I called ‘Kremer Plumbing and Pool Services’ today and spoke directly to the owner of the company (Jason). I told him what my plumbing needs were and he immediately asked if I would like to take care of it today. First he answered the phone (no long waiting periods to be called back), second he gave me a price quote over the phone (which was convenient), then Jason sent a very knowledgeable man named ‘Jeremiah’ out to my house (he had a big smile when he came to the door, also very kind and respectful) and he fixed the problem in a timely manner.
