Great, speedy service. Friendly, too. Answered the phone on my first call. Made an appointment that worked with my schedule.I feared a serious clog somewhere between my house and the street, but they quickly identified and cleared the clog in my main drains trap. And they willingly and clearly described what my drainage issue was and answered my questions. There was no overselling. Would recommend and use again.

Cant say enough good things about Dan and Drain-O-Matic plumbing. My hot water heater went out and the entire process of getting it changed was easy. They definitely know their stuff and provide above and beyond service.

Thankfully I found these guys. I was pleasantly surprised that they answered the phone right away and were able to come fairly quickly to help me with a busted pipe before my basement filled with water. They were also professional and pretty reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

I came home to a huge sewage flood in my basement after work today and had no idea what to do. I saw Drain o matics ad on google and called them after trying to get ahold of roto rooter and crisafulli and getting nowhere. This company actually answers their phone and they are fast getting to you. Dan Showed up within 30 minutes and had my water drained out and cleared my clog in less time then that. I highly recommend these guys if youre ever in a nightmare like I was. I will be calling again in the future, thank you very much for the great job Dan. -Michael-

Well called ya to go to my apartment building in stephentown but you did a fantastic job my pipe going to the septic tank was cast iron and you did a good job cleaning the pipe
