    Very satisfied with my experience. We had a full collapse of the sewer line under the street. This was unfortunately a big project but The Pipe Doctor was extremely responsive, explained clearly what was needed and provided the most reasonable estimate.     PEACE of MIND is priceless. David at The Pipe Doctor gave me that. His camera did find a smallish foreign object (likely a piece of a plumbing snake) in my sewer and theyll be coming back to grab it. Imagine you buy a house that has been vacant and do a large, expensive renovation - your house is now perfect and your family has moved in. You turn the water on, flush toilets, take showers and go about your daily life. You go to your basement or start seeing showers and toilets backing up. In my business - dealing with renovators/contractors I have seen this on a few occasions. Floors have to be ripped out - maybe the basement concrete needs to be jackhammered. For me - a preventative camera scope of the sewer is well worth the price and effort before I begin the renovation process. Everyone I dealt with at this company was professional and efficient. I highly recommend them!

    I am so impressed with the services provided by the Pipe Doctor. My wife and I had a leak in our water line. I called a few companies. Gary, at Pipe Doctor, was the first to come out and give us an estimate. Their price came in very competitive but what made us go with them was their raving reviews. The reviews were definitely correct. The job to bring out the machinery, dig, replace the water line, reinsert the bushes, then seed and straw the area only took one business day. There were 5 or 6 guys working at one point. The crew was so respectful and clean. If they tracked in some dirt they cleaned it up. I am very impressed. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!!!

    We only use pipe doctor for our plumbing. Owen came out and was a master at fixing everything we threw at him. It was a six hour ordeal he handled with grace. He is a true expert.     Had a slow draining basement shower, and was unable to remedy myself. Called Pipe Doctor on Sunday indicating it wasnt an emergency and no rush in scheduling - they set a 4 hours appointment window for 2 days later and Owen showed up on time in the middle of that window.Owen was fantastic - courteous, looked to understand the plumbing layout before getting started, took me through what he was going to do, and had the issue fixed in under 30 minutes. While they are probably more expensive than other plumbers, the responsiveness, professional attitude, and overall experience - I wont hesitate to call them for my next plumbing issue.

    Owen came to my home yesterday to fix a leak in my kitchen sink. He not only fixed the leak but also replaced and installed a new faucet, repaired three malfunctioning toilets, and recommended how I could care for and maintain the pipes in my house.     Great service! Owen and David came to investigate some intermittent sewer smells from our half-bathroom. They reviewed our home plumbing setup, talked through some options, and decided to do a smoke test to check for potential leaks. They quickly got to work, and found the source, a faulty toilet wax ring. After that, and discussing options, they re-seated the toilet. Im jealous of how cleanly they were able to seal the caulk around the base, looks awesome. All in all, it took 2 hours total, and they were informative and professional throughout the whole job. We really appreciate how Owen and David listened to our concerns, explained the process and technical details, and did a very professional and clean repair to the toilet. 5 stars from us, and highly recommended for your plumbing repair needs!

The kitchen faucet began leaking from the base running down into the cabinets, I called after 5:00 p.m. and spoke with a lovely lady who put me on the schedule as requested for the next morning. Owen and David arrived on time, assessed the problem, offered the solutions with an explanation and got to work. This is my third experience with Pipe Doctor and the service has been consistently superb! I will continue to call Pipe Doctor when something goes wrong or just need an upgrade. These guys are great, the business is legit, very professional group to work with. Thank you Owen and David for fixing the faucet and for the friendly service.😊First experience-really BIG job.My misfortune of having a main water line burst in the dead of winter was eased by the crew from Pipe Doctor located in Annandale, Va. We take for granted turning on the water from the faucet and having water flow thou, toilet flushing, cooking, bathing, clothes washed until there is no water… The crew from Pipe Doctor came out with snow on the ground to provide a temporary fix allowing water into the house until the ground could be dug up replacing the water line. This took all day to accomplish with several men working through the snow and frigid temperatures. Once the snow cleared from the ground and it was safe to dig a six foot deep canal through the yard they were right back to work replacing “blue pipe” with copper. The ground dirt and shrubs reinstalled, grass seed and straw put down over the trench with care. Each step, option and reasonable costs were explained with patience. It’s when traumatic financial and necessary repairs happen that we are forced to put our trust in a Company , my trust was rewarded. If I’m unfortunate enough to have this happen again, I will call Pipe Doctor without hesitation.

    We had two cracks on our sewer pipe located in the garage; called Pipe Doctors based on neighbor’s recommendation. Owen was assigned to take a look at. From the beginning he was punctual for the appointment; then he really took the time to diagnose the issue, provided options and explained to me how to repair it. He also called out potential risk to make us aware so we are not blinded going into the work. The diagnosis was thorough and the quoted price for the repair was very reasonable compared to the other offer for the exact same scope of activities.     As a first time homeowner going to use the shower in my new house for the first time, you can imagine my disappointment when the water temperature rivaled the depths of Hades and couldnt be adjusted. It was only made worse by the fact that the converter was broken, rendering the bathtub out of commission as well. I had two plumbing services come out to inspect, both of whom told me we had to cut through bedroom wall or knock out tile to fix the problem. They cited a pipe issue as the culprit and gave me insanely pricey quotes to fix. Lucky for me, the third consult was the charm. Insert the Pipe Doctor.Scheduling - 10/10. From the moment they picked up the phone, the Pipe Doctor team was incredibly pleasant and accommodating, scheduling me for a same day inspection.Service - 12/10. The experience with the Pipe Doctor team only got better when Owen and David arrived. Owen did a thorough inspection and was able to identify the problem (which was not the pipes) and made the repair the same day without knocking out any walls or tile. He ordered the additional parts we needed to make the bath fully functional and provided recommendations on hardware updates. He then took the time to inspect a few additional areas of the house I had questions on - providing recommendations on updates that would benefit us in the long run.Execution - 11/10. Flawless.     The technician, Kevin, was extremely professional and worked quite well. He was able to answer all my questions regarding the need to change the disposer, how to properly operate it, the proper horsepower for our needs, warranty, etc. he was quite efficient as well. The whole repair (changing for a new disposer), took less than 30 min, including testing, cleaning and taking away the old one. All in all, we are ver happy and highly recommend both the company and the technician.

