    We hired Crisafulli Bros for several projects, including a recent installation of a utility sink in our basement to winterize and replace an outdoor spigot. The technician, Mike, arrived on time to provide a quote and within less than a week, he returned to complete the installation. I appreciated that was very conscientious of my budget; he discussed the most cost-effective way to proceed and was thoughtful about the placement of the sink to ensure it was accessible and worked ergonomically suitable for the available space.On the day of installation, Mike and another tech, Mark arrived on time and performed the work efficiently. They were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. They explained what had been done, moved my washer and dryer, and even balanced them so they no longer shake during use. The job was completed well, and there were no leaks!

    We were quoted a new broiler from another company so we called Crisafulli Bros for a second opinion.They sent Bill Miller. He was amazing! He came in confident and said your broiler is only 15 years old, it shouldn’t be gone. He promised to make adjustments for efficiency and make sure it’s not on its last leg.After 30 minutes he ran numbers of efficiency before and after his adjustments. Bill has 22 years of experience. I appreciate him coming to my house within 1 hour of calling. Extremely professional. Completely recommending him.

    Noticed a dripping faucet my Guest Bathroom sink, called for an appointment and was given one within one day from 9 am to 5 pm. I was pleasantly surprised that Karam Singh 078 was here a little after 9 am.. A very polite,knowledgeable young man who was able to advise me immediately what need to be done.Gave me 3 options and was able to correct the problem once I made my choice of which way to go.     So happy with Crisafulli. Other companies had tried to schedule us days, weeks out. Crisafulli had offered after hours and next day. We went with next day with a window of 9-5. They got there mid morning and we were more than happy with the services. Dominic, who worked on my fathers service was very kind and accommodating.     I hired Crisafulli Bros. to winterize my Camp. My technician was Patrick Moore. We needed to reschedule due to the snow. He kept in contact with me, let me know the morning he could get down the road, let me know what time he would get there, and let me know when he arrived. He called and left a message on my VM after he finished the job. He even called me the next day to make sure I received the email and answered all of my questions after he explained exactly what the service entailed.I recommend Crisafulli Bros. They provided great service and at a reasonable price.

    We had an excellent experience with Omeshwar, our plumber from Crisafulli Bros! He worked hard all day installing a new toilet, 3 sets of new bathroom faucets, and a new kitchen faucet. He was very kind and patient with all of our questions. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up every place he did his work. He gave us several tips on keeping our drains clean and running smoothly. We have had him work at our home before and would definitely be happy to have him come back and work with us again in the future.

    James came in the first time he was here to make a repair and did the job in good time. He checked out my kitchen sink faucets and discovered they needed to be replaced. I had already asked him to estimate cost of taking care of need for another gas line to be installed. He then made return trip with faucet parts and did the gas line.All this and always very polite and respectful.James is very personable and will be very kind and patient to explain what needs to be done and be sure I was satisfied with the results. Double checked everything, especially the gas line install.Im confident someone else would like to have his help with issues he has been well-trained and sent out by Chrisafulli Bros to evaluate.     My wife and I are so grateful for the plumbing work done by Mike Monroe through Crisafulli bros. He took the time to explain what work he would do to solve the myriad of plumbing issues, and he got it done in one day. Hats off to this guy for his honestly, and professionalism. He showed up right on time and was kind to our 6 month old puppy. He then went over and beyond to not only fix the issues but also to make the work area much better than we thought was possible. This guy knows how to get things done. 10 out of 10. We will definitely be calling Crisafulli bros again for our next project

    In less than a full day, under the lead of Brenton, team members Ben & Chad removed our 20 year old furnace, installed a new one and completed the installation of a central air conditioning system, which our home previously did not have. Throughout the day they were professional, courteous, and highly efficient. At each stage of the installations they took the opportunity to explain what was happening, invited our comments & questions and insured our understanding was complete. They had great respect for our home, and the fact that my wife works from home and needed to avoid interruptions. Just two days prior to this project we had another Crisafulli Bros. representative install three ceiling fans after another company failed to complete the job. We highly recommend Crisafulli Bros. and they will be the first folks we call for any future home maintenance or improvements they offer.

    We requested a service call from Crisafulli Brothers on 8-27-24. This was our first time dealing with them. They responded immediately. The Tech who was dispatched, Daniel Weaver, did an outstanding job! I am very impressed with his knowledge, experience and talent. He expertly repaired our kitchen plumbing problems and answered all of my many questions. He made sure I was clear on the best solution to the problems. he offered several options for the repair, which I really appreciated. Daniel replaced all the bad valves and our ancient faucet assembly with very neatly installed new parts. Its great to see someone who knows what he doing, takes pride in his work and clearly loves his job. His Ford Transit service vehicle was clean and very well stocked. He was careful and drove responsibly on our very long driveway without inflicting any damage. I was extremely pleased. We have had many service and delivery vehicles cause expensive damage, then deny it until I show them the webcam videos. Daniel treated our beloved property with the respect it deserves.My wife is thrilled with her beautiful new faucet.     I called Christopher brothers to check out slow and gurgling drains. Brandon arrived on time and was very professional. He checked each drain, went downstairs and checked the connections and the pipes that run in the basement, he snaked through each drain and spent a lot of time clearing up the problem. Brandon explained the whole process along the way. Very friendly and thorough. I will definitely be using Christafulli Brothers again based on such a good experience with the technician that came out. He did a lot of diagnosis and didn’t leave until the problem was finished. I was happy with what was charged. He deserves the five star rating.

