After several sewer line plugs in my basement over the past couple years (which were temporarily fixed by snaking the lines), Trinity correctly diagnosed the problem as corroding/collapsing cast iron pipe, which, unfortunately, is buried in concrete. Long and short, Trinity was able to excavate, re-pipe, and refill the sewer pipe within a week.Also, with a slight redesign involving moving the washer/dryer and simplifying various drains and vents, we were also able to save some effort and money from an in-kind repair.Dave & Aiden were super and did a great job. They know their trade(s). You can imagine the amount of rubble and debris involved - they kept conditions extremely organized and neat. The entire job was completed in 2 days.I definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.Thank you Trinity!John Daloia

From Navien Tankless Water Heaters to simple clogged drains these guys do amazing work time and time again and we put our Guarantee on it to boot. Price was exactly what was expected.This work was also done on plumbing that approaches 100 years of age and thus can be extremely problematic. No issues whatsoever. My kitchen sink was plugged -- I called others who couldnt come for days(!) but Dan listened to my problem and arranged for Aidan to come the same afternoon. Aidan was professional, pleasant, and persevered, using multiple methods to diagnose and find the problem and get the drain flowing. He entered a very narrow crawl space to assess the piping configuration; he didnt hesitate to get dirty and was not content to just try to fix it from the sink. Aidan also identified and repaired a leaking connection and a loose (improper) drain installation and corrected those issues too. A good plumber isnt cheap, but who else responds onsite within a few hours, stays until the job is done, and corrects mistakes from previous contractors too? Worth the value, definitely would call them again.
