    We had our entire roof replaced and, due to a previous ceiling leak in our kitchen, Charleston Roofing also repaired and painted the entire ceiling! All done in one day and when they finished, you couldn’t tell that they had been there. My personal agents alerted me every step of the way with insurance and what to expect as far as scheduling was concerned. Couldn’t be happier!

    Charleston Roofing and Exteriors Did a Excellent job on my house. Mike and his team where great. We took my outdated rotted EIFS sided home and rapped with all new James Hardie fixed all the issues with the rot. Also replaced all the Windows and updated with high quality Storm series windows. I can honestly say my home is now more efficient than ever and has excellent curb appeal. Side note. I got quotes from 7 major roofing and siding companies Charleston Roofing and Exterior had a competitive price. Again, I highly recommend this outfit and am very satisfied with the outcome.     Charleston roofing came out the day after a storm to assess the damages done to my roof. I had lost about 12 shingles. My rep was Dallas. I felt he was very trustworthy and unlike every other company I had come out, he didnt try to sell me a new roof (my roof is only 4 years old). Dallas looked up and said- this is a simple patch job. He matched up the shingles perfectly, his team was out doing the repairs in 3 days and my home was looking back to looking normal again. The only issue I had was that I had a morning appointment and the team didnt arrive untill about 5pm (but this was after a heavy storm, so they were most likely busier than normal).But overall I will use them again and I would recommend them. It was definitely a nice change of pace working with an honest roofing company.

    Weve had a really good experience with Charleston Roofing and Exteriors from start to finish. Michael, Laura, and Caleb the site manager were extremely responsive. They gave us all the information, let us know how everything would go, and it went like clockwork. The crew was kind and easy to be around. Its hard to think of how this could have been easier. To top it off, the roof has been on for a couple of days now and I havent found a single nail in the yard, flowerbeds, anywhere. Getting a new roof was a daunting prospect and we spoke with a number of companies. We feel really happy with Charleston Roofing and Exteriors and have no qualms about recommending them. Five stars.

    I called Charleston Roofing and exteriors to do a roof inspection after a hailstorm. Dallas came the following day and found considerable damage.i called my insurance company and Dallas assisted me in making a claim, Dallas was also present when the insurance adjuster did his inspection. Within a week after the approval the crew was here installing my new roof. They took great care in covering my landscaping. Supervisor Nathan was present during the installation and kept me updated on the process. The Job was completed in one day and the clean up was perfect. Highly recommend.

    Theese guys were incredibly easy to work with. I called for a consultation and they were fair and straight forward with the quote for repairs.I am active military and ended up deploying on very short notice before the work could be accomplished, they set up cameras so I could watch their progress from my deployed location. Not only that but the manager Mike offered to personally come and inspect the home weekly after rain and storms to ensure the leak and damage had been completley repaired.My repairmen also named Mike was incredibly helpful and professional. If you need a guy thatll shoot you straight and get the work done well, hes your guy.As long as Im here in Charleston these gentlemen will have my buisness.

    I had a very small job recently at my house. I shopped around and most places tried to upsell me, and turn my small issue into a large job. Dallas from Charleston Roofing and exteriors came by, he was honest and very professional. He climbed up and fixed the issue i was having. Once coming down he said that it was such a simple fix that he wouldn’t even charge me for it.     I got a new roof from Charleston Roof & Exteriors back in 2017. Sales process was smooth, install was complete in one day. The roof still looks brand new and I have never had any issues with leaking. Multiple storms have come since and my beautiful roof has withstood! Also has a 50 year warranty which gives me full peace of mind!

    Great experience with Charleston Roofing! We had some leaking inside around our chimney and called a couple companies for repair quotes. After Nick came out, he took detailed photos and sat down with us to review our options. He gave us good insight on how to work with our insurance company based on the hail damage he found on the roof (no other contractor spotted it). After sending us 2 different detailed quotes, and working with our insurance company, we had Charleston Roofing replace our entire roof, not just around the chimney. Nick sent us photos of some previous installs of 2 different singles we had in mind. The install took 1 full day and went without issue. They replaced the damaged boards around our chimney, and even color matched and painted some of the trim they had to replace on the chimney. 10/10 would recommend.

