Patrick and Cody came to our home to troubleshoot our emergency electrical problem. They discovered that the main breaker switch was defective. This required that a new 150 amp electrical service panel be installedSince we were out of power these two technicians handled the job in one day. All work was explained and performed professionally. I would strongly recommend using Reimer for all your heating, cooling, and electrical needs.

I want to give a shout out to Andrew Westpfahl! He walked me through everything repairs vs a new furnace. My furnace was 22 yrs old so I chose to have it replaced He setup a quick turnaround time so that I could have heat! Dan and Mark came Sunday to install. They were very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I had absolutely no cleanup they took care of everything! I would highly recommend Reimer to anyone 5 stars thank you for everything!

He cares about the quality of his work and respects your property. Seth also recommended some air quality options at a good price for the upcoming allergy season. I highly recommend asking for Seth when you need your system checked and cleaned.James came out to our home for an annual service. Prompt, very skilled and knowledgeable at his craft. He answered all of my questions and provided recommendations on how to keep my systems safe from power surges. Highly recommend asking for James to service your HVAC.Evan came out to flush our water tank, which was installed last year by Reimer. He also spent time checking all of our existing plumbing and answered every question I had, plus quoted us for a new sump pump and backup, by request. I appreciate his approachable and kind demeanor. As an expert in his field, Evan’s service was top notch! I highly recommend him for your plumbing appointments.

He took the time to investigate everything and gave me good advice on things to look out for in the future. We had a ventless gas heater in our kitchen that always smelled so much like gas, we didnt like it at all. Got this radiator installed this summer. When it came time for the heat to come in, this one wasnt getting warm. Seth came out, trouble shot everything, called for an extra opinion, and was so thorough and professional the whole time. Everyone weve met from Reimer is so positive and friendly and they made sure to get the job right, even on this uncommon German radiator. Great job.

My mom called me around 5 today to tell me her tire blew out. We are AAA members so I didn’t think it was a big deal as long as she was safe. When I got home from work I asked her how AAA went and she said that they never came? To my surprise a man on the younger side named Tyler from Reimer stopped on the side of the road and helped her put the spare on. After about 15 minutes he had her on the road again and handed her a business card to tell her to call him when she got home safe. Not only did he stop to help, but he assured he cared enough to make sure she didn’t have anymore issues. This may not be related to the work the company provides, but it does speak volumes of the people they hire. 5 stars and a thank you from my mom and my family!

I had the best plumbing experience of my life with this company yesterday. I called for am emergency service as my main sewer line was blocked. Someone answered immediately at 8am on a Saturday. They took my information and said someone would be out. Got a call around 5pm from Craig C. stating he would be over in 20 minutes. Craig was great! Super friendly and explained everything he was doing. He really went above and beyond. Price was as expected and service was thorough. I couldnt be happier! Customer for life now.

It started to work again but I kept my appointment just in case.Andrew Westpfahl came to my home and we went through my home and eventually outdoors where we discovered my condenser was covered in 2 inches of dust, dog-hair and crud and hadn’t been cleaned in a few years.Andrew was able to quickly diagnose the problem and clean it thoroughly. My condenser is running quieter and free of debris buildup.Andrew was very professional, sociable and gave me valuable knowledge about my system and reasonable expectations for future service.I would recommend Andrew and Reimer for any services needed. We were able to get an appointment same day. they went above and beyond, and added us to the end of the schedule with no appointments were left. Kevin was professional and friendly. I loved that he took pride in his work, which he was obviously excited to show me before leaving. I appreciated his honesty about our toilet which he said was a great toilet in excellent condition directly contradicting the first Reimer plumber who attempted to push a $1200 toilet on us basically saying that the great toilet in excellent condition needed to be replaced. I had 4 Reimer employees at my home this week and 3 out of 4 were excellent!

