Robert was our technician. We called at 9:00 and Robert was there to look at the issue by 10:30. We wanted to change to a tank less. He gave us three options. He had it installed and was able to fix two exterior faucets. He was very knowledgeable and did a professional installation. We were pleased with the work he did. We recommend Robert for any installation.

Linns plumbing is the best! We have used them for several now. David is who comes to see us. We absolutely love knowing it is going to be him everytime! He is amazing with our kids as well. They are always asking questions and wanting to learn about what he might be doing while here. He almost feels like another grandparent to our kids with the amount of patience and kindness he has with them. Not all people are so kind when kids get in the way of getting a job done so you can go to the next call. They installed my new vanity, washer dryer, fixed my clogged shower line. Super friendly employees. Never treated me rude. Very professionl and clean. I felt very safe. We had a visit from guys from Linns Plumbing this week. We had never used Linn’s before because we were happy with some other local plumbers we have used for years. Our problem required some special equipment and both of the other locals we’ve used recommended we call Linn’s so we did so. We called on a Monday morning and the best they could do was to get someone here the following Thursday. Anyway on Thursday Robert the lead technician and Dalton his apprentice arrived. To make a long story short, Robert and Dalton were outstanding and spent all the time needed to address our problem and get it corrected. They also explained what will need to be done in the future to permanently solve the issue.I am recently retired from managing a very very large restaurant equipment service company. Robert and Dalton both displayed all the qualities we looked for in our technicians.In truth i would have liked to pay a little less but in these type issues you hope to get what you pay for and I believe these two representatives fully delivered a high quality experience. In my previous career I always felt that if the only thing I had to defend was our pricing and not the quality of the delivered materials or services then we were doing a good job. My thanks to Linn’s for being the company that upholds the same high standards I tried to instill in 180 employees for over 20 years.

He went above and beyond in communication and when he said he would be here at a certain time he did. David fixed my water heater issue and installed the correct part for the unit. Called on Friday to have repairs done to our broken shower. Rob Wheatley was available Saturday at NO extra cost. He ended up doing a repair that took several hours and the price was VERY reasonable. He went above and beyond assessing the repair and explained everything as he went. He even showed me what he was doing every step of the way on the repair and taught me how to troubleshoot future problems if they arise. While he was at my house he looked at a broken dishwasher free of charge and helped troubleshoot it to figure out what was wrong - and stayed late despite it being Saturday - to help hook up a new refrigerator to a water line (which was not on the original quote).I will definitely be a repeat customer. Impressed me enough that I joined their “diamond” member program for future service.I am new to Oklahoma and this house is a renovation. I called a few other places only to find they “were busy”. Lucky for me, because I feel like I won on this fix. I recommend without reservation.

My main sewer line stopped draining so I called them up and they had a plumber out that afternoon. Daivd was my technician and we was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to discover that I had an issue with the main line being clogged with dirt. He was unable to fix it due to the dirt in the line, but it wasnt from a lack of trying that is for sure. He came up with some quotes on what it would take to fix the problem and we went from there. If you have a plumbing issue call Linns and ask for David. You wont be disappointed.

He was very friendly and after he finished changing the water line we walked through the house and he made sure that I was satisfied with the repairs…I really recommend for any plumbing service needs. They are reliable, experts, reasonable in pricing..

Linns Plumbing send Danny and Dru to install a new gas line to my future museum building on Main Street in Stroud. Previously, David and one other person (sorry I forget his name) were sent to install new interior pluming and gas lines for the buildings bathrooms and kitchen. Im very impressed by all the work theyve done! Getting that one gas line to feed the building, the Generac generator, and the roof top HVAC machine could not have been easy. And turning one bathroom into a combo bathroom / laundry room wasnt simple either. Also have to mention Ginny keeping track of all the work. Great communication all around! I highly recommend Linns Plumbing.😃