    Our home was struck by lightning and caused siding damage plus a lot of interior damage so as you can very well guess it has been a very stressful situation. It was refreshing to find a company ready and willing to get to work and take care of our siding needs right away. From the time the young man came to view the job, then sit down with me and explain every step of the way, to actually getting the job done he was in complete contact with me. And if I had a question for them all I had to do was reach out and I would get a call back within 24 hrs. or sooner.     Mike was great to work with! He presented a few options and also made some solid recommendations based on his appraisal of our existing roof. His foreman Ryan was in constant communication. He laid out exactly how things would go, and made it happen! The crew worked hard and cleaned up all the debris when they finished. I would highly recommend these guys as they are fair, honest, and do what they say they are going to do!

    Above and Beyond. Charleston Roofing and Exteriors was able to investigate a leak issue with my chimney at the roof connection. After spending time opening the area, Mike and Dallas showed me where the poorly executed original 2001 construction was allowing the leak. (This had nothing to do with my new roof.) And then while still working on the roof they recommended a solution and walked me through it. Being an architect, I greatly appreciated it. I quickly received a quote that they explained. The work was completed on time. Easy to talk to and highly recommended.

    A friend highly recommended Charleston Roofing after our roof was damaged during a hurricane. I called requesting a quote and was pleasantly surprised that Mike was able to come the next day. Even though I had two previous estimates, I knew immediately we would be using Charleston Roofing. Crew was right on time to start the job and was completed, including clean up, the same day.     Dustin was in my neighborhood and reached out to me as he noticed I had shingles missing and exposed wood on the roof. We attempted to go through my insurance company to see if they would help with repairs or get a new roof... unfortunately they were stingy and I was denied. Dustin was willing to part ways at this point but we decided to grab a quote for repair work as well as a new roof. After some more discussions we thought it best that a new roof was needed and went forwarded with the work. I was amazed at how fast everything was processed and scheduled. Dustin walked us through the whole process and explained each layer that would be going on the roof and what they were for. Got a call to schedule my roof for the following week, they loaded the roof up the day before with material, and by 730 the next day they were up and at it ripping out the old and replacing with new and completed by 11. This was an incredible experience as Ive never had to do anything like this before. The whole team was personable and knowledgeable of their system and NOT once did I have a hard time reaching out to them with questions or concerns. Very high quality materials used as hurricane season approaches. I definitely would recommend using these guys.

    We really enjoyed working with Charleston roofing, our Salesman Dustin was very nice and professional and very thorough in explaining how the process would be. They took care of corresponding with our insurance after our fist initial contact. Mike was also great at answering my questions and getting things moving and helping me feel at ease going through the process, Nick is project supervisor, he was also very nice, respectful and timely. We have solar panels! They sent a crew to uninstall and install the panels and then the crew for the roof got the roof off and on in one day!The finished product looks great, they have a 10 year workmanship warranty and (I think a 50 year product warranty) Mike can clarify that. We are grateful to Charleston roofing and crew. And would absolutely recommend them.

    I called and got in touch with Dallas Giorgi to give my roof a new life. Dallas was there the next day to do a full roof inspection and gave me very helpful and professional advice on how to move forward. Once we settled on a plan, the job was scheduled very quickly and was done in less than 12 hours including multiple damaged spots on my roof, installed extra vents as well as a full replacement of my shingles. Dallas was there every step of the way, I was never left out of any decision and was well informed of any and all work. Very satisfied with the work and the people I delt with.

    Wow! I flip houses and am very familiar with using and contracting out work on my homes. Service is of the utmost importance. Received 5 different quotes from other roofers and these guys were the highest recommended and the least expensive. On top of that, the communication was immediate with Mike.     It was an absolute pleasure working with Charleston Roofing and Exteriors. The entire process from the first phone call to the roof replacement went so smooth. Dustin Meehan came to my house to give me an estimate the very next day after I contacted them. Dustin is very professional and his knowledge and his explanation of there roofing products was superior to the other companies that I got estimates from. He came to my house 3 times to answer any questions that I had about the product and installation. The reason I decided to use Charleston Roofing initially was because of how good Dustin took care of me. The rest of the process was handled by Nick who is just as professional and easy to work with. The crew arrived at 7 am and finished the entire roof by 4:30. My roof looks excellent and there clean up was exceptional. I am extremely happy with the my roof and the way the entire process went.     Communication was top notch and comprehensive regarding what to expect day of work and day of materials delivery. Crew of seven arrived on time day of work and worked quickly and efficiently, covering outside ornaments and HVAC completely, even moving patio furniture out of the way. Job was completed 2 hours earlier than expected, and patio furniture was moved to their original places. Foreman Gilberto was easy to talk to and communicated very well. My first roof replacement went WAY better than expected. Mike Campbells company will be recommended to all my neighbors.

