I had a leak from an upstairs unit into my bathroom and setting up the initial appointment to getting the demolition work done was extremely easy. I gotta say, this was a really good experience with Good Times Plumbing & Restoration! First of all, I called and left a message for a return call, which I thought probably wouldnt happen for a while, but, to my surprise I received a call back within 5 minutes! A good start! Then, I received another call from Cody, their technician, I explained what services I was looking to have done, he gave me an estimate over the phone as this was just upgrading existing valves with better quality valves. I had already gotten 2 other bids from other companies, and Good Times beat the others by HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! ($600 & $900 DOLLARS less than the other 2)... Cody, the technician, was an awesome young man, very professional and knowledgeable! He completed the upgrades without any problems and took plenty of time to explain things and discuss pros and cons of different options and products. I offered to buy him lunch as I was going to pick up something for myself and my spoiled dog. We sat down and talked while we ate and I got the chance to get to know him and about his family. He seems to be a very good, hard working young husband, doing his best to raise his kids the right way. I requested service on a Sunday afternoon and a very friendly Jared answered my call and immediately contacted his plumber to see if he had availability. When he was uncertain they would be able to get out Sunday evening, he placed us on the books for the following day. While we were waiting, we actually thought we fixed the problem and I contacted the plumbers to cancel the next day service. It was fairly late at night and Jared still answered the phone call (I was not sent to voicemail) and was completely understanding regarding the cancellation. I must say, I was not expecting an actual human being to answer the phone call...Fast forward a few days - our hot water heater completely went out.I contacted this company again and this time Ruben answered my call and was equally as kind as Jared! He was able to send Devon out the same day to assist with the heater. It was still under warranty and he sat with me while we contacted Rheem who needed to hear it from him that the heating element had failed. Devon could have easily left and gone on to another job, especially with me being on-hold but instead he went above and beyond to make sure, we were taken care of. We even chatted about some future plumbing in which I most definitely will be contacting this company. If you are looking for honest, friendly, cost friendly, and above & beyond service please consider Good Times Plumbing. We are very pleased with them. A++. Long story short, I had a pretty unique problem with my kitchen sink; it didnt drain well since I had gotten a deeper-sitting sink. Cody called, offered to pick me up some coffee, and presented a measured and honest analysis of my problem. While coming up with some options, he had nothing but great things to say about his company and I could tell they take care of their guys. Cody left me with a lot of reasonable options and gave me time to think about them. It wasnt until afterhours that I received a promising text from him that he had come up with two more ideas that were within my budget. It showed me that not only did he have my best interests in mind, but he genuinely cared about the quality and service provided. Im happy with the end result and will use Good Times in the future.

Good Times restoration and plumbing came out to perform a plumbing repair for our bathroom remodel. The communication was awesome, pricing was what I expected it to be and communication was on point. We called Good Times Plumbing for a second opinion on what we were told was a very expensive plumbing repair. Cody took a common sense, logical approach and suggested a stepwise process to fix it. Instead of fixing the two leaks we were told we had with a likely third, Cody fixed the obvious leak and then tested the system - there were no more leaks. It was a much less intrusive repair and a fraction of the price we were quoted by the first company. Glad we called them.

I had a leak in my water line outside. I called Good Times and the guy who answered the phone was so helpful and polite. Within 30 min someone was here to help. The guy was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was happy to answer all my questions. He didn’t pressure me into anything and just gave me suggestions on somethings to look out for. I’m so glad I called them and will now use them for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them

Sometimes the biggest test of a business is their behavior when they don’t get the job. My mom got displaced from her home by water damage days before surgery. Good Guys brought flowers and fans, and didn’t raise a stink when we went a different direction (blame insurance, good guys presented a fair quote).These guys are a stand-up outfit. Even though they didn’t get my business this job, they’ll be top of my list for anything in the future … and if you’re choosing a restoration company … you should consider them too.

