EZ Flow Plumbing offered great service. Dave Cole was great. Unfortunately I had to replace my water heater that was only 3 years old. Dave made it easy and warrantied out the defective one. He was fast and efficient. Unfortunately it was costly. They did give me 20% off and gave me a free year membership which includes service and a water heater flush. I would recommend them.

I have had issues finding a plumber in the Metro Phoenix area for 2 years. Unfortunately, I had a water main break in front of my condo. Fortunately though Google led me to EZ Flow Plumbing and Michael came to save the day. He was able to get an assessment which originally looked pretty bleak and expensive, but he was able to find a solution to fix it. He came back the next day with Paul and fixed the issue along with another small issue I had. They truly went above and beyond for service and I cant be more appreciative for them and also the quality of service I received. I will definitely be using this company in the future for a few other things from our home inspection. Im truly glad I found this company and very glad Michael was able to help. I cannot sing my praises enough! Thank you.

A great company. I needed a new garbage disposal and they came out the same day. They were a little pricey But did a great job and they were very fast. My only complaint would be they were on their phones a lot during their time here. I would say in the future, unless it’s an emergency, Don’t text message while you’re servicing a client. It’s a bit unprofessional. But overall, it did not take away from five stars Just some feedback.

I know nothing about solving serious plumbing issues and had my hot water heater bust & unalive itself last week - but EZ Flow made my horrible problem a quick fix & made me feel SO at ease and comfortable with their help. They went FAR above and beyond the call of business for me and I just KNOW that there are others that NEED to see this review to know 100% that EZ Flow is the ONLY company they should hire! They will come on a Saturday at NO extra charge & prepared with the tools & products needed to replace a 50 gallon hot water heater on the spot - AND at the absolute BEST industry price available for the unit needed (yes, I fact-checked that stmt.!!) I will ALWAY call EZ Flow when I have plumbing needs or emergencies that come up in the future! The technicians they sent to my home also took the time to change-out my sons toilet seat for me - at NO charge- because I didnt know how to do it 🥴 and even gave me good advice on how I could avoid a few other costly plumbing issues from arising around my home!!! The plumber, Rob a., they sent out was hands down the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever spoken to. Unfortunately we made the costly mistake of purchasing out Rheem tankless electric water heater through a big box store (hd) so after a year and a half Rheem washed their hands of us. So remember buy them through a supply house or have a plumber just install one that they provide, Rheem claims this giant warranty but that is a scam that covers you only if it’s not repairable. So probably washing hands of Rheem, however I will call Ezflow anytime I have a plumbing problem. Don’t be misled by my review, the plumber, rob had nothing but good things to say about Rheem, I heard the Rheem service person on the phone wash her hands of us, even went so far as to direct us to a 3rd party website to order the main board, as Rheem clearly only has time and resources for people that are buying new products. Thank you flow for getting out here same day and diagnosing this.

I need a second opinion after the shock of a repair estimate from a different company. Thank you Logan for coming to the rescue and setting my mind at ease on the plumbing issue I had and then coming up with a solution so quickly. Logan and Gabreil came the next morning to my home and started the water line repair in the extreme Arizona heat of 110+. I felt as if they undetstood the importance and urgency of having my water restored to my home. They had great teamwork and worked at with absolute diligence to complete the task. Logan continued to provide me with play by play progress throughout the day, that was helpful towards easing my mind. I was completely impressed with how quickly they worked. Ez Flow Plumbing is so very lucky to have these two young gentlemen working for them. I would definitely use and recommend EZ Flow Plumbing to other people. The best customer service I have seen in a long time!!!

Had a pedestal sink that was cracked and needed to be replaced with a new sink and faucet that we had purchased. Greg was our service technician. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail before starting. When he removed the sink and found additional parts that could use updating, he stopped and gave me all the options first. Greg worked hard from beginning to end, and did it in a way that didn’t interrupt the daily routine of the household. When it was all done, we had a beautiful new sink/faucet installed and with almost no impact on the surrounding wall area. All we’ll need to do is some minor paint touch ups. Highly recommend this company.

Oh gosh, I feel silly for even having called them but they were so helpful and professional. I was having issues with my outdoor hose this morning and they had someone out here in less than an hour! Turns out…my hose was kinked and that’s why I didn’t have water. My Monday brain was showing for sure. Matthew was so kind and fixed my hose for me without making me feel silly for calling a plumber over it. No charge for coming out either. We will use them for sure if we ever have other plumbing needs (it’ll make sure to check for kinks first next time).

Ive used EZ Flow twice with two different techs. Both were awesome. The first time my basement had been smelling and we thought it was the sump pump. Turns out it was just the check valve needed to be replaced. Before he opened everything up he gave us all the pricing details for all the things it could have been going into the project They were up front and didnt try to upsell me and it ended up being the cheapest fix. The second time was an emergency. I broke off a hose bib and had to shut off water to my house. They were on site within an hour. They did the job and since it was a lot faster than he anticipated it came in cheaper than the original quote. I havent price compared or taken advantage of their membership plan. Plumbing is expensive and I try to do stuff myself when I can. But its good to know if I need backup there is an honest plumber I can call with great service.

Can you love a plumbing company? I think you can. I have used EZ Flow for years, servicing my investment properties and my own home. Theyre always on time, communicative, fairly priced, efficient, and accurate. Never once in dozens of repairs across many properties have I had to have them come back because something wasnt done right. Ive had them do everything from replacing shower hot water mixer valves to installing backflow prevention valves outside to replacing an entire main line. Ive worked with the Owner himself as well as many of his techs and have always had a good experience. Plumbing repairs are never fun, but if you have to do it, these guys will treat you well and fairly.

