I had this company referred to me by a good friend who used them to redo all of the plumbing throughout their house.Like many people in the Phoenix area, we both live in 70 year old homes that had the original cast iron pipes. That should tell you everything you need to know.Nevertheless, the age of my pipes along with some extremely shoddy work that was done by the flippers that worked on my home before purchasing it left my family and I in a serious mess. Our lines had completely backed up and corroded to the point where we weren’t getting full drainage out to the city sewer line.As a result, I had to have all of my internal plumbing replaced and a liner inserted all the way out to the sewer line.Jason says that my lines were the worst he had seen in at least 7 years. Coming from an experienced plumber like him, that was a pretty strong statement.Either way, It was pretty clear that I was handing over quite the mess to First Plumbing and putting my faith in them to clean up after people that had egregiously cut corners and frankly put my family and I in danger.I had the privilege of being able to work with both Sam and Jason. Both of these guys are absolutely top notch plumbers and human beings.Both of them worked like dogs to ensure that my family and I were put in a better spot. I shudder at the thought of what would have happened if we had not caught this issue when we did.Not only are Sam and Jason the best at what they do, but they also put up with my incessant chattering to them along with a scary/ frustrating situation in which a couple of very expensive pieces of their equipment was stolen one night when they were working late.To their credit, they took this in complete stride but of course one of the pieces that was stolen was what they needed to complete the job.Sam and Jason were both straight up with me from the get go and throughout the process, which is why I never once questioned whether they were being honest with me or trying to drive the price up unnecessarily. If anything, they were likely taking a loss on my project as it required a tremendous amount of manual labor (I.e. jackhammering through a thick concrete slab and digging up a metric ton of dirt).Any reviews that you read on this company that is less than 5 stars are likely disgruntled home warranty customers that don’t fully understand what their home warranty does or does not cover.I had these guys do just about the largest plumbing job that you can have done as a home owner and they delivered in every way.All of their labor is under warranty for 10 years which tells you that they are incentivized to do things the right way up front.In case you haven’t picked up on it by now, I am very pleased with this company and can not recommend them enough.There are a lot of companies out here in the valley to choose from, but if you want people that you can trust are going to do things the right way the first time, then look no further than Jason and Sam over at First Plumbing.Thanks again for everything guys, and as much as I like you both, I’m hoping that I won’t have to call you again for the next 20 + years!

The folks at First Plumbing Services did an outstanding job when the main natural gas line to our home failed. They performed the replacement of the old line the RIGHT WAY the first time and kept my wife and I in the loop every step of the way. The primary technician on the job, Jason, was always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and was on site when he stated he would be on site and went the extra mile to track down any gas leaks in the older house lines. We highly recommend them!

Jason is hands down the best. He takes the time to educate while he’s fixing so you as the consumer, understand how your equipment is running. When I bought my house, no one told me about the upkeep to a tankless water heater. Or how bad our water is there in Nevada , or things I can watch out for / do if I experience issues. He’s funny & personable which I absolutely love. He’s the kind of person you want to have at the BBQ. As a woman, being comfortable in a setting like this is everything. His receptionist who handles scheduling was awesome too. I like people who keep it real and aren’t pushing sales for quotas or reading from a script. I didn’t feel hustled & I’ll leave it at that. Jason came through for us again.I was attempting to upgrade the shower hardware and quickly realized that the handle was corroded onto the cartridge. I didnt pass go. I didnt collect $200. I immediately booked an appointment for Jason to come back out and take a look. Well... a situation that was crummy turned very bad, then worse. Jason went above and beyond and worked magic on getting done what had to be done without cutting open the wall and replacing the valve (which was a very distinct possibility). He even made sure that it didnt hurt our wallet too much, which I very much appreciate. And unlike many tradesman... he cleaned up the tub afterwards, like nothing ever happened. Were customers for LYFE!!!!

They send you a link to track your technician, making the process so much easier and stress free.My technician was AWESOME!He was fast, clean and polite. He cleaned up after himself when the job was done.Ive had Techs that made me feel like I was being held prisoner for HOURS with no communication. Not this guy! He let me know what the problem was and what he had to do to repair it. It sounded like mission impossible. I was already set to sit around and sigh deeply for a few hours. My water leak monitor under my 23 year old water heater was going off in the middle of the night. A huge puddle had formed. I shut off the water best I could. In the morning I called First Plumbing and the owner Alexis was quickly able to address my concerns, explain the pros and cons of various replacement systems, and help me make an informed decision. No hot water is a huge annoyance. Alexis offered a tech to immediately come to shut off the water. Not necessary but she understood my issue and was ready to act. She was able to source the system I decided on quickly and get me scheduled. Their tech Byron arrived on time, did a great job, and completed in the timeframe I was given. He even noticed the worn out gate valve and asked if I wanted it replaced. Their understanding of my urgency, respect for my time, informative consulting and attention to detail made me a customer for life. Alexis and her team deserve 10 stars. Thanks you so much!!

The company was very reliable and prompt. The first service by them was on Dec. 3, 2019. The fixed my problem and l also had a broken sprayer handle on my kitchen sink. (Not on my original order) At the time they had to order the part. I had completely forgot about it until they called and said they finally got the replacement part. Made an appointment for to March 9, 2020. They were on time, replaced it in minutes with no charge. Very polite.

Sam ( the technician )was dispatched to my home to perform repairs. He covered his shoes and wore a mask and gloves upon entering . he was very polite, informative and professional. He was neat and respectful while performing work at my home. I was really impressed with how he cleaned up the area after each repair was completed. This guy really knows about plumbing. Hot water heater stopped working after being fixed by Ideal Services only 7 months ago after going two weeks without hot water due to their incompetence. Advised the home warranty to set me up with a different company this time who was competent and ended up with these guys. Operator who made the appointment wasnt the most friendly, but eventually helped me get a 7am appointment due to our schedules. The technician Jason came out right on time, took the time to actually diagnose the problem, and then was able to fix it on the spot. He also took the time to look at all the other factors that may have caused the problem in the first place and advised me how to remedy it. Would HIGHLY recommend this company and reiterate to never use Ideal Services for any home repair issues!!

The other companys technician said these were problems we would have to live with. Five start for Aaron and First Plumbing Services!

I needed my bathroom sink replaced and had bought all the parts to do it myself but chickened out when I realized the shut off valves would need to be replaced too. Jake quoted me an unbeatable price to do the job and didnt even charge me any more for having to come out twice to finish the job due to the fact the new sink I had bought previously was the wrong size.Jake was super nice, obviously a very skilled plumber, and he did a great job. I will never consider fixing the plumbing myself again, not when I can call First Plumbing and Jake.

They came out, checked the issue, determined the knob was stuck and had to be removed, and replaced the whole knob assembly for an exceptionally reasonable price.
