I was told once by a very intelligent lady that you can only get two out of three things from a company. You can get a good product, a good price, and good service. But you can only get two out of the three of them at one time. Most of the time you sacrifice one of them. I find that it is usually true that you can only get two of them from a company, but AirOne Heating & Air is the exception. I got a fantastic product, I got a really good price for the work and materials, and the service was just incredible. I got all three things. It was an exception to the way things normally are for me.Chris Ellis was my lead tech and we mapped the installation all out with photos and texts like we were plotting for world domination. As a manufacturer, I love the attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. It was fun that he was willing to look at it and see how detailed into it we could go. Once the installation started, he kept me up to date on the progress. He even worked around a guest that we had in our guest house. I dont see this kind of work much anymore, and I enjoyed it. He lost his Apple watch one day on the job and I helped him look for it for like half an hour after work. I wouldnt do that kind of thing for a normal vendor or a corporate feeling person. That should show you how well a job he did and what a great lead tech that he is on the job.The Mitsubishi ductless heating and AC comes with a 10 year warranty. They were also able to get me a 10 year warranty on all labor and installation. You cant beat this price. This is an incredible investment. Its low energy usage and it runs so quiet.I put a two ductless system in the guest house and a single ductless one in my garage. These are very popular in South America and Europe and I think they will start to catch on here as they cool and heat so well for such little electricity usage. Absolutely incredible system. This is just my honest review of this company and I was given nothing for it. My guests love staying in the guesthouse without having to hear an old window unit blaring and banging the whole wall. I made my garage a complete gym that I can use year round in shorts and a t shirt. Give yourself an upgrade with a ductless system from these guys. It will pay for itself over and over again.

My father passed away in 2022 and the day after he passed my A/C went out. Lowell came over and repaired it quickly and didn’t even charge me. I tried but he just wouldn’t accept. So this year 2023 my heat went out. Although it needed a new fan and heat exchanger of course I called AirOne for my HVAC needs. They were very professional from the estimate, explaining the job, to doing the work and even sending photos during the job showing the parts they replaced. AirOne is awesome and I highly recommend these guys! Tech Jeremiah is kind and very knowledgable and professional. He came out and diagnosed the problem with my mini split unit within 2 minutes or less and I had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes. Now the past couple of months I had two techs from two other companies come out to look at it. Both techs added freon which did not fix the issue and then said that I probably just needed a new unit. Needless to say I am so happy that my mini split unit is back working properly. Thank you AirOne!

I wish I could use them for every household issue that could possibly come up. We purchased our home last year and needed to replace our upstairs unit as well as perform repairs on our downstairs unit so we called airone. Every single call made resulted in same day service and repairs! A few weeks ago our crawlspace flooded and took out our air handler so we called and within a couple hours a tech arrived. We used airone and carolina climate to fully replace our system as well as all duct work and the job took 4 days (as quoted) to complete. They are just an absolute pleasure to work with and all around great group of folks. To say I would recommend them to anyone is a understatement! I would practically beg people for the sake of their own sanity to call airone!

I was really impressed with Lowells dedication to helping as many customers as he could by working overtime. Even though he had a fully booked schedule, he worked later to take care of my AC issue the same day I called for help and Im so glad he did because the temperature in my house was nearly 90! He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part I needed on his truck and was able to get everything fixed and running again within 15 minutes! Excellent customer service, reasonable prices. Very prompt and professional service. You can tell that they really care about their customers and that it their primary focus. Everything they had to do to my AC to get it to work they made sure to explain in detail and also quote accurate prices. They came out to take care of my AC when others told me it would be days...with a pregnant wife at home that doesnt work so well. My HVAC system went out in Aug 2018 and I received 3 quotes to replace the system. A local contractor recommended AirOne for pricing and quality. I was leaning towards American Standard hardware because of its quality ratings. I was able to obtain multiple quotes and AirOne was the BEST. The AirOne system was better than the others, warranty better (including labor warranty), and the price was lower than the others. Chris at AirOne is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The install took a day. About a week later, Chris came to the house to check the system out and ensured all is performing well. I also had to install a dehumidifier system in my crawlspace. I called AirOne and they installed it and, as before, Chris came out about a week later to check the system out. I am happy with both systems and highly recommend AirOne. AirOne provided excellent customer service and delivered quality products at lower prices. They delivered what they said they would do. This is rare in todays service industry. A few months ago the compressor on our heat pump went out. It was replaced by Air One, low bid by several hundred dollars. The actual work was performed by Chris who turned out to be a very pleasant, knowledgeable young man... the entire experience, start to finish, was much more bearable thanks to him. Last week, that very same heat pump went out again. Once again I called Air One - mostly due to the service we received from Chris on the last occasion. Once again, he did not disappoint. He was timely, friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely concerned about my families comfort. I dont know what Chris is paid, but its not enough. He is exactly what you want in a home service technician I would highly recommend to any and all who have need of such services.

