Plumbing issues are never fun. I recently had a leak in one of my main water pipe lines. I contacted MetroPower Plumbing and had two plumbing technicians, Bentley and Cody come out within 30 minutes of the call to address the leak. The professionalism and dedication that both showed to ensuring that the leak was fixed was admirable and very much appreciated.

I had a complicated issue with my plumbing. They sent two guys out here and they ran an auger through the pipes but couldn’t resolve the issue. They spent a bit of time trying but couldn’t figure it out. They could’ve charged me almost triple what they did for the time they were here but instead they charged the minimum possible which I was very grateful for. I have to say just for that I would definitely use them again

Called on behalf of a client and they were able to get out to see them at last minute of the day. They do charge overtime for such calls, but that is normal for businesses such as these. They will get you seen about fast, quick and in a hurry. These guys run a truly professional outfit.

The pressure line to my hot water heater burst. I tried to call local plumbing companies to fix the problem. No one had availability. I called Metropower at 7:30 pm. They put me on the list for the next morning. The technician called @ 8:15 am. They arrived @ 8:30 am. Davis and David assessed the problem, suggested the best way to solve the problem and not only replaced the pressure line they replaced the hot water heater. I am totally satisfied with Metropower. They are very professional, respectful and efficient.

This is COVID-19 time in Albany, Ga but I had to have a leak stopped that was causing mold in our main bathroom. Several companies I called said they would not come into the house. We have self-quarantined since this started but I definitely understood their concern. I contacted HomeAdvisor online and they recommended MetroPower Plumbing. I called them since I have had good experiences with other companies HomeAdvisor has recommended. They told me they would come with safety gear on and work on my problem. They came with masks and gloves and made sure to stay at least 6 feet away from us. They were professional, found the problem and had it fixed in short order. Our plumber was Kirby and I dont remember his assistants name but we were very pleased.

I recently used MetroPower for an electrical issue that I was having in my home. I cant say enough great things about this company! From the time that I called in my problem to the time that the job was complete, it was just an overall wonderful experience. They came at a time that was convenient for me and went right to work. The electrician was dressed in uniform and was so professional in how he handled the job. He kept me updated on the work that he was doing and even vacuumed the work area when he finished the job! He was sure to thank me for my business and I thought the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be using MetroPower/Albany Electric again in the future. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

This is the company to call when you need it now and done right the first time. Other companies could not come right out to install my mothers waterheater. Thankfully for us metropower was the one to come right away. They sent Scott Sumner, The most professional plumber I have met to date. Not only was he Very communicative as to when he could be there to initially assist with shutting off and stopping the leak he also came back after lunch after we purchased the new waterheater and was ready to work. The finished work was very professional and efficient, Installing new piping and cleaning up the area. A Work of art. I wish I could post A picture here to show you. Overall I am Very pleased with our experience, and will call and ask for Scott at Metropower next time I need a plumber. GREAT Job Scott!

I have used Metro Power in the past and.was very pleased. So naturally when I had a breaker that kept tripping i called them. Charlie Knoll was sent out to my house. It was a difficult trouble shoot trying to find the source of the problem but he kept searching. In the end he found the problem which was 12 underground. A short in the line. The repair was made and all is ok. He was courteous polite and great to talk too. I will keep using Metro Power in the future. Great Job Charlie!!!

It is never pleasant needing a plumber, so when you need one, it sure helps to have a good one. Albany Plumbing employee Justin identified our plumbing problem quickly, explained the problem to us and showed us the problem, and fixed it quickly. The costs for the parts and service were lower than I expected.
