I contacted Tidwell Plumbing via an online request over the weekend due to the need of getting our septic tank pumped because we had signs of it being full. They reached out & came out first thing Monday morning. The guys were very friendly and well mannered. They did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this company! Thank you so much!

Tidwell plumbing is terrific! Carla was very helpful and patient in explaining the process of having the drain lines extended for the septic on one of our properties. They guys did a terrific job in leveling the area and the backyard is now much larger which is a bonus.

Wow - if I could give them 10 stars, I would! Let me just start by saying Tidwell is a wonderful company and we had such a great experience with them clearing out our septic tank.Our plumbing was backing up late yesterday afternoon and I called Tidwell. They were booked through the rest of the day and the next day (which would be today), however Janet in the office said she would keep us on a list and call if they could squeeze us in. Lo and behold a little after 8am today, they were on the way to rescue us. I was very impressed with the response time.Ronald and his partner got here and like the horrible homeowners we are, we had no idea where the tank was. They found it and dug it up in a matter of minutes. Once they opened it, it was about as bad as it could be. But these gentlemen didn’t blink an eye and got right to work. And let me add - the weather was horrible! Rain and mud. But that didn’t slow them down.Ronald has been with the company for about 30 years and it shows. His sheer knowledge and capability made an incredibly difficult job look easy. He and his partner were so good natured and put me at ease immediately.I am so impressed with Tidwell. They were upfront with pricing which was very reasonable and they were unbelievably efficient.If you’re having issues with your septic tank - this is THE company to call. They’re in a class above the rest and we are so grateful for their wonderful service!

I am in the process of selling my house and the buyer requested that the septic system be serviced as part of the contract. I contacted Tidwell Plumbing on Monday and they came out on Tuesday to perform the service. I was very concerned about all the horror stories that I had heard about companies charging outrageous prices for additional services as a part of the septic pumping. Well I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when Jay and Jose came to do the work. I watched them during the entire process and they answered all my questions. Initially they thought the system might not be working correctly but after further investigation they told me that it was working fine. They were very cordial and friendly and I was extremely pleased with their work. I WOULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS - GREAT JOB.

Ray and Dustin are the absolutely the BEST !!They were very nice and did everything quickly. Made sure everything worked before they left. I will definitely refer to my friends and family about Tidwell Plumbing.I personally feel like they went above and beyond to make sure our problem was fixed for what it cost.

My septic tank needed to be pumped, they were at my house an hour after I called them. They had a very difficult time getting at my tank but they worked diligently and completed the job in a short time. Everything was put back as best could be. They were very kind and friendly and I thought very reasonable

I believe ray and another man came out and pumped my septic tank. They were awesome and explained everything to me and even helped me with a root problem and told me how to fix it. They were super respectful and helpful. The price was amazing and experience was great. Also whoever is answering phones is awesome as well. I appreciate this company.

Wonderful septic tank pumping service. The two technicians arrived exactly at their appointed time to pump out our 1000 gallon tank that hadnt been pumped in about five years. They were highly professional and spent a lot of time making sure they pumped everything out in both sides of the tank. They pulled and cleaned the filter, too. The price was exactly as quoted by phone with no hidden or additional fees. I have had our tank pumped a couple times in the past and there is no comparison to Tidwell Plumbings service and expertise. I will always use them in the future (about every five years) and highly recommend this company for all your septic tank needs.

Donald and Mike did the install and Donald had to come back to finish the smoothing out process and he really took his time and made my yard look awesome!
