I called them for a leaking pipe in my laundry room and they gave me a free home inspection and discovered that my hot water heater was rusting and about to go! I had them install a new water heater ASAP. (I never flushed my water heater and they will do that for free) They did a great job, very thorough and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

In consultation with ABC, we decided to do a whole house re-pipe and install a water softener. Gary did the work for us and did an outstanding job! If you have to have your toilet augered I can highly recommend their services. Rene in the office was very helpful and accommodating when I had to change my original appointment, Matt and Wade arrived on time and were both polite and personable, and Wade got the blockage out on the first try. They were in and out in 5 or 10 minutes. A completely positive experience. I would prefer to avoid a repeat performance though, so in future I will be certain to close the toilet lid before flushing!

Ive been using this company for probably about 10 years now. Theyve always dealt fairly with me and I tend to get along well with the plumbers. This most recent occasion they came out for air in my hot pipes and they blew my mind. this is going to sound made up but I was about to take my kids to the baby sitter when my car wouldnt start so Gary went and got his personal vehicle from home and helped me get my kiddos to the babysitter before getting started on fixing the problems I had. Ive never seen someone go so above and beyond. He went beyond above and beyond. he got the problems sorted out pretty quickly/easily and made recommendations based on how urgent they would be to resolve.

They were fast and able to explain everything that was needed for the jobs including the what-ifs and different scenarios for them to accomplish changing the hardware and fixing several valves. One shower valve that was particularly stuck could have ended up a nightmare, but due to the creativity of the plumber he was able to get the stuck valve out and change it. I would have no problems calling them again should I require any further plumbing needs.

I had a plumbing emergency and after calling several companies, ABC was the only one that was willing to show up within the hour. I was apprehensive about using them based on the other Google reviews but I had no choice so I gave them a shot. My experience was great--the repairman showed up quickly, he was NOT a toothless tattooed guy but rather a very friendly and professional individual who fully explained what the problem was and how it could be solved, and the repair was completed quickly and correctly. I have no complaints about the price either, which I consider to be absolutely reasonable for the service provided. In short--I dont usually write reviews and I think thats true of most customers that have good experiences but I felt compelled to do so in this case because I dont think the reviews this company has received on Google are entirely fair or representative of what the average experience is like. I will call them again in the future.

There was no window of time stuck at home, the tech (Rich) was prompt, friendly and took care of all of the issues in short order. The cost was extremely reasonable for the work done. I called ABC about my toilet handles sticking in my guest and master bathrooms. Rich came by the next day and said his supplier had one handle that would work with my toilets. He left and picked up the part and replaced it that day in my guest bathroom. He was then able to order the additional handle which arrived the next day and he came and installed the new handle in the master bath that day. In total, he had to make three trips and it cost me one flat rate. Rich was courteous and knowledgeable and now my toilets flush without the handle sticking. I hope I dont have more plumbing issues but if I do, ABC will be my first call.

This company came out to my home to repair a kitchen faucet. Offered me a faucet which carried a lifetime parts and labor warranty which no other company has ever given me. It was fairly priced and the tech Rich was very professional and friendly. I also purchased the PSP memebership and they are scheduled to come out for a visit once a year at no charge, they service my hot water tank and inspect the house yearly for life of the home. Great service and the office staff was easy to deal with when booking. Love this company and would reccomend them to others!

I have used ABC plumbing for a variety of jobs (repairs, renovations etc.) for my business and have nothing but good things to say about these guys.Simply put;Fast- Theyre quick to respond, theyre quick on site, and theyre quick to get the job done without sacrificing proper workmanship. Theres never been a time where theyre standing around trying to catch a breather or smoking a cigarette like some other companies Ive used.Friendly- From speaking with the receptionist on the phone to the actual repairmen. Youll never sense the slightest bit of attitude or annoyance. This is something to me that speaks a lot about character.Reliable- I can depend on ABC to take care of business. Never have to keep tabs, never have to call and bug them about anything. Had a bad gas leak leading to pool heater. The three companies southwest gas referred, 1 never called me back, 1 had an outrageous quote and the last one scheduled with me 3 times and never showed. I started doing research and thank goodness came across ABC Plumbing. They sent out Wess the same day I called to get a free estimate. We scheduled work for the next day. He was extremely thorough and professional. Communicated with me through texts and sent me updates with pictures. I wasn’t even home the entire day he did the work. He replaced all the piping and valves. Couldn’t be happier! Do yourself a favor and contact ABC!

By far the most honest and competent plumbers in the valley. I have a business that shares drainage with other tenants here in the east valley. Tenants, landlord and myself had a total of 3 plumbers on 4 occasions come out in the past 4 days to address blockage issues. None of them fixed the problem. ABC cane out first thing this morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at a fair price. Don’t make the same mistake as we did, Call ABC first!

As an Arizona native, I have had great service from ABC Plumbing and Rooter for years now. Most recently my refrigerator needed to be replaced. Once my new refrigerator arrived, the delivery technician informed me that the valve in the wall was corroded and needed immediate replacement before further installation. I called ABC Plumbing and Rooter. Two technicians arrived within the hour and rectified the problem with the valve corrosion then completed the installation of my refrigerator before all my food defrosted. All my plumbing needs have not only been satisfied but exceeded when I’ve called ABC Plumbing and Rooter.