    Charleston Roofing replaced my roof a number of years ago and it has held up well. When I recently had issues with a leak, they came to inspect the roof both inside and out, took photos, discovered it was not the roof and made recommendations for another vendor to to fix the root of the problem. On top of that, they discovered some additional issues within the attic and provided recommendations for that as well. I appreciated their help and going above and beyond.

    Charleston Roofing did an AMAZING job with our complete roof replacement. They were very quick coming out to assess damage and get quote to our insurance and then scheduled us ASAP for a full roof replacement when we had leaks and major problems. They even replaced rotten boards we didn’t know exhausted beneath the old roof that were damage. They were also the most reasonable price for the repair compared to other roofers. They did an excellent job picking up all the parts they replaced, not a single nail or shingle was left on our property and they did the entire job and whole roof in one day. I would highly recommend this company for a roof repair or entire roof replacement.

    A supervisor, Nathan, was on site at all times. They were on time; and the quality was wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves completely. However, when the gutters were put on, we noticed a lot of metal shards were left Around the driveway and the grass.

Found an issue with my roof at the start of a holiday weekend....I called Friday evening and they were able to send someone out the next morning (day before easter).     I had a very positive experience with Charleston Roofing.I like downtown Charleston and needed to replace my roof with a Hand Crimped Metal Standing Seam Roof. Charleston Roofing is one of very few companies that was able to perform the work. I went with them because they came across as the most professional. Downtown is a tough place to work due to space and my roof is very steep and tall. The Charleston Roofing folks did not hesitate and got to work completing it in a reasonable amount of time and it looks great. I would recommend them to folk I know that need a replacement.

    I called almost every roofer in town and Mike was one of the few that actually got in touch with me (and did so quickly) and seemed like he wanted the job.     Great communication and excellent service. Scotty came to the house a couple of days after contacting them to assess the damage. He gave me a quote on the spot. A few days later, the repair was done and you cant even tell that there was ever a problem because they did a great job in matching the original shingles.     During the recent torrential rain we had, I discovered that I had a leak in my roof. The roof was old enough to need replacement rather than a repair I chose replacement. I researched Angies List and I chose Charleston Roofing and Exteriors. The offer was replacement for $5699 but I wanted to make sure that my tri-level home qualified for that price. I called the number given and Mike Campbellcame out and assured me that it did qualify. The reviews on Angies list were great and we agreed that they had the job. I was very impressed with the professionalism demonstrated during this process making me feel comfortable with my choice. We agreed on theCertainTeed Integrity Roofing system as advertised along with the color of the shingles. Mike made some suggestions such as Ridge Vents on both levels of the roof, a Drip Edge, and high-performance underlayment providing a secondary protective water-resistant layer over the roof. Mike was not trying to jack-up the price as all of these suggestions came along at the advertised price.We agreed on a start date for delivery of the Shingles and other required supplies and that was the beginning of a great business deal. I was totally amazed when Mike told me that the whole project would be completed in one day. I had a detailed quote that evening showing everything we discussed.

