Had them come out to clean my grease trap. They were punctual, and completed the job within a 30 minute window. Great customer service as well. Just signed up for a contract with this company. I highly recommend. So much better than other plumbers I have delt with in the past.

I highly recommend this great company for all plumbing needs. I had a backup that led to my first floor flooding. Emerald came out in less than an hour and rectified the issue. I had an incident on October 31st, I reached out to Emerald plumbing and they sent a service man within two hours. The broken pipe and incident was immediately fixed. But, I had another issue where I didn’t have enough pressure coming into my house and an appointment was scheduled for the next morning. John, one of their best technicians was sent to my home, corrected the problem. A reputable company that kept the ball moving during the retrofit of a tankless water heating system. They installed the Navien NPE 240 A2. I want to shout out to my tech John, and a huge thank you to my estimator, Monique. We did run into some communication/understanding issues concerning what the unit could do out of the box. I did not know that the unit did not provide hot water quickly to facuets (within 30 seconds) with out an optional recirculation valve installed. Hot water on demand is not what it sounds to be. Monique patiently listened to my concerns and frustrations and simply said the they would figure out what was happening. A day or so later, John and his supervisor arrived to walk through the installation with me. We came to the conclusion that the missing piece was the optional recirculation valve. Monique quickly sent me a estimate for the part and installation. Once the optional valve was installed, the system worked perfectly. n My faith in the product and Emerald had returned.Monique, thank you. . . you are the best Customer advocate that I have ever encountered. You worked through all of my administrative issues and I appreciate it. Without question, you are the right person to be the customer touch point for Emerald. You are definitely worthy of a bonus.

Our water main break under the driveway Roderick came to inspect and gave us the estimate thats so much lower than anyone else. Roderick was very polite and respectful and explain exactly what is going to be done. In addition to that this company offered the solution different from anyone else to recommend that digging the driveway and fix the pipe. Roderick suggested that replace the pipe without damage the driveway and cost much lesser than any other companies that will charge close to 8-10k to replace the pipe. Roderick crews were reliable, professional and very hard workers. Since his main company is base in MD but theyre willing to come to our house and get all permits done with the county, the gas and electrical companies. The crews also clean and fix whatever they have done with our plants. This company also has a manger on site to oversees to work on a daily basis. We are so happy with the result and we would recommend to anyone. Thank you very much Roderick. Worked performed 05/2016
