    The 1st time I ever visited the store was during the quarantine and everything was blocked off tough for safety So I couldnt like Go up-and-down the isles and search for what I was looking for. And sometimes its very hard for me to shop because Im very hands on but the employees went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I swear it was like they entered my mind and they knew exactly what I needed after I described to them the job that I was doing .it was great and I really appreciated them for that.

    Service and pricing are good. However the location and how they load your materials makes it difficult when using a trailer. We also dont like that you cannot pick out your own wood boards. We normally go to the transit road location but they did not have enough of metal roof panels we needed in stock and we were told they would not transfer them from the Seneca st location to transit rd.

    This place is AMAZING and right by my house!! I had no idea you could walk in and just by wood without being a contractor or without having a HUGE order. I just bought all the baseboard trim for my attic floor (over 120 feet for each, the base and the shoe) and it was SO cheap. It was less than half the cost that Home Depot would have been (I priced it!) I was thrilled with their customer service, and then driving through their warehouse section to load it up was other worldly- so organized, so cool to see, and the SMELL of all that fresh cut wood, was incredible. I cant recommend this place enough for all your wood needs.

    I have bought many lumber items from Len-Co over the years. Always gotten good value in the.lumber products. And they cut to size for my.project needs. Since Im. Mildly handicapped very help service. They answer my questions and have very good customer service. They are my go to lumber for the special lumber products I need.

    This is a great lumber yard, and it ca.e highly recommended to me. If you dont find what you need in the showroom, ask. We were directed out to a portion of the yard to go look at the doors we were looking for specifically. The guys were all super helpful, and before long they were bought and loaded! Thank you!

    As always Len-Co delivers; ordered three custom Andersen windows. They beat every competitors prices locally, were at the store from the manufacturer ahead of schedule, and were extremely flexible on delivery and adding some additional install materials to the order.Ive ordered lumber and general building supplies in the past, and the customer service from the salesman I work with (Adam) has been exceptional.     This place has the best selection of vinyl siding and roofing materials in the buffalo area hands down. They have cheaper drywall than home depot and Lowes. You walk in pay drive around they load you up. If your gonna buy lumber there and not get out of the truck and look at the boards going in the truck dont complain later. They do have a restocking fee for people that arent carpenters that wanna bring back boards that look like bananas. I have never had an issue with anything I ever bought there. I highly recommend this company over home depot. You wanna shop local and vote with your dollar go to Lenco.

    Great place to buy from. Almost everything is cheaper than the big box stores and they have just about everything in stock. Everyone is helpful and best of all they load it right in the truck for you. If you need building materials go here before home depot!

    Jason has been AWESOME to work with. He was the ONLY vendor able to come through for a highly specialized & time sensitive order (and I called all over the country).Needed a sizable order of surfaced large white oak timbers with a very demanding turnaround time. I work for a federal agency and purchasing is a nightmare of hoops to jump through for both parties. Jason worked through all of these obstacles and delivered the timbers EARLY despite lengthy delays by the government eating into the lead time he initially quoted me.HIGHLY recommend Jason & Lenco. His dedication to assisting with the order was tremendous. Lenco will be my first call for future needs.

    Ive been dealing with Lenco for the past 9yrs. All I can say is top notch A++++ service. whether I am purchasing a small item worth $3 or windows for a house, lenco has allways made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. I cant imagine going to another store, no matter what you need they have it or will order it. I have even had Steve call me after hours and say he is still working on my order and will get it to me asap. You dont get that service anywhere else and I love how walking in there still feels like an oldtime lumber yard.PLEASE REMEMBER YOU CALL LENCO YOU GET SERVICE,I COULD CALL HOME DEPOT FOR A LEFT HANDED HAMMER AND THEY WILL LOOK FOR IT CAUSE THEY SIMPLY HAVE NO CLUE

