Very punctual came out to our home to pump a septic tank did a very thorough job went above and beyond to get a broken lid out of out tank. Cleaned up the yard and talked to us about some options to prevent this from happening in the future. I would recommend him to anyone. This is the third time we have used this company from some rental properties and for our personal home. Very down to earth reg guy. With a great work ethic that is hard to find now days.

Called them after hours and talked to the owner. He seemed very caring and considerate. My main sewer line was clogged and he sent someone one fairly quick and gave me a good estimate over the phone. The plumber came out and had the clogged removed in no time, he was very professional, clean and did not waste any time. He also gave me some advise on how to fix some other problems. Pricing was very fair. I would recommend these guys over anyone or company. Keep up the good work!

Mike’s employee, Kevin, is the best! He has repaired a broken well pump in the past and recently repaired a water heater and a leaking toilet. He is always on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He always explains the cause of the issue, what he did, and offers suggestions for any preventative measures. Once again, Kevin saved the day.

My septic tank had backed up. When they arrived, opened the tank and found that the inlet was clogged by tree roots. The roots were removed and the inlet was fixed. I will definitely be calling them for any future problems. All the people I talked to Mike Moore, Justin and Brandon were extremely courteous and professional.

UPDATE BELOW:I had a clog in my main line going into the septic tank. This made the toilets unable to flush. The technician sat on a bucket and ran a snake into the septic tank . In total he was there less than 30 minutes. I was charged 584 dollars. 584 dollars to snake a drain......for less than 30 minutes. The tech was nice enough, but this is the definition of price gouging. No materials were used. The technician didnt break a sweat. There was nothing to trouble shoot or figure out. PRICE GOUGING is the nicest way I can describe what happened. I would have been better off purchasing the snake they used and doing it myself. UPDATE BELOWUPDATE: I contacted the owner Mike Moore at 10 pm on Friday because the issue had proven itself unresolved. He was extremely helpful and apologized for the mistakes of the technician. He also informed me that the technician had overcharged me and their prices are much lower than what I was charged.He came out personally on that Saturday morning and fixed the issue. He displayed knowledge and experience in the field as well as great customer service. Mike is a nice and down to earth guy. I am sure I will use Mike Moore plumbing for any plumbing or septic issues in the future.