    To anyone who is considering working with ‘Charleston Roofing & Exteriors’;I am the president of an HOA in Mt Pleasant. We are a small community with only 1 very old building (14 individual condo’s and 1 townhouse) which was built way back in the 1970’s. Our building has five different roof sections; divided by four ‘fire-walls’ of cement cinder-blocks which has concrete poured over them for ‘cosmetic appearance’.After years of doing patchwork on our old roof the HOA finally decided it was time to stop the bleeding and get a brand new roof.I myself took on this job of finding the best company for our small community.I personally spent many hours researching different roofing companies in the Charleston area. I ended up calling 12 different companies (which had great reputations & reviews). I left a voice message for ALL 12 companies (telling them I had a big potential project for them replacing a new roof for a multi-family building); I had only 6 companies call me back, I had only 4 companies that took the time to come out and inspect the property….these 4 companies finally supplied me a quote.I won’t get into details about cost between the 4 companies…all four companies were almost in the same ball-park of each other. Mike and his team stood out because of what they were offering and the impression I got from him.The other roofing contractors gave me the impression that they would only be doing ‘patch-work’ but on a larger scale. They only wanted to quote and replace SOME damaged sheathing on the roof and keep some of the original old ones. If I am going to spend THOUSANDS of dollars on a new roof….I want to make sure I have a brand NEW roof…..not a roof which is half new & half old.Plus, the other roofing guys did not give me the warm ‘fuzzies’ about how to handle the flashing on our building. Our building is unique in the fact that our fire-walls are cinderblocks with concrete poured over it. Some of the other contractors (once again) wanted to take the ‘short-cut’ and just add flashing OVER the existing flashing….again this is just more ‘patch-work’ in my opinion.Mike and his team gave our community ALL new sheathing, ALL new flashing, proper drip edges, 30 year shingles AND as an added upgrade we added ADDITIONAL water protection to our roof by COMPLETELY covering the roof with a product called “Ice-&-Water Shield” (look it up).Mike and his team were able to tackle the ‘unexpected’ (which should always be expected on any large scale job)….we had evidence of wood rot which was found out after the removal of the sheathing (the other contracting companies would have missed this). Mike and his team fixed these issue.Mike and his team (2 crews with a total of ~12-15 guys per day) were able to complete the job in 72 hours. I am now confident that we have a BRAND NEW roof (not a half new/half old roof) with has been properly installed and should protect our small community for years to come.Finally, every day I was on-site to oversee this project. I got up on the roof and took over 400+ pictures of this project (so I could show any homeowner who might have questions about how the roof was constructed). I have 17 key pics I wanted to show you but I dont see a place where google will allow me to upload pics....sorry.- Marsh Grass HOA PresidentPS: After the completion of this project (and after I wrote this review) we found 2 holes in the drywall ceilings that the roofers made by accident. Mike sent someone out ASAP and got the holes patched and painted within 24 hours. From the start, I was most impressed with this company. Dallas came out, made a thorough evaluation of my project and answered all my questions confidently and, most importantly, honestly. He was also quick to respond any time I texted with follow-up questions. Their quote for the roof was right in line with the other companies I spoke to, but by far the best for the soffit portion of the project. I decided to go with them for the work, and Im so glad I did. My new roof (thanks, Dallas, Nathan and crew) and soffit (thanks Alosio!) look fantastic, the work on both projects was completed in a single day, and the crews cleaned up after themselves as though they were never even there.     I spoke to Mike Wednesday evening about needing a roof, due to having a leak and it being that time. He gave me a quick quote, got my financing set up, and the supplies dropped off Thursday.     Charleston Roofing and Exteriors did a great job tearing off and installing a brand new roof on my home. Mike and Mark were both very helpful in accommodating our needs. If you plan to add Gutters, it is contracted out to a different company and unfortunately they were very far behind and not as organized as Mike/Mark and their team. After all that, my roof and new gutters do look amazing and I would suggest Charleston Roofing and Exteriors to anyone looking at replacing their roof.

Mike came out the next day present the product that he was going to install and let me tell you this man knows his stuff.     After trying to get a quote from another company for 5 months, my husband called Charleston Roofing & Exteriors. They came out the next day! Within a few days, we were offered a quote, which we accepted and work began. I am very detailed and particular (to a fault) and was dreading the ordeal of having work done on our roof, but we had no choice. We discovered a 10-yr ongoing leak due to a very poor roof design and had to hire an architect to redesign our roof. Just a few days into the project, my faith in this company soared from trepidation to complete confidence and trust. They did not slap the job together in a hurry. Instead, they methodically and carefully remodeled our roof. The work was done exactly according to the architects drawing, and now my architect is recommending this company to his other clients. They used quality material. Their workmanship was outstanding. They were very careful, very courteous, and an absolute pleasure to have work on our house. All construction material/tools were put away at the end of each work day. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire project and always advised what time they would arrive the next day. This company has excellent communication practices and customer service. My husband and I give this company an EXCELLENT rating and highly recommend them. We so appreciate a company of this caliber. We now have a properly functioning roof and it is STUNNING with the new standing-rib accent at the front entrance.

    Excellent customer service and impressive craftsmanship. I bought an old house that needed a ton of work, so I called Charleston Roofing and Exteriors. Their quote was highly competitive versus the market, and they were able to get started right away. My vinyl soffit, wood facia, and vinyl siding on the roof gable were complete in one day. A week later the entire roof was replaced in one day along with vent boots. Included were 4 large pieces of brand new plywood. The architectural shingles look great and will last many decades. The drip edge and ridge vent are standard with all roofs Mike installs. I highly recommend Charleston Roofing and Exteriors. You wont be disappointed.
