From the time we made the first phone call to the office to the time the last truck pulled away, I felt respected, and well taken care of. As a female homeowner this is extremely important to me.We had such a whole situation with our as is homes supposed septic tank. Within an hour, the big boss was out on our property taking care of it personally. Turns out we are on sewer, even though all the paperwork said otherwise...It took two days to manage, and was going to be extremely pricey. He gave us some suggestions and worked with us at every corner to make sure our problem was dealt with thoroughly, and any subsequent issues would be mitigated and wed be well prepared for.During their time here, they were professional, approachable, genuine, and answered every one of our questions (and our kids questions). My son was enthralled with the excavator, and they showed us our whole line on camera, and gave us an honest timeframe and cost ballpark about future repair work.As a business owner myself, its clear to me when someone cares deeply for both the work they do and the customer they are serving. I will call and recommend this company every time I can.5 stars is not enough.

Pleasantly surprised and amazed at the knowledge and professionalism of the workers. My septic tank hasn’t been pumped in 45 years yet they found it and had it open in 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend your company to others in need of service. I can’t really relay how satisfied I am with the entire operation, and cost! Much cheaper than I had anticipated. Great job guys!! I almost forgot;; they did the entire job with themselves and coworker’s safety in mind.

These guys are awesome. They came and helped us on Christmas day when our septic tank backed up with company. After we had to pump it two more times in as many years, we paid them to replace the drain lines. Such a massive undertaking wasnt cheap, but I didnt expect it to be: the prior lines were woefully inadequate in this 1970s house. Im hoping the new setup lasts for many years without any pumping. Based on the size of the new drainlines, Im pretty sure they will.

Very impressed and grateful. Josh called and came out within an hour of me first contacting them. The weather today was heavy rain but that did not stop Josh and his crew from coming out and taking care of my situation. Very polite, very honest,very professional, price was exactly what was quoted over the phone. Even with the heavy rain Josh left everything very clean and had my septic tank pumped and covered back up within an hour. I could not recommend them more. I called Tuesday they had an appointment available Wednesday. They came out at the discussed time. They pumped out my Septic tank quickly. He showed me pictures of the tank. After it was drained he checked out the condition of the tank and gave me suggestions on how to maintain my tank going forward. My yard looked barely touched. I would definitely recommend!

Joshua called to let me know when he was on his way to my house. When he and his assistant arrived they wasted no time getting right to work. These guys literally move fast! Even though they had to use small bucket tractor to dig down to the septic tank they covered it all back up when they were finished with minimal ground disturbance. Joshua also gave me a really cool tip on how to put waste eating enzymes back into the tank! Cleaning my tank was a bit challenging because it had never been cleaned in 25 years. The cost was exactly what he told me before he even arrived. If I have any issues I will definitely call Joshua! I will also call him every 5 years for a tank cleaning! I found Joshua Chastain to be reliable, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and very nice!

The owner came out within ten minutes of me calling him after normal hours on Friday night. Our septic tank was full and the main line was backed up. He was very professional and came highly recommended by two separate people I know, both who own their own businesses. They did a great job and completely fixed our houses problem and everything has been running great since. I highly recommend these guys. They are honest and do their work the right way. You cannot go wrong with Chastain’s. There is a reason that they have all 5 star reviews. I called first thing on a Monday morning after having my septic back up into my shower. Another company had come out twice previously and the issue was only temporarily resolved. They came right away. Josh explained everything to me. Told me why things should be done a certain way and even said it didn’t have to be done right away, but he advised getting it done when I could afford it. I called them to set up an appointment to check whether our septic tank needed cleaning or if we had a clog. They were initially going to be here later the same day (about 5 hours) but the service tech called me and said he was on his way now. They diagnosed the problem, dug up, pumped out my septic tank, and had it covered back up and cleaned up in less than an hour. EXTREMELY professional and very courteous service AND it cost less than the original quoted price. They were also able to give us a quote on replacing our septic tank lid which needs to be done asap. Overall my wife and I couldnt be more impressed and pleased with the service we received from Chastains. I will highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you to everyone at Chastains.