    I cant say enough wonderful things about The Pipe Doctor. They were the only firm willing and able to do the very technical job of re-lining our vent stack, which would otherwise have only been repaired by ripping up much of a bathroom. They were able to problem-solve and revive a 20-year-old bathroom faucet which was missing a key component, and expertly snaked two other bathroom sinks while they were here.     I was very very pleased with my experience with The Pipe Doctor (Alexandria). Owen and David were professional, pleasant and did their job well. They inspected my sewer line with a camera and did a video recording. I had heard our neighborhood had Orangeburg pipe but it turns out I have a cast iron pipe (which will eventually need replacing). I wanted to see where the pipe ran because I was having cement poured for a new stairway and wanted to be sure the sewage line was out of harms way. Mission accomplished and without a hitch.Owen and David also did everything possible to keep the basement floor clean and they put the toilet back expertly.     Adam was fantastic! He went above and beyond when he came to replace our kitchen faucet.     The Pipe Doctor was incredible. We had an urgent request after 5 PM on a weekday and had Owen there within 20 minutes of calling and had the water running again within a couple hours of calling.     We had a main water line pipe leak in our basement that required us to shut the water off to our whole house. I called Gary and he responded within minutes, and sent Adam over very soon afterwards. Adam arrived and was very professional, and great at customer service. He assessed the situation, and presented us with two options. You could tell he was really thinking it through and was knowledgeable. Although the less expensive option was attempted first, it did not fix the problem. They were going to have to dig quite a few feet from outside the house in order to access the pipe. Adam was reassuring and returned the next day with Jacob who worked hard at digging. Once digging was done, they discovered the pipe was encased in hydraulic cement and would have to drill through cement in order to access the pipe. They stayed until 11 pm that night doing their best to get things back up and running. Our case was quite unique, Gary the owner even came to help and they had to return the following day to finish the job, a total of 3 days. These gentlemen are all very professional and I highly recommend them and The Pipe Doctor. While working on this, Adam discovered another issue in our mechanical room that helped avoid another potential disaster for which we are truly grateful. Adam genuinely cared about our issues, and also planned ahead and even had all parts ready when he returned with Jacob and they swiftly took care of our second problem. Excellent customer service, knowledge and reliability are what you get with Garys company....you wont find many companies like this.     During routine maintenance for our water meter, the valve broke off so I had to call the Pipe Dr to come do an emergency repair on the valve.     I called to have my master bathroom toilet unclogged. They were able to have someone out same day. Adam was personable. He was able to clear the blockage after removing the toilet and snaking the main line. He even ran a mini camera at no charge to identify the cause of the clog. It is actually a backgraded that was causing the problem and provided an estimate on the cost to repair the issue permanently and indicated it did not have to be done right away but without repair the drain will eventually clog again.

    Great experience working with Owen last week. Replaced a leaky 2006 water heater that had caused a headaches worth of water damage (and some mold). Owen showed up slightly late due to preceding service calls but was communicative as the appointment time slid right. We started appraising the needed steps at 3pm, and he let me shadow him for five (5!) hours (asking inane questions the whole time), finishing up around 830pm. Parts & labor are expensive these days, but I felt comfortable when seeing an itemized list of what my dollars were going towards as we discussed water heater sizes/styles/brands, as well as some of the other connecting hardware that was in desperate need of replacement to bring the system up to code. Bonus: water is substantially hotter in the house now--and the wife is substantially happier!

    Outstanding service! I had a deeply clogged bathroom sink in a 1940s home. The clog was more than 25ft into the pipe and drainage chemicals couldnt reach it. The Pipe Doctor technician came out the same day, was extremely professional, and fixed the problem. He tried several methods, starting with the cheaper option.     I had The Pipe Doctor come out for a leak in my ceiling that had been an intermittent problem for a while. Owen was my technician and found that the water was coming from the valve in the master bedroom shower. The owner himself Gary made my service call painless and convenient.The tech Adam was able to diagnose and fix the problem that 3 different other companies that I called prior couldn’t solve my water heater issue.Was able to solve the issue in the most cost efficient way possible.     5 Stars (*****) I don’t do a lot of online reviews. I’m more a word of mouth kind of person. But when I needed a water heater replaced, I didn’t have many sources to rely on that I trusted. So to help others out, let me tell you that The Pipe Doctor is a great choice. I got a referral from a friend who has had The Pipe Doctor work on his plumbing before. He needed a replacement water heater as well not too long ago so this was his choice. I did my research and it turns out The Pipe Doctor was able to give me the best price of any of the other **licensed** installers, even better than what I would have gotten from either the big orange or big blue stores. I’m very happy with the installation and the process.

    Switched from high-pressure sales tactics of My Plumber to Pipe Doctor, and never regretted the decision. Adam (the plumber) was fast and effficient. He was very punctual - said 8:00 a.m., was there at 8:00 a.m. He was open and honest. He diagnosed the problem with my leaky kitchen faucet, fixed it, and it runs perfectly now. At no point did I feel pressured to buy any products or services. Will recommend them to anyone.

    The receptionist, Danielle, was very nice and the plumber, Jacob, was able to come out within a couple hours of receiving the call. He detected the issue quickly and even pointed out another issue that might cause problems down the road. Im very pleased with this company.
