We had a wonderful experience with D&B restoration services this weekend, after arriving at our vacation home and finding that we had unexpectedly taken on water in our basement. Not only did D&B arrive at our property in less than an hour from the time I placed the service call, their experienced technicians walked us through the entirety of the mitigation and restoration process and handled everything seamlessly from start to finish. Daniel provided stellar customer service and even called to check in with us multiple times over the several days the water mitigation efforts were in place. I certainly hope we don’t have to deal with this type of issue again anytime soon, but if we do, this will be my one and only call. Highly recommend!

Where do you start? First and foremost Daniel and his crew were terrific. Daniel and his crew made a very stressful situation the best it could ever be! He came to my house within an hour of being notified by our plumber that his services were needed. When he arrived he gave me a reassurance that all was going to be ok. He communicated with my insurance company and supplied them all that was needed to get my claim processed. He and his skillful crew started the restoration work in a very timely manner and had us back into our home quicker than what was previously predicted. His communication line was always open to any questions I had and kept me informed of progress as the repairs were made. I cannot thank Daniel and his company enough for the job well done!!!!! I highly recommend his company if anyone experiences an issue as I had. Thank you Daniel!

The best! Daniel, Brandon, and Jeff did a fantastic job of getting everything put back together after we experienced water damage from a ruptured water heater. They were prompt, responsive, fair, easy to work with and delivered on every promise. We really appreciate that they did all of the work themselves so we didnt have a stream of subs in and out of the house. Highly recommend!

Daniel came to our home, gave us an accurate estimate, dealt with the insurance (just that saved us lots of headaches). Then he came back with his crew and fixed the hole in the floor, fixed the sheet rock to the point that it DOES NOT shows there was a hole in the wall, painted the room, fixed the bathroom COMPLETELY and installed new floors. And what we liked the BEST was their punctuality. They said, “we’ll be there at 8am,” and they were at the door at 7:58am. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

We had a toilet overflow in our downstairs area and D&B did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess, replacing the contaminated flooring and treating our custom vanity in the bathroom so that it didnt need to be replaced. All the work was done quickly and they were very helpful in dealing with the insurance company as well. I highly recommend them.