    Mark did a good and thorough job. He also took the time to inspect our salt-based water filtration system (which was installed by Crisafulli in 2019). Mark had suggestions for replacing it with a more suitable carbon-based system. We have to follow up with that and consider the cost/benefits.

    We have owned a tankless hot water heater for 2 years and finally with the help of Timothy and his trainee Dennis we now appreciate it a lot more. They did a great job finding our problems and figuring out a way to fix them. Clogged pipes, clogged faucets. They werent leaving till everything worked perfect. Timothy is very knowledgeable, polite and caring , as was Dennis. And with all these messy projects they cleaned up so good you never even knew they were there! Daniel Weaver came to the house, diagnosed problem areas, advised us to contact our town water people to turn off our water at the appropriate time and did excellent repair work.     We decided to get a Kohler whole house generator installed and I called Crisafulli Bros.. Salesman came out, we discussed what size and a date was set for install. Andrew, Matt, and Vince came and did the install. Where the salesman & i thought the unit would go was not the best location. The gentlemen took their time to look at all options then presented the options to me. They are very professional and did an excellent job. Once installed the operation of the unit was explained.     Mohamed Syad with Crisafulli Bros is fantastic!! My furnance was shutting on and off and he came over for a service visit. He walked through each of the different potential problem areas until we found the issue.     We moved into a house where the heating worked, until it didnt a week later. We wanted a new HVAC system down the road a bit, but it became an urgent need. They sent a whole crew to install a new HVAC system in the main house plus split units in the granny flat in the back. We are incredibly happy.Then about six months later our compressor stopped, but it turned out to be our lawn and garden services fault. Crisafulli Bros sent someone out, found the problem and fixed it without cost since we had bought a big system from them. This was not a warranty or installation issue and yet they took care of it.That should tell you to all you need to know about how they treat their customers.Five stars again as I seem to have deleted my previous review.

    Mike was extremely helpful. I got myself in a bind trying to do some bathroom renovations myself. He saved the day by installing a new shower cartridge, valve and trim. He even took the time to neatly package up the other items I bought so I can return them. I was so stressed about trying to update the bathroom fixtures myself and clearly didn’t know what I was getting into. Mike was so patient and kind. He went above and beyond to fix the shower.     Crisafulli Brothers installed a full house generator in 2021 and it was a pretty seamless installation, coordinated nicely with the propane company. I recently had a minor issue, and technician Andrew M. came out to see if he could resolve the issue. He talked me through the problem and solution respectfully and professionally. Andrew M. didnt do just a quick fix - but also ordered a part with plans to install it in the near future so I wouldnt experience any further issues.As an aside, after I purchased the generator, I received a toolbox with chocolate tools as a thank you gift! We had a slight gliche with a small missing attachment that was necessary to finish the shower arm. It had to be special ordered, it will arrive shortly and the job will be completely finished. Brian is there to back us up that to make sure it will arrive and be finished in a timely fashion.Crisafulli was recommended to us by friends who used them, and we, in turn will recommend them to others. They are great to do business with. So, too, is Frank Webb Homes, from whom we got the tub, wall and fixtures. All-in-all an excellent experience and I love my new tub!

    These days, its so hard to find a good reliable contractor. I find myself always chasing the contractors including simple return phone calls. if you want a professional outfit, Crisafulli returns calls, follows up, calls in advance of arrival and show true professionalism.     During the hottest part of the summer, in the middle of a family party, our A/C blower stopped working.     Josh & Tom replace all of our water and waste plumbing in December. It was a big job. They handled it quickly while taking great care to make sure it was done right. We are very happy with the work. They were friendly, knowledgeable and left the area clean when they were done.     Well really I don’t know where to start. We’ve been using CB for at least the last 10 + years. We’ve had them service our boiler, then they installed a central air conditioning system including all new duct work and what not. Those 2 techs were great at the job they were doing, it took them all week to complete. the following summer they did our pool bonding as well as all the new electrical work that needed to be done with that. Great job to the electricians. Then I came home from work one afternoon and my house smelled of natural gas, called CB and they sent someone out right away. They took care of it with professionalism, then we had issues with our A/C unit they sent someone out (MO is the techs name) wonderful person it was the hottest part of the summer and July 4th week. He ordered the part then came to install and our attic was already around 1000 degrees (not really that hot)but had no issue going to complete the job, This past month 12/2024 (Andrew & Vic) we had CB install a whole house generator which they installed in 30 degree temps. And again they did a professional job. I’ve referred my friends to CB as they needed a new heating/cooling system which they installed within 2 days of going out there .So with that I would say CB is the business to use for a lot of things for your home. Red Carpet treatment is certainly what I receive from them.