    Len-Co provides nothing but high quality customer service with low prices. I myself purchased all the materials for my addition, and Len-co was nothing but accommodating. I also happen to be an employee of Len-co and was literally in the middle of the dispute previously mentioned; as in, I stand next to both Managers dealing with this situation. This dispute between Mr. Bilco door and our Sales Dept. went much differently then described above. At Len-Co, we require a review and sign off on EVERY Special order that is placed, especially when a product is specialized as a bilco size b door. Len-co normally stocks c size doors, so this would definitely be a door the would require an attention to detail. Mr. Bilco is correct in the fact that we do not normally take returns on special orders. However, in this case, the customer was offered some of his money back, as well as an opportunity to sell the Bilco door in our store; to recoup as much as his money as possible. Mr. Bilco, not so kindly, refused any offer to help him in this unfortunate incident; and decided the best approach was the Better Business Bureau and a Google Lashing. In my belief Len-Co tried to resolve the issue before it escalated, but Mr. Bilco was resistant to any solution. Len-Co does not have to deal with issues like this often, but when they do arise; Len-co tries to work with the customer to the best of our ability to resolve the issue, so that both parties are satisfied. I would never hesitate to do business with Len-Co. Len-co is a company with Integrity and has been in business for over 50 years.

    I have had a relationship with Lenco Lumber since 2007. Since that time, Ive purchased well over $1,000,000 in various building supplies. Ive made over 1,000 transactions with Lenco Lumber from tools to wood putty to roofing to lumber and the list goes on.When you purchase the amounts of items that I have, it is a safe bet that Ive encountered pretty much every staff member at Lenco from the Owner Steve Coppolla Sr., the staff in accounts payable/receivable right down to all the guys in the yard. I am extremely confident to say that in every transaction/pickup/order that the staff has always been friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Throughout all these transactions, Ive dealt (about 90% of the time) with Steve Jr. and I have no trouble at all testifying that Steve Jr. is one of the most decent, bright, helpful, considerate,empathetic individuals Ive ever met. This man has never ONCE even uttered the word No to me. He is exactly the type of person that you would want to conduct business with. He is one of the most CONSISTENT people that Ive ever met.Look, when you buy as much as I do, not every transaction is perfect. This world is not perfect. What delineates Steve Jr. and the rest of the Lenco family from their competition is their keen ability to problem solve. When Steve made a mistake, he admitted it and made it right. When a manufacturer made a mistake, Steve held the manufacturer accountable and made it right. When I made a mistake, Steve does everything in his power to help me make my own mistake as painless as possible.Lenco Lumber has the most consistent low prices, I never have to worry if a salesman is fleecing me because hes going on vacation next month. Lenco has every product that I could ever want/need available and if it happens to be a product that they do not carry, Steve and the rest of the crew will do everything they can to get it.I swear by Lenco obviously. If I had to describe Lenco Lumber and their staff in one word, that word is Integrity.

    Im strictly a home depot guy just for the sake of convience. It never occurred to me to come to lenco. Anyways, I decided to come in one day to get some ideas about s garage roof that I was doing. As I was looking around confused Jason called over and asked if I needed help. Long story short I just received one of the best services ever. Jason went over everything I needed and then I was loaded up on the yard. Didnt have to touch a thing. Everyone was polite and willing to help. I think I found myself a home.

    First time there, wasnt really sure what I was doing because its different than any lumber yard Ive been too (to be fair thats not very many so their way could be the norm) staff was friendly and happy to explain it to me and they had the weird sized plywood I wanted, two guys put it on my car for me too. Great experience

    Jason at counter 6 was a huge help in purchasing storm doors for my house. Talked to him on the phone a few times and then when I went in to the store for the actual purchase. Is knowledgeable and knew his stuff. It’s employees like this that will keep me coming back to a store. I’ve had awful customer service at other big box home improvement stores - won’t mention any names. So I decided to try a smaller local place - Lenco is awesome and much cheaper than Lowe’s or Home Depot.

    Last month I had to place an order for roofing, baring in mind I have no clue about roofing materials, except what color I like. Lol My husband was unavailable to do so due to conflicting work schedule. Upon entering the Seneca St. location we were greeted by a very helpful associate. My 21 yr. old son, his gf & I looked over the materials on hand and went to place the order w/our list in hand. The associate had some ?s we were not able to answer, so my son called my husband & the associate was more than willing to speak w/him & clarify what was needed. Customer satisfaction to the max! Order was delivered on date requested & earlier than anticipated....very pleased:)))
