Eddie and Anthony came out to locate a leak in my main water line and to repair it. They arrived on the scheduled day. They worked quickly and efficiently to do just that. Even though they dug up a portion of the line, they neatly replaced the dirt such that you could hardly tell they had done any digging. I will call on Atta-Boy Plumbing again!

This review is based on a visit on August 5, 2024. This is also the third time Attaboy has come to help me. The first was several years ago installing toilet from Lowes and they did a very good job with that.Today Riley and Jody came to address a problem with some pipes under my sink. They called when on their way and actually arrived a bit earlier than their scheduled appointment time.They quickly identified what the issues were and had the parts they needed on the truck so the repair was finished expeditiously. Both Riley and Jody were polite, pleasant, and professional. The price for the work was quite reasonable.I definitely will be using Attaboy for any future plumbing issues. The person in the office who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and got me an appointment within two days. She also called the day before to confirm the appointment.June 30,2024 - I had a new Insinkerator garbage disposal installed today by Attaboy Plumbing. The plumbers John and Chris came right at the promised time of 12-2 PM ( actually arrived right at noon). They were very professional, polite, and didnt take long to get it installed. The price was very fair. This is the second time I have used Attaboy Plumbing (the first time was to install a toilet from Lowes) and was happy with the first visit as well.Definitely 5 star service on three separate visits!

I had the best experience with Atta Boy Plumbing and I plan to use them for future plumbing projects.Last year, I was extremely displeased about replacing a practically new toilet in a guest bathroom in my 3 year old home. When the developer installed the toilet at the new home, apparently the toilet was cracked or a hairline crack started once the toilet was installed and thus began my problem. I knew I wanted a top-of-the-line toilet installed this time around but not all plumbers know how to install all brands of toilets. I called around to understand plumbers’ install process and was not satisfied with answers received from the local plumbers. Too many would try or were not familiar implementing the brand. I finally found a solution provider that had lots of experience and would successfully implement the Toto toilet. I was ecstatic!! On day of install, Atta Boy Plumbing was able to take out the old toilet, input the new Toto toilet and accessories and remove the old toilet from the premises without any hassle. The installer was extremely professional and efficient. A problem free install. It’s almost a year now and I’m still satisfied with the work performed. I’ve contacted the team to flush my tankless water heater in April.

We have been using Attaboy Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs since 2012. We will not use anyone else. They are dependable, knowledgeable, efficient, and always clean up after they are done. Our most recent experience was when they had to replace our entire exterior water line due to a leak & age. They made it a stress-free day! They had the project complete in no time, with a smooth & quick transition of turning main water off and then back on. My yard looked great afterwards, everything leveled off and sod back in place. They truly take pride in their work!

Rodney and associate were prompt, efficient, very professional and extremely courteous. Their work is impeccable and they took the time to explain what they were going to do and how things worked after the install. They even cleaned the work area before and after . One of the things that impressed me most is they had all of the fittings and tools to get the job done right the first time and their work is backed by a guarantee. They installed high quality equipment. Additionally, they installed a drain pan under the water heater that will drain to outside of the house in the event of a leak so it doesnt flood my garage. Not sure if it is code, but its the first time Ive ever seen that done. They will tell you, they may not be the cheapest, but they do the best work. I agree and they will be my plumbing service provider from now on. Im confident you wont regret hiring this company to meet your needs.

Highly recommend! Once we found Atta-Boy, we have never called another plumber. The techs are very professional, honest, and thorough! The service call fee is a bit higher than Id like, but the labor prices are otherwise fair. Just commit to the work and you will not be let down.

I called up Atta Boy plumbing and they got me on the schedule for the next day. They met the service window and was on time and prompt. Jody and the team accessed my draining issue. In my bathrooms, the tubs werent draining properly. They snaked my lines free of cutter and hair. He showed me the problem in detail and even helped with advice on how to solve my dual vanity sink drainage problems; which will require a new faucets because the stopper system is not working properly. I will do business with them again after I purchase the new sink faucets. I thought this was very commendable. No pushy sales pitch or wanting to upgrade my bathroom. They genuinely wanted to fix my issue.

My water heater went out. The first available appointment they had was 5 days later, but despite that they still came out to get it working temporarily so there would be warm water for showers.They even came out a second time at no charge because it turned out the issue was being caused by cold weather, adding a separate problem to the first quick fix. Again, the original appointment isnt even until tomorrow.In general outside of specifics, they arrived promptly, were courteous, and didnt waste anyones time. Customer appreciation is still alive in Charleston.

Rodney, the owner of Attaboy plumbing came out and helped us with our disposal. The motor went bad on our garbage disposal and I know most companies would have put us off, but Attaboy plumbing is always awesome. Rodney came out himself in spite of being extremely busy and installed a new garbage disposal for us. I know a lot of companies that do plumbing are probably pretty good, but Attaboy is way beyond that. I trust them completely, their prices are the best that you will find and they always do the job right. And this is coming from my heart, I just Want everyone to know who to call if they need a plumbing company.

Im amazed these guys dont have more reviews. When I reached out to them for assistance with a home inspection issue during closing, they truly saved the day. After a disappointing experience with another company that quoted a 2-day, $600 repair involving a wall hole, this team efficiently resolved the problem in just 45 minutes, without any wall damage, and at a cost under $200. I wholeheartedly recommend them—10/10 for all your plumbing needs.

I moved into my house in 2018 and less than 36 hours before my washer and dryer were to be repaired, I found issues with the water pipes it would be using. I called after 8 p.m. and a plumber was dispatched the next day to fix the piping problem so the washer could be successfully installed and used. I then had a new water heater installed in 2021. To say the previous owner, who was in construction, and the guy who bought and flipped the house were the kind to cut corners and leave problems for others is a total understatement. Among other things, the hot and cold water lines were reversed, the old water heater was too big, the over flow tank was barely attached, there were no outside discharge pipes and the water heater was sitting on the ground, not a raised stand. Atta-boy corrected all those issues at that time, including fixing the reversed water lines on the washer (done as a temp fix in 2018 because who has money left after buying a house). My electric bill went down when the 60 gallon tank was replaced by a 40 gallon one and all the issues listed were fixed.With all this work, Atta-boys personnel, both the plumbers in my house and the office staff, have been professional, polite and everything you could ask for in the way of service personnel. Theyve answered questions I had and never made me feel stupid for not knowing something. I HIGHLY recommend Atta-Boy for ALL your plumbing needs.

I called multiple plumbers Friday afternoon needing work done the same day. No other company could make it happen until after the weekend. Atta-Boy got the estimator out in 25 minutes and once we agreed on the price 2 more trucks showed up. I think there were 4 guys total. They knocked out the whole job in less than an hour.
