Linn-Benton Plumbing was an excellent choice for my emergency plumbing need today. Specifically, Miles & Micah far exceeded my expectations. They were kind, professional, and understanding of my situation having 2 bathroom tubs completely out of order. But they worked diligently to advise me of my repair options (Good, Better, & Best), complete the repairs quickly once I decided what I wanted (Best!), and advise me on future work recommendations to consider due to the age of my home which I plan to schedule with LBP very soon. They cleaned up their mess and left it looking as good or better than when they arrived, which was no small feat. I highly recommend Linn-Benton Plumbing for the excellent service they provided. I have used Linn Benton plumbing for all my plumbing needs and have never been disappointed. Today was no exception. Dillon showed up right on time, was extremely polite and grasped the nature of my complex ( at least four separate issues) plumbing problem right away. He explained the causes of the problems in a way l could understand and came up with three options to deal with the issues. He tried hard to save me money and pointed out ways l could do this. I am very impressed with his professionalism and his immediate grasp of the situation. He obviously loves his job and that was a real plus. I look forward to having this work completed.The work has now been completed and l couldn’t be happier. Everything looks really good and is working well. Customer service with a capitol C. Jon and Don diagnosed the problem after running a video camera thru the line and determined the toilet needed to be replaced. He showed up early and was fine with working around the electricians and it was great they could come out the day after we called so it didnt slow down our remodel. He was very friendly and communicated with me the whole way through. He even talked on the phone with my contractor to make sure he knew exactly what we needed and kept me informed of what they talked about also and let me know what the cost would be and all options. Was in and out quick and very pleasant to work with. He even talked with my son and my baby and was just an overall nice guy. We have worked with Linn Benton years ago on a hot water heater replacement and would happily call them again if need be in the future and probably request Miles as he was fast, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them...definitely a 10/10.

I called in the morning and received a call that afternoon to schedule my initial appointment the following day. The plumber came out and diagnosed the issue and completed three quotes for me to choose from. They do a good, better, and best quote with varying levels of repairs/replacements with a varying price that corresponds to the work that they would need to do to complete each quote. Though pricey I chose the best option as I wanted to semi-permanently fix the issue and not have to think about it again until it comes time to remodel. They took many pictures and made sure I understood all the work that they did and sent it all to me via email after we were done. I will be using Linn Benton Plumbing for any other plumbing issues that I may face in the future. Good business, quality service, prompt responses, and to top it all off, they sent me a Thank You card later that week with the owners business card in it so I could contact them if I had any issues. Absolutely top notch!Edit 5/11/22: I was having trouble with my water heater so I sent Linn Benton Plumbing a message through their website Contact Us form. Within an hour I had received a phone call and had an appointment scheduled. They offered me a same-day appointment, but I ended up asking for an appointment the day after (today). Denny was the name of the plumber that came out to check out the heater. He was friendly, polite, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable, advising me about different aspects of what he could do, should do, and would be doing during the visit. Once again I was presented with good, better, and best options along with pricing and recommendations. Denny made sure that I was aware of all factors involved, and took the time to explain anything that I did not understand. Miles came out to fix a leak and repair a pipe. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to answer questions I had. He made sure everything was complete, cleaned up, and that I was satisfied with his work. We had a leaking shut off valve, which we discovered when we received our water bill, which was $100 more than usual. After looking at the reviews for various plumbers, we called Linn Benton Plumbing to see if they could help. Tabitha was so friendly and answered the questions I had in a professional and transparent manner. We called on a Wednesday afternoon and were able to get an appointment for Friday morning. Miles came and looked over everything and explained the recommended services, and more importantly, explained why things were happening and what that meant long term for our plumbing. He then showed us three pricing options for the work we were interested in. Their model is project based rather than time based, which seems counterintuitive at first, but we really liked that it would minimize unexpected costs that can be associated with hourly work. After we selected the option we wanted, Miles explained how the process would work and went over the Oregon laws regarding the work. It was nice that he was transparent about it, as the laws really are there to protect both parties. He could have worked on the project that day, but we had prior commitments in the afternoon. He got us scheduled right away for a time that worked for us and just came back to perform the work today.The work performed was professional, timely, and incredibly tidy (part of the job included replacing three toilets, so this was no small feat!) and we are very happy with all of the work that was done. In addition to the new toilets, Miles replaced all of our water shut off valves with ones that are less likely to fail (the source of our original problem) and also replaced our garbage disposal, which was frozen/rusted beyond usability. In addition to the quality of the work, Miles was very willing to answer all of my questions about how to best maintain our plumbing and other general plumbing related questions. He is incredibly friendly and willing to explain what hes doing as hes working. I feel this transparency helps homeowners to both see the value of their services and also to better maintain their home. We hope we dont need to have our plumbing serviced in a long time, but if we do, we will not hesitate to call Linn Benton Plumbing again.