Central air went out this past Saturday morning. Called AirOne and Josh Patterson promptly returned my call and arrived at our residence within the hour. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge that Josh exhibited. Josh diagnosed the problem with the unit and checked our warranty coverage advising me that the unit was under warranty and could be repaired at no cost for parts or labor. This was my first experience with AirOne and have never been more pleased. Josh and the folks at AirOne made what could have been a terrible event on the hottest weekend of the year into a tolerable weekend . Very skilled and trustworthy. Chris came out and repaired my AC system this morning. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am so thankful they were able to get out here within 2 hrs of my call. I’m a disabled vet and AC is a medical necessity for me. They were fast and efficient and it means the world to me. Highly recommend this company. I can’t say enough nice things about this business. We hired them to replace our ductwork and install a dehumidifier to fix a mold problem but before the job was completed we had a house fire. The staff went up and beyond to help with our loss.I don’t know anyone who would go out and buy my son shoes and clothes to help us in this crisis but the staff at AirOne did. This company is absolutely top notch! From the installers, to the service technicians, back up the ladder to the owner! Air One is old school quality, honesty and reliability. I tried to update the thermostat in my home and totally messed it up. Unfortunately, I did this on a Sunday. I called AirOne and immediately got a response. Josh helped me over the phone get it temporarily working then showed up first thing Monday to install the correct themorstat for my unit. I then had another issue on my older upstairs unit and called for service. I again, receive quick response from Josh.I really appreciate how he takes the time to explain the issues, what causes them, and how to get it fixed.Customer service and professional work it extremely important to me and i am totally pleased with their service. They are my number 1 go to. Totally recommend.

We called AirOne because we needed a Second non-bias assessment of our Heat Pump Unit. They came highly recommended by family friends. We had been dealing with our home warranty company for about a month and were getting no where. They had sent us 2 different Heat & Air companies that both gave conflicting assessments of issue not to mention they both gave different unit sizes. In both instances the techs were rude and did not explain anything just gave us a work order. When Chris came in and did his assessment he explained the problem with our unit and answered all our questions. After answering a couple of his questions he also made some recommendations regarding the unit size we should have for our home. We ended up going with AirOne & paying out of pocket for their services and it was the best decision weve made. They installed a brand new heat pump unit with a filtration system. Chris and his crew did an excellent job.

Hes also been great about following up to make sure everything was still functioning properly, and even came out to look at a new issue unrelated to his work. We called our regular service firm, but they couldn’t fit us in until the next day - the day our guests were checking out. After much research HVAC companies to work with and not to mention several very bad experiences with prior companies over the years for my new construction (rebuild) home, I can say that AirOne is one of the best. Lowell and Chris along with the crew did an excellent job of ensuring that my home has a top notch heating and air system (despite the complexity of multiple zones, etc). There were a few minor issues of getting the duct work connected at first, but without any questions, the owner along with Chris came out to inspect and follow an extra level of quality control to ensure the final product delivered was a success. While I will say the system I installed was not inexpensive, I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. A few reasons why going with Air One was a right fit for my home install -1 - 10 Year labor and parts warranty. Most companies do not cover labor for that long and this is a HUGE differentiator for AirOne.2 - They sell the best product - American Standard has been top rated by Consumer Reports for its reliability and quality.3- AirOne not only serves residential customers but helps business clients as well - even large customers like BMW which gives one more confidence in feeling good they will deliver a high quality install of duct work, multi-zones and even a back up hybrid heat pump/gas system that was required for my rather complex job.4 - Overall responsiveness...Chris especially worked hard to ensure ALL my questions were answered and the follow up was solid during the experience.5 - The owner (Lloyd) would step in to help and respond quickly too to ensure the job is done right.I am looking forward to updating everyone as my overall experience continues with AirOne. I am considering moving forward having them maintain all of my single family home rental properties across Greenville in addition to my new home on Paris Mountain.Without a doubt, I highly recommend that you consider AirOne for even a complex, high end type job....theyll go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.

