Contract Exteriors were a phenomenal company to work with! My husband and I had a sunken-in deck and a custom-sized window from the 50’s that needed to be replaced and we weren’t sure how best to handle it all. Mike came out to our house to help explain the whole process and gave us multiple options on what we could do. He was patient and helpful in all the ways we needed as first-time home owners! Our project manager, Lucas, was available throughout the entire process and did a great job including us in the status updates. We knew what was happening every step of the way and this was a major bonus! He was also very friendly and very pleasant to work with. Even on the finance side of things, everything went smoothly and easily. Eugenia kept us informed via emails and was always kind and understanding. Overall, we are thrilled with the work completed and amazed at the customer service this company has provided us!

Edit:Despite a bumpy road to completion, we are mostly pleased with our deck. Our dog is too!I would recommend customers conduct a careful review of project plans and have a complete understanding of terminology.Be aware that many of C.E.s suppliers materials may not be stock items and might not be able to be returned/refunded.I would recommend staging and site preparations not take place until building permits have been obtained.Thank you Eugenia M., Lucas L., and Jason L. for listening and acting on issues.

Im a very educated consumer, who is discerning and has very high expectations- in summary everyone at Contract Exteriors exceeded my expectations, and completed our project sooner than promised with excellent workmanship. Anyone considering a home repair or improvement project should have them as their first option. More details: The first contact was with Ryan, who created our contract, took extensive photos to document what we wanted and offered great advice for the siding plan. Jeff was the project manager, and was in constant communication, showing up nearly every day at precisely 8am to check on the progress of his team and ask me if I had any concerns or questions. When we did the last walk through to create a punch list of final details to complete, he had more to suggest than I did - a very rare thing indeed. The work team was led by Jose who, like Jeff was on time, every time, and clearly dedicated to doing his job well and efficiently. Finally, Eugenia from the office was available for questions and called to ask how things were progressing and if I had any questions. We could not be happier with the result. Contract Exteriors does excellent work, and are very responsive and easy to work with. Look no further!

The house looks great. From start to finish dealing with the Contract Exteriors team Ryan, Lucas, and Jason were excellent. Wish I could give them 5stars but lack of clean up by the crew was lacking. To many nails were found in my yard by my magnet that I ran around my house. Otherwise, great work on the finished project.

I had to replace most of the large deck on the rear of my home. Contract Exteriors did an outstanding job. From my initial consultation with Ryan to meeting with the project manager, Jonathan, I was impressed with their proactive communication of the scope of work, supply delivery dates, construction dates, and clean-up procedures. Ryan thoroughly explained all options, prepared a detailed report, and answered all my many questions. Jonathan oversaw each step of the work and was proactive in telling me about issues and progress. The construction crew were awesome—professional and obviously very skilled and knowledgeable. The result is a beautiful, solidly-built deck! Payments were easy to make, using their online payment options. I will consult them again on any future exterior work. I highly recommend Contract Exteriors!

Contract Exteriors did a great job for us. They completely refurbished the outside of our house. Ryan Caldwell, our sales contact was very helpful in getting the job set up and providing advice on materials and finishes. Jeff Jones was our 5 star project manager. He ran the job efficiently and is a master of juggling material and schedules. He was able to take care of the inevitable unforeseen problems that an old house presents without falling behind schedule. The roofers were great, Jose’s siding and soffit crew were excellent and Rolando’s deck crew was outstanding.

Contact Exteriors did an excellent job replacing all of our exterior siding with new HardiPlank siding. Ryans initial inspection of our house and quote was thorough and offered many options for us to choose from, and the costs and timeline of the work were right on target with the original quote and planning meeting. Throughout the course of the work, the crew was efficient and extremely clean with with their workspaces. The project manager was frequently on-site and was quick in addressing any questions we had. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Contract Exteriors and would definitely use them again in the future.

Contract Exteriors originally did exterior structural repair work on my house in 2017. Recently I found some issues with the work and asked them to look at under their 10 year warranty. Mr. Jeff Jones (Project Manager) came out and looked at the situation. He assessed the circumstances very openly and fairly and concluded that warranty work was indeed appropriate. Mr. Jose Reyes (Job Foreman) and his crew came out to do the work. Everyone involved with the warranty work did an excellent job and I am well satisfied. I am particularly pleased with the way Mr. Jones oversaw the job and the way Mr. Reyes ran the job. It is particularly gratifying to know that Contract Exteriors will honor their warranty. Thanks to all at Contract Exteriors.

