one and the bidet in about an hour. The bathroom was clean and he also took care of all packaging, leaving me with the bidet instructions and warranty. I can count on LD to come when they say they are coming and am able to make appointments easily and in a fairly short timeframe.

Rather than leave a message, I waited until 7.The woman that answered the phone was very helpful. I said I needed to leave for work by 8:30. She asked about my water heater size, I found it. “They don’t make that size any more…the smaller one will be more efficient and less expensive”. And “I think we can have someone there first thing.” “Do you have a number they can reach you?” Yes gave my cell number. Around 8am, Justin (?) texted me and asked for a picture of where my water heater was, to make sure the new one would fit. All good, on our way!LD was at my house by 8:30. Showed them where to go, and left.When I got home, ALL GOOD!

Im giving this review 4 stars due to an administrative issue. I called LD Mechanical and left my information, including my phone number, on their answering machine. I didnt hear back and called again a few days later. They said they had called and left me a msg. that the tecnician would call me 30 min prior to arrival, and be over the next day. B/c I hadnt heard back from them, Id made a Dr. appt that then had to be canceled, as I needed to capitalize on the technicians impendong visit. He arrived (unannounced) and said he, too, had tried to call me. We compared phone #s and he/LD had been calling an old phone #. This was frustrating,as I had left my current # on their machine a few days earlier. I will say, the technician was polite, pleasant, competent and helpful. He gave me good information and I appreciated his work! I will, at this time, use LD Mechanical again if/when the need arises.