We noticed a water bubble on our ceiling, spoke with Kathleen in the front office who is always so kind, prompt, and very communicative (so you never wonder when someone will come). Will came same day to quickly determine the source of the leak, stopped it from getting worse, and even gave me some helpful general plumbing tips before scheduling another appointment to install a new toilet. Will and Andrew came first thing in the morning, quickly installed the new toilet (and even swapped out a handle on another one for me). They sent out Michael K. out and he took one look at the plumbing and the shower system I had purchased and knew exactly what I needed. The only complaint is that the shower valve knob isn’t connected to valve correctly so valve is wobbly and loose. Pulls off if you grab wrong. Otherwise, great job in preventing more water leaking and being have to pay for it.

Wow! After 2 other plumber visits and a couple of phone conversations with even more plumbers, I called EZ Flow Chandler. I had done a lot of research online and not sure how I missed EZ Flow from the start because their reviews were great. The 2 other plumbers who visited gave very opposite possibilities for water damage in a bathroom – slab leak vs not a pressure or slab leak maybe drain or a/c handler condensate. Each of them searched, without detection tools, less than 10 minutes as their ‘leak detection’ service (1-2 min to observe digital meter). Instead, they wanted to send THEIR restoration company out to demo, dry out & restore the area to better find the leak. Then they would do plumbing diagnosis, quote & repair. Obviously, there is a referral fee to from restoration to plumber which I’ve since heard from several sources is a very lucrative revenue stream. Some of this is understandable but when you talk to the restoration companies, they will tell you ‘It’s the plumber’s job to detect the leak’. Was very frustrated and felt as if i was going around in circles. Next step - I called in a leak detection company who advised I definitely did not have a slab leak or a pressure leak. Then I decided to get a 3rd plumbers assessment, with the info from the leak detector, to try to get this right.Enter Michael from EZ Flow! Michael was incredible – everything I expected in a plumbers inspection and much, much more! He watched the meter for quite a while in the afternoon heat, used a moisture detector, checked every area in the vicinity of the water damage, looked in the attic access in the garage near the water heater, cut a very precise opening in the bathroom drywall in a plumbing concentrated area, inspected & took pictures, replaced drywall, went up into the attic access nearest to the area of the leak, was up there for several long/hot minutes, took pictures and explained what he was doing, why and the results of each step. End result – it is not a plumbing leak at all and appears to be a roof leak with water following a vent pipe into the area where all the plumbing comes together. There was a very reasonable fee for cutting open the drywall but that was the only charge after spending close to 2 hours thoroughly inspecting. I actually felt bad that I had no significant business for his company. But I did recommend them to a friend who had been trying to get a plumbing issue resolved for a while. She called EZ Flow the next day, asked for Michael and was super impressed – the issue was fixed quickly & very reasonably.EZ Flow Chandler will definitely be my go-to for plumbing needs in the future. It is never fun when you discover your water heater has not only quit working, but flooded the area it sits in. Not exactly something you can wait and watch while you figure out your next move. Contacted EZ Flow Plumbing as they were not only close to my home, but highly reviewed. Michael arrived within 30 min., was kind, helpful, informative, professional, and largely made my decision to go with them a no brainer. The job was finished, cleaned up, and functional by the end of the afternoon. My only complaint does not have to due with Michael, or EZ Flow, but rather the overall increase in cost of everything mechanical in the home industry, and the rapidly declining quality of the mechanicals themselves. As someone who grew up in an electrical contracting family, has a deep automotive background, and worked in the construction industry as a project manager pre-COVID era, I can honestly say I am appalled by the obscene cost of work and materials at present, and I am fortunate and thankful to have the monetary bandwidth to cover these types of emergencies, yet am disheartened to think how something like this could be the breaking point for many, or that all they could do would be to bypass the water heater until they could save up to cover such an expense. Just a sad state of affairs. Thankful for Michael and EZ Flow for being fair, clear and straightforward. They made profit (as they should), but I dont feel taken advantage of beyond the overall rising costs of everything in this industry (any home mechanical or building product and service).

I had a leak coming from my bathtub faucet, I called ez plumbing and they had someone come out the same day in a matter of a few hours, even after hours! they sent me a picture and a description of the plumber and I really enjoyed that aspect cause it made me feel safe! I also got a call back from the manager Jesse to help me find a way to shut off the water to keep it from leaking as much! the plumber who came at first did end up giving me kind of a bad experience and I wasn’t sure if it was how they ran their business or if the guy was just having a bad day but by the time the guy left that night I was for sure going to call someone the next day when they reopened to talk about the service I had received or lack of! I was not happy! When I called, I asked that the manager Jesse call me back and he did within a very short time period! I explained to him what had happened the night before, how much I had been charged and the quality of service that was given! He couldn’t apologize enough and he was so professional about it, he made sure to reschedule for another plumber to come out and take care of the issue that the first guy did not, he also went above and beyond to make sure that I got extra service for the bad experience! As it came time for my second appointment, I get a call from Jesse and he tells me that he himself is coming to fix the issues and make sure that I get what I payed for and receive quality service! Needless to say he came and replaced valves, installed new faucet, showed me what I needed to know for future reference, he truly went above and beyond and didn’t charge me anything extra then what I had already paid! I would recommend this company time and time again due to the professionalism and care that Jesse showed! The quality of work was exceptional and all for a really reasonable price! Will did a very thorough job! Another plumber told me it was a slab leak and wanted $300 just to come out. Will investigated and found that it was not a leak in one of major pipes, rather a sprinkler line leak.
