We called at the end of the day with a plumbing emergency. They had two employees to our home within the hour. They were very knowledgeable, repaired the issue, cleaned up everything and were gone within an hour. Very thankful for their professional service!

If youre looking for that personal touch Hertel Hardware and Plumbing is your answer. I had John come out to give me an estimate for a new HVAC System.I was very impressed by his knowledge and his presentation of the products offered. Furthermore, he took the time to go and look at my current layout, both inside and outside the house and evaluated the square footage for the proper system. He answered all of my questions and did not rush his presentation.The main difference I noticed from the other companies that I had estimates from was the fact that John offered me a variety of options and explained current rebates and tax incentives by product.The call team at the office was also great in setting up the appointment and making the customer feel welcomed.Yeah you cant go wrong when you are exploring options you call Hertel Hardware and get their opinion on your job.

Used Hertel Hardware and Plumbing many times. They put it a water pump backup for my sump and most recently fixed and replaced the valve that was leaking on the hot water tank. The service is always 5 stars. The plumbers are always professional. They even took off their boots before entering the house. The most recent visit the plumber talked me through every step of the process. I couldnt be more impressed and will continue to use Hertel for my plumbing needs.

They came out just a couple of days after the Blizzard of 22 and were 30 min early and done in under two hours with a new hot water tank.Price was fair (over half of it was the tank itself) and there was NO upselling or erroneous emergency fees due to the storm.I am very satisfied with my experience.

Great place! Both of our toilets were not working and our kitchen sink was leaking. They explained everything they did. Fixed it within an hour. GREAT price.My husband went into the shop to buy a new part for our dishwasher. It was cash only and he only had a card. The part was $2.50. The guy said take it and come back and pay me Monday (we of course did). Excellent customer service.We havent had much need for a plumber before but definitely will use again and recommend to anyone who needs one!

We have used Hertel Hardware on 3 separate occasions ( an estimate for work, emergency shower faucet repair and furnace and central air installation). Tony makes you feel like family. His team is highly professional- always courteous, prompt, communicative about the process, and meticulous. They have been beyond fair in pricing of services and also in addressing our needs expediently. I am so happy with their work and will continue to use them.

I love these plumbers! Theyve always shown up when I had an appointment, they work quickly and efficiently, theyve always communicated what has happened, what theyve tried to troubleshoot, and what theyre going to try next. (It should be disclosed my only experience with their work is through their plumbers)I own rental properties in 100 year old houses, so while I try to maintain the pipes and take preventable measures, as one can expect, when something goes wrong, its a beast. Hertel Hardware & Plumbing had to cut into the drywall of two bathrooms (in different properties) in order to reach the pipes, but they let me know what they were going to do and why they needed to do it, and both times the cuts have been manageable sizes to cover back up with an easily removable cover, in case those pipes need to be accessed again. Which of course those pipes will be needed to accessed again. Who dry walls over shower/tub pipes without an access point?!Only on this last visit could the plumber not complete a particular job in one go, but he worked as far and as long as he could, and kept me updated every 20 or so minutes on how the progress was going (I wanted him to), and then let me know what needed to happen (such as finding the outside opening to the sewer trap thats buried under 2 feet of snow) in order for a plumber to come back to finish the job quickly. Theyve been so great to work with previously that I have no problem with this requirement. Besides, I had a better idea of where that access point was than he did, so it made sense he didnt waste time digging around for it.The price has certainly been reasonable too. Also, their plumbers have Square installed on their smartphones, so I can easily pay right then and there for the service and immediately have a receipt sent to my email for filing. For the work Hertel Hardware & Plumbing do and the price they charge, Im happy to return to them as well as recommend them to everyone I know. Im happy to support a local business that works as well as they do!

Very impressed with Hertel Hardware & Plumbing. The main line in my basement was clogged (super gross) and they were able to send a team out right away. Jordan and Derrick were timely, professional and were able to fix the problem right away. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality plumbing services.

Omg! I don’t even know we’re to start, first I want to say hertle plumbing came to my business and executed the job to its perfection and very fare, honest and affordable. They came in and took care of the job ASAP, they also provided the materials at a affordable prize so I dint even have to go out my way and get it. Also the employees was very respectful, responsive and on time which is very important and also I have to add that the owner of this place is an amazing person, fare, humble and very honest, I felt super comfortable and rite away I knew I was in good hands, I will definitely stay in touch for any of my plumbing needs and will only refer hertle plumbing to my family and friends. They play no games and get the job done professionally and I love that I wish I had better pictures to show.

Second time using them, cant say enough good things. Were able to service within a day of my call. Do a great job with everything they do, and at a fraction of what some of the national chains charge. I called for some help with my shower, and they ended up tightening up some pipes in my basement, and helped with my leaking washing machine all without me asking and without charging me extra, and my shower which probably hasnt been serviced in 50+ years is working like new. Will use these guys for any plumbing issue I have!

My wife and I recently called Hertel Hardware & Plumbing for the first time. The servicemen (C.J. and Jim) were prompt and polite and completed what were two small jobs promptly and efficiently. Costs were reasonable. Their business manager (Sarah) was helpful in obtaining a copy of paperwork. We will definitely call HHP again when we need plumbing repairs.

My tenant called and told me the heat was out (on an 8 degree Buffalo morning no less!) I called HH, within a half hour a repair guy was at the house, he located the part and finished the job. Total time from my initial phone call to the completion of the job was 2 hours. The workers were pleasant, its obvious the owners/management want their customers treated well and understand how to obtain repeat business. Fair price too. Great N Bflo business.

They did window frame repair and cut beveled glass for me - things that the big shops said were impossible. These guys did every small thing to help out and for a fantastic price.Though, item selection is a bit small.
