My experience with Einstein Plumbing and Kyris was absolutely fantastic. He showed up to the job at the beginning of the two hour window that I was given which was great. The quality of his work and his professionalism reflects greatly upon your company. He was extremely competent in the work that he did and took the time to explain What he was doing and why he was doing it. The price was extremely fair and quality of work was outstanding. We will definitely use Einstein Plumbing again for our future needs, and we also highly recommend you to our friends.

I had Tony out for an examination of a potential leak from my shower drain. He did locate a small leave due to the old design of the shower or altered drain spout. He reccomend a full remodeling to properly fix the problem. I spent 4 weeks with a home warranty company fighting them to cover the repair. Tony did not have to be so helpful but through the whole 4 weeks we communicated very well and did everything possible to get the horrible home warranty to cover the repairs. Unfortunately just like all home warranty companies they refused. I ended up having to file a home insurance claim and boom things got rolling and within a couple weeks he got paid and did the full replacement of my shower. The awesome home decorator that he is picked out an awesome looking shower that is so more functional. I am very happy and so reccomend Einstein pros for plumbing. The office people are friendly and very responsive to your needs as well. Tony is a very hard worker and very good at his trade. Thank you for the hard work and being there for my needs when I know other companies would have not been so helpful.

After being without hot water for the weekend and leaving a message. We got a follow up call first thing Monday morning and an appointment was scheduled for a couple of hours later. Allen arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He politely fixed my problem and left without charging me. I’m sure this isn’t the way most of his calls go, but I know who I’m going to call next time I have a plumbing problem.-John Burrow

I would highly recommend Einstein Plumbing! Tony Gaspar was my technician and was very prompt, courteous and helpful. Tony was fast in finding the issue and the repair was completed very quickly. He was also very clean and had excellent customer service.

I had a wonderful experience with this company from the receptionist to the Plumber who came to my house. I highly recommend Justin as he was informative and able to present me with several options for my fix. He made me feel at ease and it was like having a friend over. When I had a pipe burst in my house earlier this winter during the freezing temperatures I called Einstein and they got to my house quickly and had the pipe fixed the same day. Theses guys saved my bacon! Costco delivered but did not install a washer/dryer. Told me they could not connect because they were afraid of the liability - go figure! Well, after having Einstein install a new toilet at my house a couple of weeks ago and fixed something else as well - they were the first folks I called when I was told to call a plumber by the Costco delivery men. Within two hours, Einstein showed up and quickly checked things out and got me set up. These folks are relatively new to this area but have long experience in other parts of Oregon. Cant recommend them enough. They want your business and go the extra mile - just like they did today. Business service the was it used to be in years gone by. HOW REFRESHING!
