    Carter, Mason, and Riley are the most reliable and determined plumbers in this area. They promised to have my water leakage fixed today and they did just that. I went almost a week with running water under my house from old busted pipes. I contacted several plumbers that couldn’t come any time soon or just was a no show. I heard of Septic Solutions Plumbing today which I contacted today and they fixed my pipes today. Professional customer service from these gentleman and the office clerk. Phone texts are sent out to inform you of any updates of service. I recommend this company and I will continue to use them for any future plumbing and septic needs.

    Septic Solutions Plumbing did an outstanding job. They were professional and courteous throughout the process. The call taker was very pleasant and helpful. The company came out when they said they would. Septic Solutions Plumbing employees, Tate and Michael, were very professional, and got the job done efficiently.     I don’t usually have very good luck with plumbers. Maybe it was the “different” name but it was a pleasant house call. We had several things that needed work and they got to all of them. Most importantly, the bill was appropriate for what they did and the time it took. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

    The employees are very nice and respectful at all times. They dont patch fixed. They actually fixed it. I live in a older home. I had problems with my sink draining real slow for years. Its been a while since then and my sink is still draining great.

    We used Septic Solutions for the first tome a month or so back and had am amazing experience! They showed up in a timely manner, assessed the situation and got everything fixed.     I called at the end of the day and was at my breaking point. Septic Solutions Plumbing were very polite and understanding to what I needed done and how quickly I needed it. She put me at the top of the list which made me happy because not only did they come in a timely manner it was quick and pictures were sent of what needed to be done. Without hesitation, I was penciled into their already busy schedule so that I wouldnt have to go through the holiday (July 4th), with sewage backing up in my home. They were very professional, polite, understanding, prompt, courteous, efficient, kind, and nice from the initial phone conversation with the Septic Solutions Plumbing representative to the technicians that came out to my home. They respected my property and left the area in a clean manner as much as possible (I mean, they couldnt get rid of dirt. They didnt leave dirt everywhere).     Had an emergency and called misty at septic solutions. She was a life saver for my family and I. My daughters house needed an emergency repair and they came and fixed everything in no time at all. Awesome customer service. I even called the next day and got them to come out and pump my septic tank out at my house. Very fast and dependable service and I recommend septic solutions to anyone. I will Definitely be using them in the future.

    Septic solutions has come out multiple times to our property and pumped out both septic tanks, inspected them and gave us a quote on adding a riser to one of them. They are always quick and efficient. We never have to wait more than a couple hours after calling before they show up. They are always very friendly and informative. We trust them and their judgment about what needs to be done.

    We had Septic Solutions out before Thanksgiving as our line from the house to the tank clogged somewhere. Not only were they willing to risk the muddy dirt road they did it in a timely fashion. Thanksgiving would have been a lot more smelly if they had not saved the day! Would definitely recommend them and I know if we need septic work again. That’s who we’re calling.

    If I could give 10 Stars I Would.......Great experience with these guys - the main water line from the meter to my house rusted through and was leaking heavily. These guys came within hours of my calling. Came next day and laid a new water line out on top of ground so we could cut water back on. Then came back a few days later after dont dig markings were completed and burried the new line. I highly recommend Septic Solutions based on my experience. Great Job Guys !

    I called Septic Solutions yesterday after asking for recommendations on Facebook for a plumber to help us. They put me on the schedule, same day. They came out and found our problem. Gave us some options. We made the decision to replace the pipes because we have an older home. They did the work today! I can’t say enough good things about this company, Lavarsia Sapp and Benjamin Coffman! They will be my go-to for any plumbing needs.     Jason was my technician. He was awesome from start to finish! He came out with no problem after hours and he was honest upfront about the cost of services after hours. It was money well spent.     My sewer drain field lines were stopped up with tree roots and biomass which caused the septic tank to begin overflowing. They pumped my septic tank and came back and checked on it several times until they could schedule replacement of the drain field lines. Jason and Tony were outstanding to work with, and they took time to level the yard very nicely when the job was finished. I call Misty will Septic Solutions Plumbing...who is in ATL at her daughters volleyball tournament but she answers, she coordinates her septic team and the plumbers. The fella with the pump truck left is family BBQ to take of us! And the plumbers came from Dawson to fix the plumbing issue!
