A superb installation of new polished brass spout, faucets, & isolation valves. Flawless removal of 30 year old tiles and original bath hardware in the process. I’d had six estimates from other plumbing firms with unacceptable pricing or who couldn’t do the work, or just failed to show up. John C. Flood got the job done beautifully and efficiently. Grade A and look forward to their return to do more great work at my home.

All individuals that I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable of their task at hand. The online application process of replacing a lot of paper waste was also very helpful, however it could be tweaked to allow for digital signatures. I received HVAC service from John C. Flood today (01/02/2025). Francisco Toledo was my tech. He provided me outstanding service today. He quickly identified my issue and was able to get my system up and running again in short order. He also performed my heating maintenance today. Francisco was very knowledgeable and had a pleasant personality. He explained my heating issue in laymen terms and that was excellent. Thank you Francisco for a job well done.

I was very pleased with todays plumbing repair. The technician, Jacob George, was knowledgeable, efficient, informative, and very personable, the latter of which is not usually the case with most of the people who show up to work in your home. The task was completed without any unusual delays, and there was nothing to clean up or handle when all was said and done. Im a little out of the loop for pricing, so I cant speak to that aspect. The technician showed up soon after I was notified that he was on his way. Overall, Im relieved to have everything fixed and functional, and Im quite satisfied with the outcome.

I initially felt like just another dollar to this big-name company. The customer service representative wasn’t the best, in my opinion. However, Joshua more than made up for it. Not only was he an excellent technician, but he also demonstrated exceptional customer service, showing genuine care for the issues at my home. He resolved our leak and provided a thorough explanation of what was happening and how he planned to fix it. They don’t make technicians like Joshua anymore! Thanks to him and the company, I truly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend them.

I had an emergency issue with replacing the shower system in our guest bath. From the beginning the staff was super helpful. Very polite and clear with pricing. James was dispatched within the hour. This project was not easy to say the least. James figured it out and together we came up with a game plan.Now I see some reviews of, pricing and how expensive it is at times. The way I look at it is this..... did I spend more than I would have liked, yes. But I paid for James knowledge and time. I am capable of fixing a lot but this plumbing issue was a mess. He did such a great job. He couldnt finish in one day so he came out on his day off to finish. That to me is everything. Polite, knowledgeable, communicative and he even showed me the coupons on the website. Ill never call another company for as long as I live here.

We discovered that our water heater was leaking badly on Dec 21, 2024, so we called our old company that we always used and found that they were now Flood. We were leery because we trusted our old company but decided to give Flood a try. We didn’t regret it.They were able to send someone that day. (Ricardo Peralta) He gave us a fair quote and was also able to install the water heater the same day. Their work was exceptional! They were quick and efficient even moving shelving to be able to access our water heater. They moved the shelving back after they were finished and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I would definitely recommend Flood to our friends and tell them to ask for Ricardo!

As he worked diligently, he also answered all the questions I threw at him. I recently had a leak from the water valve under my kitchen sink, and I couldnt fully shut off the main line to the house, leading to a slow but continuous leak. I called John C. Flood around 8 am, and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment for the afternoon, with a time window of 1-5 pm. I appreciated that they promised to notify me about 45 minutes before arrival.To my surprise, I received an update around noon that a technician was already on the way. They also sent a picture and a short bio of the plumber, Harry, along with his reviews, which was a thoughtful touch. Harry arrived around 12:40, was friendly, professional, and got right to work. Within about 45 minutes, he had both valves replaced, giving me peace of mind knowing the issue was resolved quickly and professionally.The efficiency and transparency in communication were impressive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John C. Flood or call them again in the future.

Every time I call to make an appointment even if I think I sound crazy asking what Im asking, they are always very willing to talk me through it or explain it to me.Most recently I had an appointment scheduled for the end of the afternoon and unfortunately the original technician was not able to come and they offered to reschedule or have a different technician come out. Upon arrival, Nassim went straight to work assessing the problem and knew almost immediately what needed to be done. This is the best plumbing service I have ever used. I called last night for a toilet that wouldn’t fill that another plumber failed to fix. John C. Flood gave me an appointment the next morning with a short arrival window (9:30-11) to accommodate the fact that I had a call at noon. They texted and called me 40 minutes before Harry’s arrival. They also emailed his photo so I knew who to expect. I thought with all this service the prices would be high, but Harry arrived on time and fixed my toilet quickly for the stated service fee of $99. Amazing. Harry was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He also checked my water heater after asking if I had any other plumbing concerns. I’m going to set up my hvac maintenance with them now too. I haven’t experienced this level of service from a service company in a long time. Thank you!

My same day appointment led to a quick resolution of my problem. I had disconnected the hoses from the washing machine and for some reason the water in the kitchen stopped flowing. Joshua determined pretty quickly that the kitchen issue wasnt related to the fact that I had just turned off the water valves to the washing machine! The problem was a clogged kitchen faucet. Thank you, Joshua, for finding the problem so quickly and turning what I thought was a major issue into a very simple fix! We have used Flood for 8 years and have always been satisfied.

Michael Mullins was extremely honest and informative before he even started working. Luckily, he was able to clear the obstruction without cutting out pipe. My plumbing is ancient and Michael gave me a ton of helpful advice on maintaining it. If I ever need service I will call John C. Flood again.

In March 2024, we discovered our sewer drainage pipe was progressively backing up so we called John C. Flood to come take a look. The company sent Andy over and within a few hours of my call, Andy had scoped and diagnosed the drainage pipe was clogged by tree roots. Andy had a proposal over quick and after patiently answering many, many questions, I accepted the job proposal. Andy and crew got right to work pulling permits and getting the job scheduled only 3 business days after. In the interim, Andy sent a crew to partially unblock our sewer line so we could resume normal household routines. Once work began, the crew at our house made the whole experience seamless! We only went without water for an hour during the repair, which was important for a household of 3 adults and two kids under ten years old. This company and crew know what they are doing! I would describe their work as efficient, quiet, clean, mannered, and going above and beyond expectations. They honored additional requests to tailor the final repair result to our liking. The excavation site was left better than they found it. 100% customer satisfaction. I would do the repair again with John C. Flood.

Luke was great. Another installer (different company—an independent guy with his own business) installed a gas boiler last year and, as I had used the guy before and trusted him (not any more), I paid him in advance for the new unit and install. It took him many weeks to show up. He installed the unit, but could not get it running. It would fire up and immediately shut down. Despite many promises to return and finish the job, the guy just disappeared and would not answer phone calls or emails. What a snake! Luke arrived and found the problem within a few minutes. The prior guy had wired the circulating pump wrong. Luke stayed for over an hour to rewire the pump, bleed the lines and fix several other issues with the install. There were some other issues that could not be fixed on this visit (we need to order parts), but we have a plan, and Luke is on top of it. He is a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

This was a total rip and replace job so not a small job! His team was done by 11:30 am with the entire install.
