Great emergency service from Trevor at Musso Plumbing. Our bathroom faucet sprung a leak and my attempts at fixing it had failed. Worse, it was a Saturday night and the faucet had no shutoff valves. Trevor showed up within the hour of my call and was able to install a new faucet complete with shutoff valves in around an hour. Im very happy with the work and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

I just want to start off by saying that Trevor and Joe are two of the nicest workers Ive ever met in my life. They recently remodeled my Moms bathroom after a previous company she hired botched the entire shower. They came when they said they would, and they picked out beautiful tile, which was laid out meticulously. It came out beautifully, and I would recommend them and Mussos to anyone without hesitation. Thanks again for everything you have done for my mother from the bottom of my heart!Jim and Jake also work at Mussos, and they did the plumbing portion of a bathroom remodel for my mother. They were both friendly and knowledgeable as well. They did a great job converting the plumbing from a bathtub to a shower drain. I installed a new kitchen faucet I received for Christmas. The on/off valve was leaking after the instillation and when trying to repair the leak the copper pipe sprung a leak. I had a plumbing emergency in my barn (February2023). I had no idea who to call, so I took a gamble and called Musso. A very short time later, Michael from Musso was there to help. While the actual fix was a bigger job, he came up with a temporary fix until I could schedule the job. The actual repair was completed in a short period of time and I couldnt be more pleased. Michael and his co- worker replaced the hydrant and it now works perfectly. I felt that the pricing was fair, and they could not have been any nicer to work with. He took the time to talk through the issues with our hot water leak and made sure I knew to watch out for future hot water heater issues. Had a burst pipe from outdoor spigot, with the back of the house encased in ice and had to shut the water main off late yesterday. Called Musso this morning who sent a tech, Sam, within an hour. After reading Google reviews and seeing Sam’s name mentioned/recommended several times, I was thrilled he was coming to do our job! Sam needed to go into our very shallow crawl space and diagnose the problem. He recommended solutions, took time to explain, and did a thorough job to permanently fix the problem. He was fantastic, definitely knows plumbing, really took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommend Musso and, if you’re lucky enough, have Sam do your job!

The Musso service people did a great job replacing our sump pump. This installation started as an emergency call on Saturday. Sasha was at our house within an hour to deal with the issue. 3 other companies that advertise 24-hour emergency service either did not answer the phone (Cellino), return my call (Frank’s) or told me they could look at the emergency in 3 days (Roy’s Plumbing). On Monday, Musso replaced the pump. Sasha and James were efficient, on time and kept us updated while they worked. We will definitely call Musso in the future.

I have not used Musso Plumbing and Heating because our Administrative Board must first review all estimates. That will happen this Sunday. I can say that the plumber tech showed up exactly on-time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, and after examining the work site, and the inside of our church, where the water feed comes in, he gave me an estimate that was approved by the owner. He later followed up with a written estimate, sent by email.

Ahmed diagnosed our problem, replaced the faulty part, and had us up and running that afternoon, and all the while was professional and courteous. Sam was great! He was very pleasant to work with and never left me questioning what was going on or what was covered in the work agreed on. I never had any surprise charges or anything like that.He originally came out for a clog at a house we recently moved in to. The previous owner of the house made some of their own upgrades and after showing Sam these, we came up with a solid list of areas to fix/replace. Sam and Nate spent the day fixing all the terrible work the previous home owner did. After listing out the fixes and improvements to an out-of-state plumber in the family they said I was getting a great deal. I showed the final work to them and they said it all looked really solid.

Although I almost had a heart attack from the price of this project, the team was extremely professional and friendly. They went above & beyond to assist me with the added cost for this project. After the cement crew had left, (which I might mention most plumbing companies do NOT replace your driveway when they have to dig) I did have some issues but after contacting the company, they came out immediately & fixed everything. Sam and one other master plumber came to install new kitchen laundry hookup after we discussed the possibility of doing this in an older home. They did a fine job but noticed a plumbing problem cause not related to the new hookup but tied in with the system and an issue mentioned by the homeowner. It was a serious problem which would have caused severe damage, backup and flooding. They stayed overtime and rectified the issue before it became a nightmare. Thanks to their skill and vigilance we have avoided a problem and have successfully gotten the laundry and house up and running!

On 5/20/2024 we had a stop up toilet so we called Musso Plumbing so they sent someone out who was Sam and he told us our problem was we would have to replace our main trap to our house which would cost forty-five hundred dollars on 5/21 /24 they would do the work my husband ask could you snake it out first he said it wouldnt do any good so they sent Rick who would do the job he would have to dig up the lawn when he came i ask should the other guy snake it out first he said they should have and from there on Rick did everything he could to unstopped the toilet without digging up our lawn him and PJ was his helper what a blessing there were to us honest kind respectful they snake it out jet it out and my toilet and shower is working excellent I cant thank Rick and PJ enough you guys are the best

Called Musso’s about a slow sink drain and they had Jake S. at my house within two hours, after the business day ended and well into the evening. He worked hard to assess the situation, which unfortunately turned out NOT to be an easy fix, but made arrangements for it to be taken care of the following day. Jake was friendly and professional and nice to talk to, and he explained our situation well. The following morning James and Sasha (forgive me if I’ve misspelled) showed up and took care of the problem, which was labor-intensive and, I’m sure, unpleasant to deal with, but they remained upbeat and professional throughout. The two of them seem like a good team and my husband and I enjoyed talking with them, while also staying out of the way to allow them to get the job done, which they did well! When it comes to matters of price and how it compares to other local plumbers, I’m out of my depth and unable to give a fair appraisal, but I will say we were given a clear estimate at the outset and there were no unexpected changes to that estimate when it came time to pay the bill. Overall, we are completely impressed by the service provided and would gladly call Musso for any subsequent plumbing needs. Side note: One question I think many of us ask ourselves when a service professional enters our home is Do I want this person in my house? and truly every Musso plumber put me at ease immediately and made me comfortable, which counts for just as much as a job well done. Luckily for us, Musso provided both.

Started to replace an old cast iron sink and called Musso to finish as it was too heavy for me to lift out of the countertop. Sam did a great job, installed the sink and faucet and went to get new drain piping to install. Neat and clean and did a more thorough job than i would have. He was here for almost 3 hours including the trip to the store so i am sure the job is very professional. He took the time to point out a few issues with the countertop and cleaned up. The price is not cheap. I do think this company is high but, their work is prompt and efficient and have no complaints. I know that if i called other plumbers, I would not have had such quick service. Plus you can usually get same day or next day service which I suppose adds to the cost of the job.

Woke up to find water in the basement coming from somewhere within the walls of the downstairs and upstairs bathrooms. Called Musso and they had a guy at the house within the hour. Great Guy, Mike. Very personable and smart. I watched as he did all kinds of tests shutting off/on valves to determine what was leaking. I was convinced it was a leaking toilet water supply line. I thought he was being overly cautious to continue testing. He did not want to bust holes in the wall and floor without more evidence of what the problem was. Good Thing! because it ended up being a leaking water supply line to the refrigerator ice maker. No water coming from anywhere under the fridge, it all ran straight to the wall behind the fridge, a wall common to the bathroom. His sound judgement saved me a whole lot of grief and money.