We contacted Linn Benton Plumbing about a problem we were having. It turned out to be an issue with old pipes under our house that were failing. It was likely to be a 30k-40k job. LB Plumbing recommended we contact the City of Albany about a grant program they have to replace these pipes for homes that qualify. We ended up getting the whole job completed through the city of Albany, who used another contractor. We wish it could have been LB Plumbing! The information they shared with us completely saved us. Their advice and customer service was so wonderful and will use them for any of our plumbing needs in the future. We recommend that you do the same!

The experience we had today with Miles, the plumber, rates as an A+. He did all the things that you would want from a professional. He explained the options, answered our questions, did the job quickly but thoroughly, and made sure we were happy with his work. But he did much more. He made a couple of changes to the piping to improve the system without any additional cost, and explained the benefits these created. He was patient and considerate. He was honest and personable. Our house is almost 25 years old and one of our toilets started leaking where the tank is bolted to the bowl. Our first call was to a highly recommended plumbing service in the area, Ron Knight, but he was booked out for two weeks. Ron recommended Linn Benton. We called them and they were able to come out the following morning. Denny from Linn Benton arrived on schedule and quoted a variety of services including replacing the toilet. We opted for replacement of the worn gaskets he discovered. Denny is very professional and did the repair quickly. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing or repairs in the future.

Linn Benton Plumbing saved my behind when we accidently cut into a hot water pipe. As soon as we got the water shut off we called them and they were out within an hour. They had out hot water line back up within 2 hours and they discovered the starts of a leaking sewage line and were able to get it fixed before a catastrophic failure of that. (which would have been extremely expensive to clean up.) Their service was very reasonably priced and their installer, Miles, did a fantastic job. We now better water pressure than before.They did such an amazing job we hired them to do a project that we were putting off and they got it done the next business day.I would give them 6 stars if I could. I will be using them for any future plumbing projects and you should too.

He resolved the issue and got me back up and running.My under sink plumbing has some issues but I didn’t opt for them to replace it. Jon was super helpful in letting me know what needed to be done.Only gave 4 stars because of the cost. I was quite surprised by the numbers presented. Just to do the basic snake of the drain was $550. After talking with friends who had the same service done, they only paid around $300 or so for the same thing.

Water heater busted a couple of days after New Years. Linn-Benton Plumbing provided timely, exceptional service. Other plumbing companies in Corvallis we contacted could not match or produce these results including the price. Despite a recent snow storm, post-holiday demand, and Covid related supply chain issues, a high quality Bradford-White replacement water heater was quickly installed within 24 hours by Miles and Denny. These guys were super skilled and professional. The entire removal and installation process was completed in a little over an hour. My family including our 16 month old son had hot water available a few hours afterwards. Take my word for it and go with Linn-Benton Plumbers first. Dont waste your time with anyone else! This morning Miles (wink wink wink wink...inside joke) and Mac came over to our house to find out why our floor shifted (leak under the house). They went under the house and determined theres a leak somewhere but couldnt figure out where exactly. They explained to me and my wife very clearly what theyre going to do, which was to inspect every inch of the pipes under the house, and how much thatll cost. By the way, they talked to my wife with respect and didnt dismiss her at all. They gave us a few worst case possibilities, and what that could cost as well. Turns out, it wasnt the pipes but the bathtub (f$@^%$@%%/#&> kids!!). The solution was easy and simple. They were rather embarrassed by the cost of the inspection, given how easy the solution was, but they were professional, knowledgeable, and spent a good hour and a half ish looking every where. I appreciated their thoroughness and professionalism. Also, theyre the salt of the earth kind of guys with good morals, integrity, and character. They loved sharing stories of their kids, and how proud they are of being new dads. This was a very professional company, that came out quickly during our latest snow/ice event when our very old water heater stopped working. Our heater is in our attic and it was a difficult job trying to navigate the new water heater up when our opening was an inch and a half less than they needed. However, they were very careful and were successful. The water heater looks amazing. We worked with Miles, who was very friendly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We would definitely recommend them.
