Fantastic experience, although our septic needed some work. Sedrick had his team out on Monday and gave me a call back on Sunday. Alexandria Plumbing thoroughly inspected our septic system and provided us with a reasonable estimate for a new cap. We were thrilled because we had assumed we would need a new septic system. In the process, he educated me on the houses water valves, and showed me a potential issue with a component in the HVAC. A true professional. I recommend these guys to anyone.

No one else was available to come out and fix our plumbing emergency. Within a few hours,they had arrived and had resolved the problem. Nothing was done without first being explained, and no questions were left unanswered. Costs are reasonable, too. For future plumbing needs, we will be calling this plumbing company. The plumber they sent over was really knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the nature of the problem and how to prevent it in the future. It was pouring everywhere because a water conduit had ruptured. We contacted Alexandria Plumbing right away after shutting off the water. It was really easy to deal with Allene and Sedrick, who also helped with organizing future repairs and fixed the damage. They took great care to ensure as much transparency as possible throughout the process, and their dispatcher was quite open about anticipated costs. Their attention to detail and professionalism are much appreciated. Absolutely will employ them once more. (Hopefully, there wont be an emergency.)

I phoned Allene last week to unclog a completely clogged bathroom sink drain. Allene arrived the day I called. He billed within the price range specified. And did it quickly. I would hire him again in the future without a doubt. My sole suggestion for Alexandria Plumbing is to improve their Shelby Street appearance. Ive driven by this site hundreds of times in the last four years and had no idea it was still open (otherwise, I would have gone there long ago).

When I contacted to have a plumber come out, I was assured that someone would be there in about two hours. Sedrick shows up 30 minutes later! He unclogged my sewer line and sent a camera down it to show us exactly where the problem was. I know nothing about plumbing, but Sedrick walked me through what happens and how to fix it. The plumber was quick to respond and did an excellent job overall. What a blessing to know that even at 8:00 oclock on a Saturday night, you can call a plumbing service and have them come out to fix your plumbing issues.

I own a property for rent. I called and requested an estimate. I had a slab breach. I chose the repiping service because they did an excellent job. They contacted me with an estimate, and I consented to re-pipe rather than repair the pipe in the houses concrete foundation. My tenant reported that they cleaned each day and were very courteous. The Sheetrock is patched the day after the work is completed. I would employ them again if necessary.

I contacted this company in the afternoon, and they told me that they were familiar with septic systems and could fix the problem. Everything was up and running, including video verification, within an hour of their arrival in the early afternoon. Their services are more costly, but they are efficient and professional.