Wonderful experience with Chris Reimer from Reimer Home Services today! We had a power outage and when the power came back on my Navien Combi boiler was not heating the house. I called Reimer and Chris came within a couple hours, diagnosed the issue and had the boiler up and running in no time. Chris was polite and professional and kept me informed about what was happening as he went along. He was a pleasure to have in my home and I very much appreciated his work today

We called Reimer Heating to check out our boiler system for insufficient heating and they came out to Eden the very next day. Scott Skora, the technician, was very polite and diagnosed the issue- a faulty zone valve- right away. He had the part on his van which was awesome so he fixed it same day. Scott also explained about the maintenance agreement that they offer and the pricing options for that. He wasnt pushy about up selling. We decided to go with the maintenance agreement which provides 3 service calls and discounted repairs. I look at it as an insurance policy seeing as we usually get a routine tuneup every year anyway. He performed a thorough check of the entire boiler and explained everything as he went along. I am so glad we decided to call Reimer Heating. Very professional and friendly. Scott said he has 23 years experience with this company and he is truly knowledgeable in his field.

Both Chris & Joe deserve five stars on their service they performed. They both explained the service and what needed to be done.However, in terms of cost for the service I would say it is much pricier than I would have assumed. I do not want to deduct stars of it takes away from the actual “service” that was done, but if I had the time to shop around I am sure I would have been able to have found somewhere else to do it for cheaper

Had a wonderful experience with Reimer and signed up for membership the first time they came by for service thanks to excellent plumbing services by Kenny and Mark V. I had was initially seemed like a pretty serious water issue in the basement on my hands and Reimer was the second place I called (the first being my current plumber who wasnt available). Ultimately, Mark V. came out and delivered the best news I could receive: no equipment replacement necessary and he had fixed the issue as well as informed me what to look for and what to know in the future. Overall a great experience - both Kenny and Mark V. are top-notch and some of the most competent plumbers Ive ever worked with. Super friendly, personable, very fair and honest, and great at customer service, too.. couldnt ask for more. If the rest of Reimer is like this, theyve got a pretty terrific team and Im happy to be giving them my business.

I want to thank everyone at Reimer for doing such a great job. From the initial visit from the repairman to the instalation team. The 90 dollar service call no matter what day of the week it is helps when your furnace stops working one week before Christmas. The sales team helped me finance an affordable furnace. This is after a bad experience with another heating company had come out and had a 250 service charge because it was a Sunday. Also if I wanted the part installed they would need an additional 150 to open their supply warehouse. So that was 400 dollars up front the part wouldnt be installed till Monday morning for reasons they werent clear about when questioned about the high cost of a visit and why couldnt the part be installed that day I was paying 400 dollars. Please fix my furnace. The service member got upset and left my property. Left me with a broken non working furnace, that was was told to be a fire hazard due to the nature of the burnt out component. Reimer came to the rescue , working fast efficiently and the cost made them a clear choice. If the other company wasnt so greedy they would still have my business, I have been a customer of theirs since 2003.Thank you again Reimer.

Reimer provided exceptional service when my plumbing issues escalated dramatically the weekend before Thanksgiving, leading to a flooded basement. Although they couldn’t offer same-day service since it was around 8 PM, they quickly scheduled an appointment for me for the following Monday.On the day of the service, I received a timely call from their call center informing me that my technician was en route, along with a text relaying my technicians name and other relevant details.Solomon was my technician, and he was not only professional but also genuinely caring, working diligently to resolve the issue. Recognizing that the job required additional manpower, he made the smart decision to call for backup rather than risk further complications. The reinforcement person arrived promptly, and together they efficiently resolved the problem.Their commitment to transparency in pricing and outstanding customer service was impressive. I also appreciate that they plan to arrange a follow-up appointment to utilize a camera for inspecting my sewage pipes for any other potential issues. Craig, Joseph, and the entire team at Reimer have already made me feel confident in their project planning and prompt responses when faced with what one of them termed the job of the year - and given that Im posting this in December, that should give you an idea of how much of a job it is. All the way from bringing the house up to code to finding everything they could do to fit an extensive sewer and sump project into the budget they projected - I feel like not only am I getting my moneys worth but that Im working with consummate professionals who stand behind their work. To cap it all off, this is all being done on an emergency timeline - literally three days after my first call and the day after I signed the contract, well be breaking ground.To say I am entirely satisfied would be an understatement. The Reimer team were able to quickly respond to an urgent situation my houses electricity. We were without power (and heat) during a cold spell and also unable to run medical equipment we need to use daily. Long story short - Go with Reimer!After getting quotes from several area HVAC companies, we decided to use Reimer for a whole-home AC project, AND a replacement COMBI boiler/hot water heater. Even though they were not the cheapest, the work that Reimer did at our home was second-to-none.For the AC project -- they ended up using an air handler that was a bit undersized for my space, even though the square footage would suggest that it was properly sized. After 1-2 visits, they quickly decided that a larger air handler would be better suited. I was glad that they stood behind their work and made it right.In addition, Ive had several other home repair/contractors/painters do work at my home. The work ethic and care that the Reimer guys showed was incredible. A few of their installers and techs put in 10-12 hour days. I dont even remember seeing them eat lunch or use the bathroom!If youre torn between Reimer and other area companies, go with Reimer - even if they happen to be a couple hundred (or even thousand!) more than someone else. Itll be worth it.