One has been very complication as the company from whom he needed parts had been bought out by another company. Whereas a past plumber said the parts were not available, Daniel got the parts in two days and completed the project.On an additional call, I had a tenant moving in and the company refurbishing an old, though lovely sink,was running late. There were many delayed or cancelled calls. A special faucet set had to be ordered. There had to be interfacing between Daniel and the refinishing company. Daniel did thiswith ease. Closure was achieved.I have been a customer ofCrisafulli Bros. for two decades. I have all l.p. gas heaters in my three apartments and then also my house. I am highlyallergic to the effects of gas. My appliances areold. Gary of the l.p. gas dept. has been able to fine tune all the appliances so that there has been NOleaking of a drop of gas that would be a problem for me. This took so much detail work.The thing is, Crisafulli Bros. interface between departments. Daniel set up a back up plan withthe installation department in case a part couldnt be found so that a project could be completedon time for another tenant. Daniel takes care of me. Gary does. Crisafulli Bros. does. I know ahead of time what a project will cost and that cost has never gone over the estimate. As an elderly, single women, this has made a difference. We all need services we can count on and trust.I am grateful for the services provided by Daniel, Gary, and the company.

They went above and beyond to schedule multiple services on the same day to fit my schedule. Once it was determined what the plumbing and electrical issues were, they were able to get 2 comfort care specialists from 2 different disciplines on site within 90 minutes to continue the discussions and provide an estimate and discuss possible solutions.     High compliments to Mo, Crystal, and Britney from the Albany office. The story ... Our furnace completely stopped working on Christmas day. After several cold days, and a part that it seemed Carrier could not deliver, the Albany office sent Mo, one of the senior technicians to evaluate and diagnose the problem. He determined it was one of two parts. With the support of Carrier in Albany, Mo went and picked up both parts. When he returned, he tried them, one at a time. And voila, one of the two fixed the problem. Moe demonstrated patience, thoroughness, determination, and professionalism. And he was supported by the awesome Albany lead, Crystal, and dispatcher, Brittney. Together, these three individuals went above and beyond to resolve our heating problem.     Brandon was wonderful! Sewage had backed up and poured into our storage area, all over everything. The disaster couldnt have come at a worse time. My wife was out of town, and I was supposed to go on a fly fishing trip in the Adirondacks for a week, an annual family tradition for over 50 years. I didnt think I would be able to go. I was depressed when he arrived. Brandon was upbeat and positive, with a can-do attitude. He assured me that I would be fishing. With a smile on his face, he lugged the heavy machine up and down the stairs to snake out our main line. I couldnt have been more pleased. I could take a shower, use the bathroom, and prepare for my trip. In fact, as I write this text, I am on my way back to our cabin after an incredible day of trout fishing.     Chris Davis came by for my annual maintenance of my boiler and hot water heater. He was an absolute pleasure to have over, very courteous and professional and did a thorough job, even went the extra mile to help me remove one of my faucet screens I didnt have a tool on hand for to help clear some debris. Highly recommend the service contract with the hot water heater included - Crisafulli does a full boiler maintenance and flushes my water heater for me plus all the other bonus of the Red Carpet plan. They even provide recommendations and price estimates for improvements while theyre here so you can plan ahead with a good idea of what to expect. Im a guy who is never happy, but Crisafulli and their staff have yet to leave in the several times Ive used them without me being more than happy to have picked them.

    They came to fix the leak under my kitchen sink. These guys were amazing, very thorough and professional. They checked my house water lines and drains, which were ok. The installation of the garbage disposal was done incorrectly, causing water/debris to back up and cause repeated clogs. They installed real drain pies instead of plastic and Im confident the problem is resolved. I would 100% recommend them for problems.

    I have used Crisafulli Bros. a multitude of times over the last year, both for HVAC and electric issues. Each time I have called, I have been treated respectfully and like an important customer. An appointment has always been made in an extremely timely manner and the communication was always on point. Upon buying a new electric range, unfortunately, due to our 220v outlet not being recessed, the unit did not fit flush against the wall. A call to Crisafulli on Saturday produced Andrew on Monday. Not only did he recommend a more economical way to solve the issue, I feel, he, with a little help from a guest appearance from Tom, went above and beyond and capped and moved the existing gas line. He also let me watch and try to learn as we had a great conversation. We also used an $85.00 gift card that we were sent a while back. Did I mention after we installed our furnace with Crisafulli Bros., several weeks later a gift came from them consisting of a toolbox full of cookies and chocolates? Do yourself a favor and call them when the situation arises.

    Had a leak in our hot water tank. Since our boiler was 26 years old we decided that we’d replace both. We called CB and Adam came in less than 24 hours to give us a quote.
