    I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the customer service over the phone to the in person service worker, they were all great to work with.Long story short, I was told by a different company that my furnace needed to be replaced and I was looking at about a $7000.00 expense. So, I had PCS inspect it and they found a faulty pump. They replaced the pump with no problem at a very reasonable price and it has been running great for 3 years now.Every year they come to flush the hot water tank and make sure everything is running smoothly for the winter months and they are always so respectful and detailed with their work.Again, I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them to anyone!! Great people, great service!

    We had a tankless water heater installed. John and his son Austin did a beautiful job,they removed the old tank, and they were really nice and accommodating. Super experience all around. I highly recommend them!

    PCS is excellent. They replaced my sewer line before I bought my house and beat others bids by thousands of dollars. Today they fixed a big leak issue with my tub without any damage to my walls, ceilings, etc. They are fast, responsive, and friendly. Mike was excellent in explaining things to me, careful, and thorough. I will always use PCS for any plumbing issues for here on out!

    James Hodge from PCS Plumbing & Heating came out to my house this evening for backed up washtubs in the basement. I called & James was at my house within 40 minutes. He ran a snake from the outside main drain. He did that a few times adding more footage to the snake. He went in the basement & plunged in the basin & the water drained. Thank you so much.     PCS is an amazing company to deal with. I was in a terrible bind with a chimney liner issue that had to be fixed. PCS responded rapidly and their very professional techs worked hard to complete the task on time. Although the job was tough, they kept at it and were always positive and friendly. And the best part - all that great service came at a VERY reasonable price. I would NOT HESITATE to refer my friends to them. If I need any HVAC or plumbing work done in the future I will be calling PCS first. Thank you

    Kevin from the Service Dept was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The issue ended up not being an actual plumbing issue. (No repair or replacement of water lines or PVC lines). He acknowledged that no work was needed and ways to stop the multi floor water penetration, which was from resident error (overflowing the toilet etc.). I thought he easily could have said he’d replace everything and rack up a bill, but instead decided to be honest and offered his opinion on helping fix the real problem. Highly recommend PCS, I’ve used them in other projects as well.

    Called PCS plumbing because my shower valve was leaking bad and pouring out hot water. No shut offs were ever installed on this house so you had to turn off the main water. However this was feeling our boiler for heat and that’s not possible when it’s winter and snowing. Ryan was excellent and said he would send a serviceman out tomorrow. Chris the plumber came out and I described what I wanted done.He completed the job perfectly and I was very pleased. Excellent service people who do what they say and with great pride.     Cant say enough about the wonderful service. Mike Caldwell clearly explained everything prior to starting the job. Job entailed switching out copper gas line for black gas line in order to install new gas dryer.     PCS Plumbing is A++! Our main sewer line trap was block by a big river rock that fell down the vent pipe by accident.     Plumbing issues are the last thing you want to deal with during the Holidays. Pcs plumbing was responsive, professional and operated with urgency. They cleared a blockage in the line and scoped the line to diagnose the true issue. When it was time to schedule the repair in December they were able to get the job done before 2024 was over. This was no small repair, it involved digging up and replacing a main section of sewer line. This company has my future business.

Johnathan was there within the 30 minute window I was provided (other companies were giving more like 2-3 hour windows and a few days out). Jonathan was a consummate professional, explaining the issues and suggested solutions as he went along. I also appreciated that he quoted a price and, once I agreed, he fixed it right there and then (as opposed to making another appointment). Price was WAY below what others had quoted.

    I never write reviews but in this case it is the least I can do. This is my FIRST but definitely not last time using PCS. This company is an 11/10. They came in and replaced my hot water tank right before a forecasted blizzard and 2 days before Xmas!!!! The service was not only fast fast but beyond efficient!!! When I left for work work today, I was STRESSED bc my hot water tank gave out right before I left the house. By the time I got home from working a long shift at the hospital, my tank was REPLACED and running. . I have hot water and peace of mind!!! I am beyond grateful to this amazing company. They came in clutch, I will send everyone I know toThem from now on. . I would truly love to leave a tip for the guys who came out. If possible,

    Wish I knew about PCS sooner! They are knowledgeable, reliable, and more reasonably priced than others I have used. When I called about my utility tub backing up and pipes started to leak, they came the next morning to snake inside and outside. When he said dirt was blocking the pipes, I was dreading the phrase have to dig. He told me they could dig in the next day or two. I told him sooner the better would be greatly appreciated since I couldnt use any water. They started digging 8am the next morning! The three young men who came over the two days were very personable, professional, and answered my many questions. Will definitely keep PCS as my #1 plumbing and heating company! Thank you!!

    These guys were OUTSTANDING! Im new to the area and arrived to my house with no heat.Entire system had failed and temps were dropping. They were out in a matter of hours and began work replacing the system very early the next AM. They were still here 12 hours later in a snowstorm to make sure the system was running smoothly and the house and my family were safe THEN they were back at 7:45 AM on SATURDAY to finish up details.     We hired PCS to install a tank less hot water tank and a bathroom faucet. They also did an air conditioner and heating system check up. We found Chris and Charlie easy to work with, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful workers. Made us feel confident about making the correct choice in hiring PCS. We had a problem with the faucet we had installed and Charlie told us where to go to get the part that would fix the problem. We did what he said and installed the part ourselves...making it an easy fix. The result was perfect. We would hire them again and recommend at least letting them give you an estimate. We felt pricing was fair, and are very happy with the results.

    I cannot say enough good things. One of the worst things that can go wrong as a homeowner happened on the coldest night of the winter for us: our furnace stopped working. I spoke with owner Chris that night and he patiently walked me through all the steps to see what was wrong. He then sent his guys out next the NEXT DAY to install. Mark and Adam were here from 8am until after 6pm in our heatless home installing a new furnace so we could have heat again. They were professional, kind, and helpful the whole time. This was the most stressful and financially straining events to happen since owning a home, and PCS made it as painless and affordable as possible. I am so incredibly grateful for their great service and would highly recommend.

    PCS came out to my business today to do an assessment on our rooftop furnaces. To say that I am extremely satisfied would be an understatement. Our technician, Jared H, did so much more than an assessment. Jared is extremely knowledgeable, went above and beyond my expectations, and provided real improvement very quickly.We had ongoing furnace issues for over a month and were not seeing any real progress from building maintenance. We got more help and improvement from Jareds visit than we had in the entire month previous.Jared was there for over 3 hours, making important adjustments, providing me with valuable information, and he really listened to me and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. This was such a breath of fresh air that I was blown away by the service. In fact, upon reflection, Jareds service today may be the best service I have ever received in my life, for ANYTHING. It was less than 20 degrees outside today and Jared spent much time on our roof, and yet his attitude was never short of positive.We saw significant improvement immediately and our temperature rose steadily. Before Jareds visit our thermostat was set to 76 degrees for days, but we could not break 60 in the room. With Jareds fine work, we crossed 60 in short order and the needle continued to climb.The price we paid for this visit was extremely reasonable, even generous. In the future, if I have issues with heating, air conditioning, or plumbing, I am calling PCS and asking for Jared. I could go on here, but if you took the time to read this review, I think youve got the idea. PCS Plumbing and Heating is a great company, and Jared H is a true professional.
