Advanced Sewer and Drain has been servicing this property for a couple of decades now. A problem during a recent routine cleaning of the main sewer line necessitated an extra visit by the company. Tony and Brandon spent an additional 2 hours until they were able to clear the line completely. Their steadfast determination and professionalism is certainly a rarity in todays world. I can confidently recommend this outstanding company. They deserve 5 stars and more!!!!!

Very solid and professional firm. We’ve dealt with Advanced Sewer for a long time and always had great service and fair pricing. Nate and Kate in their office were responsive and helpful whenever I called. During October 2024 Advanced Sewer replaced a floor drain in my wine cellar and encountered an unforeseen challenge. Tony went above and beyond due diligence to resolve the problem and we ended up having a positive outcome. I would hire them anytime and recommend them to anyone that needs help with plumbing issues.

Highly recommend. Kate was so friendly on the phone. She was able to get someone to my house within hours. Our toilet was backing up into our tub. Sean came and knew exactly what was wrong. Excellent experience! Had a backup in laundry sink that Troy immediately identified as a clog in the auxiliary line. He snaked and cleaned the pipe to the main line and flushed it well--problem solved. It was also considerably less than I paid one of the bigger companies a few weeks ago to snake my bathroom sink.I will definitely call them again.

A few years ago our water heater sprung a leak. We were in need of a bit of cleanup and, of course, a new water heater. Tony was responsive and professional with the installation. When our antique garbage disposal finally quit, Advanced was my first and only call. They offered options that were competitively priced. They also identified some issues with our old pipes. The estimates for the work were returned to me the same day.Our work was scheduled, and on installation day, they arrived on time and did a great job. They installed new pipes, a kitchen sink faucet and a garbage disposal.The work was completed perfectly. This is a great local company.

Water began shooting out of my hot water tank as I was leaving for work this morning. Panicked, I called Advanced Sewer. Although I was frantic on the phone, Kate was calmly and professionally able to help me. She quickly got a technician on the phone who efficiently guided me through being able to turn off the water. Once that was done, Kate was able to schedule someone to come to my house to fix the problem that day. Frank, the technician I spoke with one the phone, arrived at the promised time and quoted me a price for the work. My new water tank was installed and all the trash was removed from my basement. Within a few hours of Frank’s arrival, my hot water was back! I would definitely recommend Advanced Sewer!

I recently had my sewer backing up into my basement and it made for a very poopy situation. After attempting to do it myself I cried uncle and called the professionals. My call was answered by Kate (sp?) and she was so lovely. Very nice, understanding and a real pleasure to talk to given I was living like Laura Ingalls Wilder. They dispatched a technician Troy, who was very patient, personable, and willing to answer the inordinate amount of questions I had. The job was completed in about 45 minutes and the cost was extremely reasonable. I wish I would have called them in the first place and saved my self some time, money, and frustration. I highly recommend you call them if you find yourself up to your ears in people stuff. As an aside, if you are having the external sewer lines cleaned from street to house at your vent you will need a spigot to connect a hose to as the water is necessary to flush out the lines. - Jason / DOS 3/24/23
