My son recommended New Albany Plumbing & Drain from his experiences. They were the perfect solution for my broken garbage disposal. I called at 10:00 A.M. hoping for an appointment that day. I was immediately impressed when I heard a live voice. Alexis was so accomodating by scheduling an appointment that day between noon and 5:00 PM.Chris called at 2:00 PM to tell me he would arrive in the next 15 minutes. He arrived and immediately went to work providing me with a total estimate to install my purchased disposal. Chris is very personable and provided me with valuable information regarding the use of the disposal. He completed the installation, cleaned the area, and was in his vehicle by 3:45 PM. I was impressed with his punctuality, professionalism, and work quality. I will use New Albany Plumbing & Drain for all my plumbing needs in the future.
