    The service guys are on time. Always willing to make changes we request they do a walk through pick up any debris laying around before cutting the grass this helps to keeping the place clean. The supervisor always visits the property to insure work is up to satisfactory condition. Giving recommendations so we can keep our plants/shrubs and trees healthy This Keeps our facility well manicured trees and shrubs look great. Im very satisfied with their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you Charleston Grounds.

    I was completely and pleasantly surprised!! Brand new Sunroom and a rock got shot through screen and siding while mowing around pond nearby. Braced myself for a long drawn out ordeal!! As soon as I notified them of the accident, they moved quickly..even checking with me on replacing the right type of screen and siding!! Within 2 weeks, complete repair done!! It means the world to find a reputable business that stands behind a mistake…very rare nowadays!Thank you to the whole team, especially Murilo, for even coming back to make sure i was pleased with the outcome ❤️Cant recommend enough!!

    This company came to the rescue with the property we live in this past spring. We had two failed landscaping company that left us without cutting the grass or picking up the leaves we were literally drowning in. In the 6 months they have been with us the property is looking the best it has in the 8 years I lived her. Thus company is the best!

    Our HOA board hired Lee and his team about a year ago to “bring back” our neighborhood’s grass etc that had been neglected for years! Jay Johnson is our property manager and is ALWAYS responsive, knowledgeable, professional with any and requests, whether it irrigation concerns, new plantings, weed/insect control and our #1 priority the turf. He manages his on site manager, Will & his crew, to take care of any needs weekly. I couldn’t be happier with all efforts from all, especially Jay who always has a smile and a good word!     Charleston Grounds Management has been taking care of the grounds at Dovefield Condominiums for the four years that I have lived here. Murilo and his team work hard to maintain the shrubs and trees, as well as edge the walkways and mow the common areas. They also place pine straw in the flower beds twice a year. This company works hard to keep our grounds neat and safe for the residents to enjoy. Thank you Charleston Grounds Management for a job well done!

    These guys are awesome! I live here in the Wescott area and as soon as I had an issue they came out and handled it. The supervisor murillo was very understanding and knowledgeable with his crew. If I had to Recommend a landscaping company I would recommend Charleston Ground management. If I could give the 10 stars I would! Seriously! Please don’t hesitate to give these guys a call asap!