Excellent. We hired Contract Exteriors to install new stairs, porch and railings for our home. David provided a comprehensive overview of what could be done and the options. Of the other three estimates I received, David provided the most detail, answered all of my questions and was not pushy trying to convince us to hire them. Jeff did a stellar job managing the project, and Anderson and his team did a phenomenal job on all of the work. Neighbors have commented on how great it looks, and how impressed they were with the crew. We love our new stairs and porch, and give Contract Exteriors our highest recommendation!

The results of this month-long effort are five stars, with compliments to Rolando and his crew. The extensive job consisted of removing a wood deck surface and demo of two large staircases. We had a beautiful Azek deck surface installed with a wire rail. Additionally, a new 10’x10’ deck was constructed at ground level, with a staircase from the upper deck to the lower deck and a 5’ landing halfway down.We do feel the time estimate for completion was misleading and we were disappointed with lack of communication at times and delays during construction. Also, we feel precautions should have been taken to protect our lawn from damage due to construction materials left lying on the lawn too long.

Contact Exteriors replaced the entire exterior of our house in 2017 with Hardie Plank because of a defective house siding material used when house was built in 2008. The experience of working with Contract Exteriors from our first meeting with their sales rep/inspector through the installation was 5 star! There was a customer service rep who called each day to check on how we felt the job was going as well as a supervisor who came each morning to make sure the installers had all the materials needed for that day. And he returned each evening to make sure they had left the job site tidy. The two men installing the siding were friendly, respectful and hard working. Today, 6 years after job was completed, I needed to reach out to Contract Exteriors to get info on the exact type of Hardie material that was used in order to replace a small damaged piece of the siding caused by our plumber. My contractor couldn’t find it at the usual home improvement stores so I called and spoke to Eugenia who works in their Charleston office. Within minutes after talking with her she had our 2017 installation details pulled up and promised she’d get back to me right away. She did!! After calling two of their distributors she found out that the closest one to us had the Hardie siding in stock. Thank you, Eugenia, and the entire team who was involved in the original install. I am thrilled with the work Contract Exteriors did replacing my vinyl siding with Hardie Plank. Everything went quickly and smoothly. David White was on time to take measurements and prepare the estimate. Before the materials arrived he, Production Manager Greg Roonan, and Project Manager Jeff Jones met with me to inspect the exterior and to make sure I understood all of the contract details. The materials were delivered quickly after that and Jeff Jones was here every day during the construction answering any questions I had, inspecting the work done, and documenting everything with photos. Finally a big thanks to the crew who did the installation. They arrived on time every day and often stayed late. They were polite, skilled, and hardworking.

I hired contract exteriors for a sidding job on my property. Although we had some headaches from the city over and over but my contact with the contractor was Jeff Jones. I would say Jeff was awesome, he always was comforting, supportive and will go the extra yard to make life easier.Even when I had some discomfort dealing with others in the company, once Jeff get involved things will get smooth again.I will definitely hire them again if Jeff is my contact person again.

Worked with us over half a year to order, hold, schedule replacement, coordinate with homeowners association and their contractors around repairs and treatment required due to finding active termites. Met our need to complete work prior to start date of upcoming long-term rental. Established personal communications early in the process which really helped with the frustrations of delays. Very happy with new window. Highly recommend Contract Exteriors and especially Jeff Jones and his crew who worked in the rain to meet our scheduling needs.

(James Hardie Siding) Gave an estimated Start and completion date and met both ahead of schedule. The project manager (owner) Randy Hamn personally supervised the project. The workers were courteous and professional. Timely in their work and cleaned up daily. Their work was outstanding. This is the most professional company I have dealt with. I have just replaced 2 exterior French doors with aluminum sliders that can handle high winds. The entire process was handled like I was their only customer. Everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. When I asked a question I was answered with a straight answer. Everyones first concern is keeping the customer informed and up to date. The gentlemen who did my installation were skilled, polite, conscientious and professional. They did both doors in under a day, made sure I understood how to lock and unlock the doors and assured me that as soon as the necessary inspection was complete, they would finish up promptly. Cleaning up after themselves was an ongoing process throughout the day along with cleaning up outside.I couldnt be happier! I love my new doors!
