We had a very positive experience with House Crafters building a roof over our existing patio. Ed was professional and extremely responsive from the beginning and throughout the process. My gutters were hanging down due to the storm last year. Jeff replaced everything that was damaged. He started early in the morning and worked until after the sun went down. The man did not even take a lunch! He replaced every single thing that was affected and did it with precision work. I have not seen a more dedicated worker with such caring detail for decades now! In addition he is a true blue humanitarian and a dedicated family man! Something else that you do not see enough of these days. I would recommend him for anything and I can honestly say that you will be more than pleased with his work and his professional manner as well as his loving personality!

House Crafters completed our patio roof this fall. We are extremely happy that we went with their company. We received quotes from many contractors and have no regrets with our choice. Ed was our first point of contact after submitting an online request for a quote. He was very responsive in emailing us a detailed quote in a timely fashion. He also met us in person at our house to go over some of the final details before we signed our contract. He was kind, professional and honest. His team was led by Mark on-site, who was vigilant and brought viable options to the table when needed. He also kept an open mind to our project and kindly used his years of experience to point out areas where there were options to improve the look of our patio project. There were a few times throughout the project that we needed to reach out to Mark and Ed after normal business hours and they never made us feel like we were a bother. Most importantly though, the price was fair and the job was completed to expectations, on time. We are looking forward to setting up the patio furniture in the spring and enjoying it for many years to come! Early Friday morning Dave and Matt arrived to complete our garage canopy soffit and gutter work as a subsequent contract tweak to the outstanding roofing House Crafters accomplished for us late October last year. Now, these guys were just fantastic.This entire week has been well into the 90°s every day and this classic Summer Friday was no exception. Their completing this simpler task on the garage was yet remarkable. Even more so, they were already on their second job a township away by the time I was able to see the work and, noticing a particular gable rake issue on the garage which they were unaware of, these fine gentlemen returned (their third stop for the day) in 94° heat on the sunny side of the work to complete it the same day like it was nothing.Thing is, it was everything and it looks spectacular. Thank you, gentlemen for the marvelous job!

When I discovered major issues with my garage, I was referred to Ed at House Crafters for help. And help they did. It was determined that my garage was not salvageable and we had to tear down, pour new footer and garage floor and then rebuild. I was overwhelmed but Ed took care of everything for me. He brought in wonderful teams of people for each step in the process who were more craftsmen than just builders, and the entire process took about 8 weeks from Demo to a beautiful new home for my cars. I could not be happier. I more than highly recommend Ed and his teams for your next home improvement project!!

House Crafters was quick to get Bob out to give me an estimate to replace my roof. I was able to sign a contract the next day, and even though they were about 8 weeks out, they were able to get me in less than a month after I submitted my deposit. The crew was able to start AND finish my roof the same day, which was great because I was on a deadline from my insurance company.Also, Darlene, who I signed the contract with and communicated with for updates on timeline, is so fantastic! She is so warm and personal. I knew I was in good hands. Im new to the area and a new homeowner on top of that, and she was also able to give me so much great advice on the area I am in, and made sure that I knew I could call for any questions or concerns! I only wish I had additional projects for my house because I would love to work with this company again in the future! But for now I will just enjoy my new roof :)

We had a 21x21 covered patio built onto our existing home. We quoted out several contractors for the job, but House Crafters came in with the most reasonable quote so we chose them to do the work. From start to finish, we were very impressed with their work and how they went about it. The on site crew was fantastic, very courteous, and the on site supervisor Mark was extremely receptive and accommodating to any question or concern we had. They were both efficient and neat, allowing us to still utilize the space even while it was being constructed. Ed the owner was able to be reached any time, and we were impressed with how quickly he would provide responses, something that is a rarity in a contractor nowadays. We were happy and pleased with the results of the project and would certainly recommend House Crafters if you are looking for a contractor.

House crafters built a covered patio for my wife and I. Our patio has recessed lighting, a ceiling fan and four ceiling mounted speakers. Ed and his team were great to work with throughout the entire process. Everyone we dealt with was responsive and helpful especially when we decided we wanted to make our project bigger right before the start. Bruce and his crew were great to work with. They are all great guys and are very clean workers. Their subs also did great work. We have gotten tons of compliments on the patio from neighbors, friends, and family. House Crafters came out last July to give us a quote on adding an additional bay to our garage. ED came out and was very professional and informative. We like Ed so much we had asked to get a additional quote on a full tear off roof. The roof team came out first and were such hard workers. The roof team brought to our attention some scratches they had caused on our deck. Not only were they honest about what had happened but they went above and beyond to correct the mistake. We were both satisfied and thankful for thier work and honesty. Because of the pandemic we did wait a good time to have the garage portion started. Obviously no fault to the company. ED himself kept us up updated and informed on the time frame and the delays. When the garage build started Bruce and his amazing team were quick, CLEAN and informative. They even worked well when I may have changed my mind super last minute on a few piece parts... We have recieve so many complements on our roof and addition we are very thankful for the overall positive experience. RECOMEND!

Our project included extensive construction in our home consisting of demolition of an existing sunroom, digging a new foundation for two new rooms, removal of interior and exterior walls, building two new rooms, full kitchen remodel, and more. This occurred over a 4+ month period in which we were still living in the house. There were many challenges and extensive coordination required, but Housecrafters was always up to the task. That doesnt mean everything went perfectly - no construction project of this size ever does - but Ed, Jason, Tony, and the rest of Housecrafters kept a focus on delivering a quality job in which we are thrilled with the results. We have already recommended Housecrafters to co-workers and friends.

House Crafters added a patio roof on the back of my house 2 years ago. Did a very nice job. The structure was built well and should last a long time. Ed worked with me to give me almost exactly what I wanted. Missed one detail, but not a major issue. I am an a little OCD and I am sure I drove him crazy with every detail. He was patient with my inquiries and request for details and changes. House Crafters was by far the best price as compared to the other Big names that would do this type of construction. Obtained all permits through the town and worked to get all work approved. Had a couple small things I asked him to come back and touch up and his crew were friendly dedicated guys.

Hired house crafters to wrap the soffits on my old house. They had to replace quite a bit of rotted wood prior to wrapping. They did a great job, showed up on time and got it all done in a few days. The final cost was exactly what was estimated, it was a time+materials job and Jeff did a great job with an accurate estimate. Brad and his team knocked it out and left the place very clean. Highly reccomneded.

From the start, Ed and Mark were very personable and helpful in the planning process. We also requested a deadline for completion due to a backyard event planned at our home. Ed guarenteed that the addition would be complete in advance of the event, which it was! Mark, Just wanted to send you a Thank You for the job your crew did on our house. Bob Brady is the greatest! After this spring when everyone had damage to their roofs, siding, etc. I went looking for a contractor to repair my roof along with gutters and adding new shutters. I went to one of the biggest names in WNY who will go nameless in this email and they were indignant and made us feel like we were a inconvenience. I know all contractors were bombed with tons of requests. We contacted Housecrafters through a recommendation of a friend and Bob Brady showed up on time and took the time to explain our options. We were told it would be several weeks because of the backlog, but you showed up on the date and completed work very professionally. We had a couple of issues and yourself and Bob took care of those in as timely a fashion as was possible.
