We needed to replace the faucets for four sinks since the manufacturer no longer arrived the parts. A neighbor recommended Caffi Services and they handled everything very smoothly and professionally. Brian Gonzalez, the Service Tech,was on time and prepared for what turned out to be a more challenging job than anticipated. Two old faucets were very badly corroded and very difficult to remove. But Brian persevered and got the job done.

Caffi Services is absolutely the best company with exceptional technicians and team members at all levels.Brian and William came to my house on the same day (my request) for a plumbing repair (Brian) and William worked my Winter HVAC Service. I am all set for the winter. Every time a professional from Caffi comes to my home I am so relieved that I have professionals I can doubt on and receive excellent advice.Turns out I needed a new toilet…I had it installed in a hour, the same day. Actually it was installed in an hour from the time it was determined I needed it!Brian and William worked together and the head of Caffi Logistics brought the new toilet over to my house in 15 minutes. I called Caffi Services to fix a leaking hose bib. They arrived on time, evaluated the problem, offered a no-hassle fix, and were finished in an hour. (The repair was complicated because of the location of the water line that ran inside the basement wall and up into the ceiling.) I was most impressed with how knowledgeable and professional Brian and his assistant were. They did an excellent job and took special care to clean-up the work area and make everything look nice. Caffi Services has been my “go-to” plumber for years, and I firmly believe they provide the best service in the area for both big and small jobs.

Our furnace is 30 years old and has been inconsistent with keeping up with the thermostat for two years now. We’ve known and been planning to replace it, but just had a baby a few weeks ago so it got put on the back burner. Last night our house got down to 60 degrees and within an hour of calling Caffi this morning, Yajerson (the service tech) arrived at our door. He quickly diagnosed the issue, which thankfully was just the sensor needing to be cleaned. My husband and I appreciated that he didn’t push to sell us a new furnace, as he very easily could have, and identified the issue. We do plan to replace the furnace this spring and will definitely be giving Caffi a call again!

Second time Caffi has helped. Their plumber Brian M is the best -expert, quick, clear-eyed and very thoughtful of the customer. On his first visit, he fixed an emergency leak. Wrote a separate view on his responsiveness and care w/my kitchen. When he was there, he noted that a gateway was very old, the fixture out of date and worn, and could pose problem in future. I know he was right because I had a similar fixture elsewhere break down... So -brought him back to install the updated fixture. He was prompt, expert -did a terrific job. Caffi is pricey --and I believe worth it for such work.

Have used Caffi for years. Most recently, Mark did an excellent job installing a bidet unit on to an existing Kohler toilet. He did all the plumbing, drywall and painting work as well as electrical. Excellent clean up. Caffi isn’t inexpensive, but their work is excellent and I highly recommend them for big and small jobs.

The initial work order involved installing a water pressure booster pump, and the plumber - Robert- did an excellent installation. In the following days I noticed the pump would turn on despite no water being used in the house. I called Caffi Services and they sent Robert out immediately to investigate the issue. When Robert arrived, I told him the issue and his response reinforced my impression that this young man is customer service driven- Sir, I installed it, so I own it. If something is wrong I will get it fixed. Unfortunately the wrong was a leaking hot water heater! It was 18 degrees outside and the thought of having no hot water was alarming. Once again, Robert impressed me with his amazing customer service. He was able to find a new pump - space limitations did not allow for a standard sized 50 gallon tank- have it delivered the following morning, and completed the installation that afternoon. It was refreshing to see a person dedicated to his craft and dedicated to ensuring the customer is taken care of properly. Robert is an excellent plumber and and even great representative for Caffi Services. I highly recommend Caffi, but I also highly recommend Robert. Excellent job sir.

The Lead Carpenter, Mark Stone, worked diligently to get it all right, keeping things on schedule, being sure materials were here when needed and tracking all the details of the job. He also made sure that everything was cleaned up every day! The Production Manager, Corey Hinds, kept track of all the contract details and kept in close touch with us, making sure that we were happy with every days progress. I was able to get a replacement cartridge Next Day Air from UPS and Caffis Patrick installed it within an hour of my call! Totally AMAZING! :) Although he put in the new cartridge, he suggested that a new faucet was in order because my fixture is quite old and the replacement cartridge is not as suitable as the OEM, which is no longer manufactured. I agree with him. In all fairness, Cropp & Metcalfe were my original plumbers in this home improvement project and they did a professional job too with diagnosing the problem and guiding me as to what new cartridge I should buy, but unfortunately they could not schedule a follow-up appointment as soon as I needed during a very stressful situation.
