I hired them to install a wire mesh on the inside of my 4’ aluminum fence in order to keep our new rescue dog from making his way between the spindles. Our technician Bryan was very professional, he understood our need and felt our concern after meeting our new dog. He did a beautiful job on a deceptively cold day. I can’t say enough about Bryan from Ace- he is their shining star! I always jokingly call Ace Handyman my rent-a-husband for all the things I need done around my home. I’ve used Ace for a number of things from patching drywall to hanging my new TV and installing my bathroom vanity. They are quick to schedule and have always shown up on time!

Sent a follow up text and still not heard anything back. * update* they have contacted me with an update to the work and explained what occurred, they offered a sincere apology and even though could not help with my original concern. Wanted to do right for the length of time, and offer to come check out a door leveling issue I have been having for far to long. I will return to update again. *Update 2* Nate came out on time and far exceeded expectations and went truly above and beyond the call to really showcase why ACE is the company to call when you need repairs.ive had a long standing bathroom door issue, where it would not close and not its like a brand new door. When I have another job I will definitely be asking for Nate again. Thank you to the team and I greatly appreciate the help

This review is long overdue. I had such a fantastic experience with Ace Handyman Services. Over the summer my kids were ruff-housing and ended up breaking a TV. AfterPurchasing a new one, we decided that we wanted to mount our TV to the wall. I reached out to Ace handyman services and they were able to have a technician come within a day to mount the new tv. I couldn’t be any more happy with the service. The technician was professional, on time, and cleaned up thoroughly. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

My family and I were in search for someone to assemble a gazebo for our yard. I sent out a recommendation on the WNY bulliten on Facebook. I received a reply from Stephen that Ace Handyman can assist me with assemblying our gazebo. I reached out, received a qoute, provided a deposit, and was schedule for a two man crew to assesmble. On the day of my scheduled assembley day the men were able to partially assmble , but due the change in weather the men had to stop and I was then reschedule to complete the project. Upon my second appointment the handymen Oudit and Mohan a father and son dual arrived and they were polite, professional, and were receptive to completing project. My family and I are were very appreciative and happy with our finished project. Thank you Ace Handyman for your assistance and a piece of mind.

Couldnt have been happier with my experience with Ace Handyman Services. We had a tricky door trim job that was a little out of my DIY level of knowhow that was left undone for over a calendar year. Finally got the good sense to call Ace Handyman and they were at my house within two days. Our repairman was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He finished the work in only a few hours. It looks great, was extremely reasonably priced and is a complete relief after looking at the unfinished project for so long. I couldnt recommend this service enough. It was phenomenal and well be using them for more projects very soon!

We were looking for shelves to be hung up. The work provided was excellent! Very professional and friendly service members that came out to hang the shelves. Only issue would be the communication from admin on not explaining the hourly fee would be per technician sent out. It’s not a general hourly rate. The company honored was originally mentioned to me while making the reservation, I just feel bad for the two service members who worked on the job. Hopefully it was rectified by the company. But definitely would recommend for work!

Eugene came out bright and early and introduced himself, assessed what needed to be done and got to work. He worked consistently and repaired or finished each one of the projects in a timely fashion. From the moment I saw the commercial I knew this was the company I needed to hire to do some of my home repairs. Everyone is very friendly, from the receptionist to the contractor. Everything went super smoothly working with Ace! Super responsive, from estimating to scheduling, and every person I spoke to was knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t have to wait long at all to get on their schedule; the day of our repair, our handyman was running only 15 minutes behind and still called to let me know, how nice! He did a great job removing our broken undermount sink from a custom countertop, and installing a new one - he was careful and left the place clean, and our job was done very close to what was estimated. Ace wasn’t the cheapest quote we got but worth it for the professional service, responsiveness, etc - I’m very happy with the final result and they’ll be my go-to for future jobs.

This is a local company that treats you like family. Great communication. Bryan repaired a nasty leak that I had on my living room ceiling. The ceiling looks brand new! I found this service online and it is a game changer! I was in the market for floor installation when I had a completely unrelated emergent plumbing issue come up. Ace and Brian to the rescue! Brian showed up shortly after me making the call and fixed my issue within an hour. and to top it off helped my daughter move a book shelf that we were struggling with! Fantastic! Our toilet handle broke so we called and Bailey came the same day and got everything fixed and now it works better than ever. Weve used them a couple of times and theyve always been great. So this is my second review, an edit of my first.. after my experience with ACE I was a bit disappointed. However once my dissatisfaction was brought to their attention, they moved quickly to rectify the situation. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Although I probably shouldn’t have had to have things rectified in the first place. I am extremely happy with how things have turned out afterwards. People make mistakes and issues arise. It’s takes a good company to stand behind their word and admit their mistakes. I highly recommend ACE due to this. I’ve *finally* learned my lesson. When you want something done right, you go to the pros. Third time was a charm with Ace. They were able to quote my job and get the work done perfectly within two weeks of my first call to them. Oudit and Muhan were on time, kind, extremely professional and did an amazing job on the work I asked them to do, plus offered to do a couple of other small things while they were here. My bathroom is finally finished, I can’t even tell my daughter’s ceiling had water damage, the molding and trim in the house looks perfect.Not gonna lie…Ace wasn’t the cheapest option, but worth the price a thousand times over due to their professionalism, timeliness and craftsmanship. I only wish I’d called them sooner.

Ive used them twice now, first to move a washer and dryer from my garage to my basement, which required removing and reinstalling the door to my basement, then to hook up a gas stove.