I woke up to a cool house and decided to turn my heat on to knock the chill off when my heat wouldnt turn on. I checked googled and AirOne had great reviews and was open 24hrs. I called at 6am in the morning and by 8:30am Chris was at my house. He assessed the problem and found the problem so we thought! I ended up needing a control panel which would have to be ordered. That meant the kids and I would have a few cold nights. Chris went above and beyond driving to Greenville to locate a panel board for my furnace. Yes! He found one and came back to the house and installed it for me. I am a single mother and it meant the world to me for the outstanding customer service Chris displayed. I am truly grateful and will recommend them to anyone.1/4/22 Here we are again another heat issue but this time the capacitor went out and Austin was awesome. Very professional and polite. Needless to say, because of their excellent customer service, we will be using them for all our HVAC repair and maintenance needs in the future. I had an emergency with no heat in the winter and no air already this summer. Both happened at very busy times of year. Nevertheless, AirOne helped me promptly and got the problems fixed. Josh came to the rescue the last two times, working no doubt extra hours to make sure he could get my air going before the hot days ahead. Even late in the day he did not rush but ensured everything was working properly before leaving. He takes the time to explain issues clearly and honestly and fixes problems at a fair price without trying to talk me into anything I don’t need. I know I can trust the techs at AirOne. These people are LIFE SAVORS! I recommend them to anyone that is having trouble with their unit. First Josh came out and checked it out didnt see anything wrong with it and didnt charge us for coming out ( on a weekend I might add) then told us if we had more trouble to to call back. Then a few days later it goes out again and then Lowell comes out ( the owner) we didnt check to see if our warranty expired but he did and it was! He was also a few hours Early Because Josh was supposed to come but he was closer and decided to come himself. Got all new equipment for out unit and replaced it all within a few hours. Saved our butts. And it doesnt cost an arm and leg! Actually fits a decent budget. These guys rocked it! So grateful for their fast and courteous callback (15min). Onsite in 90min on a Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend. Emergency leak; system failed. Repaired; purged; refilled; and did preventative maintenance for future issues in approximately 3 hrs. Still havent gotten a callback from the other companies in the area even now after AirOne is done with their work. Reasonable prices and accurate estimate. Knowledgeable and prepared technician. This past Monday our five year and one month air conditioning system stopped working. Yes, one month ago it fell out of warranty. I had a minimum of four area HVAC companies come out to give me a quote. Surprisingly none got back to me with a quote. Meanwhile, my wife and grandchild were put up at a hotel resulting in the cost going up daily. On a whim I contacted AirOne. Chris got back to me within that day, diagnosed the problem and gave me a hard quote. 26 hours later he installed a new compressor and we have a cool house once again. Chris and his team are fantastic. We started working with them about 2 years ago for yearly maintenance and they have been great. They are all about getting the most out of the units you already have. We have never been sold on getting a new unit. Our family had been experiencing breathing issues for allergies and the doctors told us about our duct work. After some research we had Chris rip out and redo our entire duct work system in the attic along adding an Acu Clean filtration system. Since that time we have been able to come off inhalers, allergy meds and the rooms are much more consistent in temperature. We highly recommend Air One. Give Chris a call. You will not regret it!!

We bought a house 2 years ago knowing that it never had central AC. It did have gas boiler radiant heating that we found out was very expensive to operate. We knew at some point we would have to do a HVAC install including registers, vents, and ductwork. It was going to be a huge undertaking. In January we made the decision to get the ball rolling. We had several HVAC contractors come out to give us estimates. One would not call us back after we received the estimate and the other never sent their estimate even after we called and sent emails. Guess they didnt need the business. FYI the house is roughly 5,000 sq ft. A friend of mine referred us to Chris Ellis with AirOne. Chris came out when he said he would and we had an estimate the next day. We texted him with questions and he responded very quickly. We had some concerns with our budget and he helped us get to where we needed to be without sacrificing quality and efficiency. The work began very quickly after we gave Chris the go ahead. Chris, Matt and Blake did a fantastic job and it was a pleasure having them working in the house. They always made sure the jobsite was clean and organized. The house is so comfortable now and its still hard to believe we were able to get this job done. Chris was excited about how challenging this was going to be and that made us feel extremely comfortable with AirOne. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone no matter the need.