I had an emergency leak that started in my garage near my tankless water heater. I asked my neighbors if they knew a plumber and none of them did. I had to google plumbers and there are a lot of plumbers. I decided to go with Good Times plumbing. Hunter answered my call and was friendly and dispatched a plumber in just a couple of hours after I called them which was great. Cody was able to find leak in my Pex pipe and was able to repair it quickly. Cody was professional and knowledgeable. I called Good Times Restoration to see if they would be able to help with our mold issue. Ruben returned my call less than 30 minutes of leaving my message. He was very responsive and easy to work with. Michael and Jake diligently worked on our mold problem. Michael stayed late and didnt leave until the job was finished (after 8:00 pm). In the process of cleaning and removing the mold, we found more mold issues. Michael took charge of the project, followed through on keeping the job on track and kept us apprised of the progress. We really loved Michaels work ethic and cant say enough good things about him. Michael is a true ROCK STAR!! Kudos to the company and its workers on their phenomenal work ethic, communication on the work progress and timely response to questions. This is the first company that Ive dealt with that actually shows up on time (to the minute) when they say they are going to be there. If you have mold problems, call Good Times Restoration. We are so so so thankful for Good Times. We had a random roof leak that required a lot of drywall and wood repair. Trentons team pointed that out and got us an air quality right away because he was concerned with our health and safety. My AC flooded a part of my ceiling and it was all cut out and removed and I needed a repair, paint job, drywall and insulation replacement. These gentlemen were very understanding of my new floors and took every precaution to ensure there feet were covered along with remaining sanitary. I was very pleased. They have extreme attention to detail which showed in their work. Their work was seamless, and I will not use any other company to do any work on my home except them. I definitely recommend Good Times. A business associate of mine referred me to Good Times for a remodel that I was doing awhile back. As soon as I started the demo I realized there was severe water damage in the house (hidden behind the drywall.) I wasnt about to mess with any potential mold issues, so I called up Good Times and they were out the SAME day. Trenton and Hunter are both easy to talk to, very professional, and seemed like honest people. Good Times was done within three days, my remodel was back on track, and the price was fair, too.

As a full service company, they provided mitigation, demolition and the restoration of the condo and did so in an exemplary manner. Jared was a lifesaver. He was responsive to a significant water damage situation. Jared helped assess the situation and spoke with our home owners insurance adjuster. He help us develop a strong case for coverage of our damages. His crew then came in and treated our house. He helped put our minds as ease. Next came the reconstruction of walls removed. Hunters crew came on and put in drywall, textured and painted impacted walls.I am very pleased with the final product that was done skillfully.This was been a very challenging time for my family and I, as we have been displaced by the damages. Floors are now being installed and we hope to get back in our home soon.Hunter and Jared I very much appreciate the compassionate and professional services you and your teams provided.

Bath room over flow i called GOOD TIMES Restoration Hunter and his helper sorry didnt get his name :) nice guys!!!! they were able to be here within two hours on a Sunday!!, they took care of all the water and dry out process left heaters and fans to do the rest! Wednessday all was dry they came in and took equipment .. they walked me through the ins process and what will happen next as far as repairs, connected me to the repair vendor valley of the sun GC Another AMAZING CO!!! the repairs were done that following monday as my ins took care of THE claim BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!THANK Y OU SO MUCH!!!!!

I called Good Times Restoration due to what we thought was a slab leak. They came out the very next morning, arrived on time with a 15-minute heads up call, and figured out that (thankfully) it wasnt a slab leak but honey draining from a bee infestation we had in our walls a few weeks prior. They were friendly and professional. We will definitely recommend them and will return to them should we ever have an actual water leak.

If there one company you should choose it’s this one. If there is one team you should ask for when having inspections or repairs done it’s Cody and Ruben. They were awesome. Their customer service was professional, friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. They genuinely made it feel like i had a friend to come over and look at my issues. With Cody on the plumbing side and Ruben on the restoration side, they were the perfect team to look at my drains, plumbing, and water damage. They were both very thorough and detail oriented with the inspection. Both were very knowledgeable in their fields. Both made excellent recommendations for repair. Both wanted to make sure the job was done right the first time and that the customer (myself) was taking care of. They discussed prices, repairs, took pictures, and discussed what they would write in their report. I will absolutely call this company again for my needs and request Cody and Ruben for my repairs.

We had a water heater that decided it didnt want to hold all the water it could on the inside anymore. After having that part exchanged we were stuck with, how much damage is done, who can mitigate that damage and who can make it look like new again once it was mitigated. We reached out to 3 different companies for quotes, not only was Good Times very reasonably priced but they also had the reconstruction under the same room. Apparently its not common for a single company to both tear down and rebuild? Who knew?When looking at the other companies they all were all very highly rated (Google, Yelp, independent reviews) however the issue came when we had to look into the rebuild part of the job. ONLY Good Times maintained a positive review after factoring in the rebuilds. The other companies partnered with other companies who were mediocre at best for the rebuilds. This was the deciding factor for us and it worked out great. Not only that but it was a one-stop shop for getting the job done.Jared and Hunter were very professional the entire time, showed up on time, completed the work on time, wore masks and didnt try to pressure sell any additional services or products.
