I would highly recommend Mitch! We had an incident where our toilet tank broke due to a fall and within 4 hours of the initial call Mitch had the new toilet installed. I am very grateful due to the last minute circumstance he is a true professional and I will absolutely use him again!

Mitchell was prompt, professional and thorough. I was referred by a friend who had a hot water heater replaced, and I was looking for a local pro on a same-day service - most of the plumbers I have used were scheduling out 10-15 days (even for existing customers) and so called NW Plumbing based upon my friends referral. Not only was Mitchell responsive but was able to move his schedule around to remove and replace my gas water heater that afternoon. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the new unit in (and some updates made) in less than an hour. He was meticulous in his prep and cleanup, and made sure things were fully functional before he left. Super nice, super professional, and reasonable prices!

We had another company out twice for the same problem and they charged us over $2000.00, and left while it was still leaking. We called Mitch, and he located the leak within a half hour, and it was fixed witin an hour. He was also a pleasure to work with. From now on he’s our plumber!
