Had a rusted hose valve break on a Sunday with no idea how to manage…not ideal. Danny was at my house in 40 minutes, from a job 25 minutes away, that he still had to wrap up. He fixed the problem right up with a calm professionalism that really impressed and explained everything he was doing along the way. Highly recommended, especially if you are not an expert home owner like myself.

Mathew was professional and friendly. My dogs adored him and my toddler was so interested in what he was doing. Mathew treated our family with respect and went above and beyond to secure a happy outcome for our family. Our Ac went out at the one of the worst times, July. We called at 11:30 pm on Friday night and had our issues resolved by 10:10 am on Saturday. Would recommend this company based on our experience with Mathew and will be requesting him in the future.

Cactus plumbing and air conditioning are a superb company by far. Air conditioner went out and they came the same day! Matthew was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when it came to servicing our unit! Not to mention fast and reliable. We are extremely grateful to be kept cool this summer. Highly Recommend!

AC died on a Saturday. House was 88 middle of the night. Called many of the big name companies that say 24/7, same day service. All said cant get there till Tuesday or Wednesday. Called Cactus Plumbing And Air. Sarah was super nice and understanding. Said she would have one of her most experienced technicians call. Mathew called back quickly and said he was on his way after diagnosing over the phone. Very professional and up front with the pricing. Cleaned up all the trash before he left. Also had a great conversation about life afterwards. I would highly recommend Cactus Plumbing And Air. Thank you so much!

My water heater busted over the weekend and I was calling to get some estimates however this particular company was number three on my list for Price shopping. I hung up the phone with Ashley not even 10 minutes later Im getting a call from a plumber Nick who politely greeted me and offered to come out within the hour to install a brand new water heater. Great job AHS!
