I cant say enough good things about Jon the Plumber and his outstanding team. Weve used Jons services numerous times over the years, and each experience has been exceptional. Most recently, we had a new bottle filling station installed at our office, and its been a fantastic addition for the entire team.From the initial consultation to the final installation, Jon demonstrated his usual professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. He worked efficiently, and the project was completed on time and within budget. The bottle filling station is not only convenient but also a hit with everyone in the office. It has encouraged us all to stay hydrated and reduce plastic waste.Jon and his team are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Whether its a small repair or a larger installation project, Jon the Plumber is our go-to plumbing service. Highly recommend them for their reliability, quality work, and excellent customer service!

Today I had Darrick and Justin come to my house for a new hot water tank, toilet and laundry tub. Very friendly, kept me informed of progress as the work proceeded and were clean and tidy. This was my first experience with Jon the Plumber and I was totally satisfied and would highly recommend.

I called this morning because we were having a plumbing issue, and we were worried about it going from bad to worse. They were able to come by in the afternoon. Mathew & Cole were very professional, polite, and cleaned up after they were done. They definitely had their work cut out for them too! I definitely would recommend them. I have used this service on 3 occasions over the past 3 years for a big, medium, and small plumbing job. Each time, the plumber(s) were knowledgeable, talented, and professional. Additionally, Danielle, who answers the phones and assists with scheduling, communicates well and is always helpful. For plumbing issues large and small, I recommend calling Jon the Plumber.

A+! I could not have asked for a better plumbing service to come out and take care of our clogged kitchen sink. From the receptionist, Danielle to the technician, Shawn. Everyone was friendly and professional. Shawn even noticed my smoke detectors chirping and gave me a crash course on how to change the batteries. I am forever grateful and super excited to have a new trusted plumber should the need arise again. What a GREAT experience from beginning to end. More than highly recommended.

I am a landlord and have had Jon out to my properties multiple times. He is always responsive, prompt, and willing to accommodate emergencies. His work is top notch, he is always a pleasure to deal with for both me and my tenants, and his pricing is absolutely fair and very competitive for the quality and service. He is so honest and fair he even adjusted an estimate *downwards* after the job was easier to complete than expected! Jon is my first call whenever I have a plumbing issue, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

He installed a new toilet at no cost and even gave me a credit for future work! This is beyond excellent customer service. Highly recommend Jon and his crew. If you live in the Buffalo area and need a reliable, honest, fair and hardworking plumbing crew they will take care of you. I struggled for a couple years to find someone to work with for my plumbing needs that would fill these requirements. This company will schedule a two hour window with you and they will show up. They send email appointment and quotes that are written up thoroughly and emailed to you. They allow you to pay online or in person and they accept payment once the job is completed to your satisfactory. I am so happy I found them. They also are very professional. They are established - have a great logo, business cards... etc. I was very impressed!

Ive called Jon 3 times for issues in my home and every time hes walked me through or suggested a fix without coming over or charging for his time, and each one has been successful. I text him at 7pm on a Saturday in a emergency and he still got back to me. If you need a plumber that you can trust - take it from me, a random internet user - this is the one.

Excellent plumbing service at an affordable price. Service tech Gideon was friendly and effective at finding the root of the issue to water backup in basement sink. Little over $200 to have peace of mind; I will be utilizing Jon the Plumber for future plumbing issues, and advise you to do the same.