Was hesitant to get our heating system repaired on a weekend. I mentioned that when I called and asked for a weekday appointment, but was pleasantly surprised to hear they don’t bill that way. We had a technician come out the same day, and had a great experience. Shout out to Chris Reese for his professionalism and the work he did to get us squared away. He has us walk him through what was going on and he got to work right away, keeping us in the loop as he progressed. He hung around to make sure everything was working properly and that we weren’t experiencing any other issues. He explained what was wrong and why we experienced the issue, and how it was resolved. After watching YouTube videos on boilers and the issues we were experiencing, I imagined we were in for a lot of expenses, but in the end we were dealt with truthfully and advised it was a simple fix. They are almost certified to do electric work in Buffalo, and when they do, Ill rely on them 100%.

From the moment I called Reimer Heating (because my furnace was blowing only cold air) I was provided with fantastic customer service. I had a technician at my house within a couple of hours (on a Saturday) who correctly diagnosed what 4 other companies had not been able to fix over the past year. Dave P. left nothing unchecked and was able to find a clog of build up dust inside the furnace forcing it to think it was overheated and stopped heating the air. Dave worked until my issue was solved, even returning later in the evening to put in a part he hadnt carried on his truck and re-clean the furnace. I cant recommend Reimer enough. If you have heating issues, these are your guys!

Had a bit of basement flooding that fried both our furnace and hot water tank last weekend, so called up Reimer to come help us out.For the furnace, Mark T. came out to do the initial assessment and we decided on a new Carrier unit, since the old one was near the end of its operational life, rather than trying to repair. Tim B. handled the install, and we were back up and running with heat in under 24 hrs from our first call.For the hot water, Blake W. did the initial assessment, and we quickly decided to replace the very old tank (from 1996!) with a new Navien tankless system. Carl L. And Owen H. did the complex install.Reimer was quick to get us on the schedule, which was great as we had no heat or hot water! All the techs and office staff we spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable. They may not be the cheapest, but they offer quality equipment backed by a reliable and professional staff.

Andrew and Eddie serviced my 14-year-old furnace today. They made recommendations on how to prolong the life of my furnace, and also provided options for a new system. After careful consideration I decided to have a new system installed. They were extremely helpful and honest. This is the old furnace that will be replaced in two days.Today (11/14/24), Reimer sent Chris L. to do a safety inspection on my plumbing. He replaced a valve in my shower, which was worn and causing excessive noise when I used it. He provided a few preventive measures, which I chose not to do at this time. He was not pushy at all.

Had a great experience with Reimer today! I called because our air conditioning unit seemed to be performing at a lower capacity than normal. Reimer was able to get a technician to my house the same day!Seth the technician arrived and was extremely friendly and polite. He checked out the unit and explained the issue in terms I could understand. What I most appreciated is that he was honest and said while yes he could attempt to fix the issue on our older unit it might could get costly and he recommended a new unit. Seth wasn’t pushy about it at all and just wanted to let me know all of my options.I decided to go with a new unit. Again Seth provided several different options of air conditioning units explaining thoroughly the differences and how each one compared the the current unit.I can’t say enough about Reimer and Seth. The new unit is being installed on Monday just in time for the very warm weather and I am so grateful.I will definitely be using Reimer in the future as everyone from the people in the office to Seth the technician were amazing to work with.Thank you Reimer!
