I had what I thought was a slab leak (which is like the worst kind of leak to have IMO) in my garage. Needless to say, I did panic a bit, then I opened a service request with my home warranty. Within 24-hours, Cornell from AZ Preferred Plumbing arrived and diagnosed my issue as actually a bad water heater... phew! He then got approval from my home warranty company to replace the water heater and actually replaced it the same day! Not only that, but he was very professional while I hovered and asked him lots of questions about plumbing in general. Not only that, but he also referred me to a good restoration company to give me an estimate on the drywall damage. What couldve been a very stressful situation turned into a positive experience, and now I have the name of a really good plumbing company. +1 will panic about a water leak and call AZ Preferred Plumbing again.

AMAZING!!! Preferred plumbing just replaced All the piping in my entire house. This was a major expense I had been dreading for years. I did my due diligence and contacted over a dozen companies.
